Jurnal Ilmu Komunikasi UHO : Jurnal Penelitian Kajian Ilmu Komunikasi dan Informasi Is a journal of scientific in the form of research results in communication and information science. This journal is published 4 times a year (January, April, July and October) published by the Laboratorium Ilmu Komunikasi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Politik Universitas Halu Oleo, Kendari. Articles are written in Indonesian and English. Each text that is published will go through the verification and editing process by the editor and the articles will be reviewed using a double-blind review system by the partners who are competent in their field. This journal is expected to be a medium for researchers / writers who want to publish the results of their research so that it can become a reference for further studies related to the study of Communication and information. ABSTRAK ASWADIN 2015, PENGARUH SIKAP PETUGAS PERPUSTAKAAN TERHADAP MINAT PEMUSTAKA BERKUNJUNG DI PERPUSTAKAAN POLITEKNIK KESEHATAN KENDARI. Skripsi Jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi Konsentrasi Ilmu Perpustakaan. Program Sarjana Universitas Halu Oleo, Pembimbing (1) Drs. Muh. Rusli, M.A., M.Si. Pembimbing (2) Jumrana, S.Sos., M.Sc. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui begaimana sikap petugas perpustakaan politeknik kesehatan kendari, bagiamana minat pemustaka berkunjung di perpustakaan politeknik kesehatan kendari, dan bagaimana pengaruh sikap petugas perpustakaan terhadap minat pemustaka berkunjung di perpustakaan politeknik kesehatan kendari. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya metode observasi dan kuesioner. Variabel yang digunakan adalah variabel independen (sikap petugas perpustakaan) dan variabel dependen (minat berkunjung pemustaka). Pengambilan sampel secara random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 67 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sikap petugas perpustakaan secara umum baik dengan nilai kecenderunganjawaban yang kuat sebesar 79,74%, dan minat berkunjung pemustaka secara umum sangat baik dengan nilai skor kecenderungan jawaban yang sangat kuat sbesar 81,65% Selanjutnya adalah terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara sikap petugas perpustakaan terhadap minat pemustaka berkunjung, dimana besarnya pengaruh adalah 24,2% dan sisanya di pengaruhi faktor lain diluar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Sikap, minat, Pemustaka

ABSTRACT The problem of this research is how the communication behavior of users of social media line in communication science students majoring in force in 2012.the location of research in the university district halu oleo communication sciences faculty of social sciences and political science, with informants forces communications science majors in 2012 as many as 7 people, determination of the informants in this study, conducted by purposive sampling (refer directly). Collecting data using observation and interview (interviews), data sorces, namely primary and secondary data were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive technique. The results of this study indicate that the communication behavior of social media line at students majoring in communication science class 2012 refers to the desire within every student to consider what people in the media like to use social media line, they use the line for students to be more interested in using social media line compared to other social media. Students majoring in science communication using social media because the line because the line has many features provided in it including sticker, free phone calls and video calls. While other social media such as facebook, blackberry messenger, and whatsapp can not compete with the charm sticker offered by line. Because the sticker on social media line can represent our feelings at the time chatting ang having and animated picture that can move on its own. ABSTRAK Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Karakteristik Gaya Komunikasi Penyiar Program Siaran Musik RRI Pro 2 Fm Kendari.Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Karakteristik Gaya Komunikasi Penyiar Program Siaran Musik RRI Pro 2 Fm Kendari. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah Secara teoritis; hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah dan memperluas wawasan tentang komunikasi ,Secara metodologis; Sebagai bahan informasi tambahan bagi peneliti selanjutnya. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RRI Pro 2 Fm Kota Kendari, dengan pertimbangan bahwa RRI Pro 2 Fm adalah salah satu Radio yang ada Di kota Kendari yang selalu menyirkan siaran musik dengan gaya komunikasi penyiarnya yang berbeda-beda.Teori yang digunakan adalah teori AIDDA.Tehnik penentuan informan di lakukan dengan cara Purposive sampling (secara sengaja). Dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 6 orang. Data yang di kumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik gaya komunikasi penyiar dalam program siaran musik Di RRI Pro 2 Fm Kota Kendari terdiri dari Gaya Persuasif di lakukan penyiar,dengan cara berbahasa yang sederhana dapat di terima para pendengar,agar para khalayak tetap mendengarkan program musik mereka. Penyiar dalam program siaran musik Di RRI Pro 2 Fm Kota Kendari melakukan improvisasi dengan spontanitas, kreatifitas, daya cipta, daya khayal serta kepiawaian dalam menguasai keadaan.Penyiar dalam program siaran musik Di RRI Pro 2 Fm Kota Kendari memaparkan sesuatu yang ingin di sampaikan kepada pendengar secara detil dan intonasi jelas supaya imajinasi pendengar sama dengan tujuan yang ingin di capai penyiar. ABSTRACT The problem in this research is how to shape the approach of parents in giving an understanding of television on children of primary school age. The location of this research was conducted in the Old Market District of Mandonga Complex Kendari. The determination of these locations based on the consideration that the average parent in the Old Market Complexes have children of primary school age who are also fond of watching television and requires the application of appropriate forms of communication in order to provide an understanding of television on children. This study uses a qualitative method with an informant as much as eleven people. The results showed that the kind of approach the parents in giving an understanding of impressions Television at primary school age children in the complex of the Old Market District of Mandonga Kendari consists of the stages of communication between persona that gives understanding and expressing the views of children with communication directly to children to express the views can provide a good understanding of the positive and the negative of such impressions that can deepen ties of affection between parents and children. ABSTRACT Marketing communications is an attempt to convey a message to the public, especially the target consumer about the existence of a product or program. Marketing communications strongly support the company's marketing strategy. In 2012, PT. PLN (Persero) Area Kendari launched its newest prepaid electricity. To introduce a new program to the community particularly the PLN, and therefore there must be a marketing communication strategies in order to lay people kapada prepaid electricity. Formulation of the problem in this research is how the marketing communications strategy prepaid program PT. PLN in Kendari ?, the purpose of While this research is to find out how the marketing department of the strategies used in marketing or public relations prepaid electricity to the people of Kendari. This study used a qualitative approach, where information or data that is collected is described by the expression and interpretation of the informants who had previously been determined by purposive sampling technique using observation, interview and documentation as data collection techniques. The reason researchers use descriptive qualitative study is to obtain data and understand the phenomena experienced by informants. In this study the researchers wanted to know how to do marketing communication strategy of public relations or marketing PLN prepaid electricity program in disseminating to the public. Researchers conducted interviews with an informant and to other informants that has researchers set. From these results, in setting and implementing marketing communications strategies prepaid program, the authority of the publicity department of Kendari Area PLN. But there are some socialization assisted by the government. The goal of segmentation in marketing communications in terms of disseminating this prepaid electricity that household customers who have electric power began 900 kwh 5500 kwh. And as a communicator of marketing communications have prepaid electricity is part of marketing and public relations. The message conveyed to the communicant between the differences between prepaid electricity with electricity postpaid, benefits, up to the cost of tokens / vouchers and purchase of electric energy used is token.Saluran communication media such as through television, radio RRI, local newspapers and internet Kendari Post Besides the usual PLN following the exhibition of public service. The problem in this research is How intrapersonal communication role of parents in shaping a child's behavior and behavior that is built on the relationship between parents communicate with their children. The purpose of this study to determine the role of intrapersonal communication the parents of children in shaping a child's behavior and to determine what behavior is generated by the child that was built on the relationship of parent and child. The benefits of this research is theoretically enriching khasana research mengaakat communicates concerns about the role of parents with children who are interesting study in science communication, especially communication intrapersonal. The location of this research carried out in Sub-WUA WUA Anawai districts kendari city. The theory used in this research is the theory of intrapersonal communication by Joseph D. Vito. Data obtained from this peneletian Deskripitif analyzed using qualitative techniques. The results of this study indicate that intrapersonal communication patterns of parents and children in Sub-WUA WUA Anawai districts kendari city was instrumental in shaping positive behavior from an early age to the child. Communication is always the parents can personally make a child's positive behavior, especially the behavior of independent, confident, and Openness. This independence is characterized by the inability of the child to do something themselves associated with everyday activities. Confident already can be demonstrated by the behavior of the child is capable of following the activities with its capabilities, and openness of the most prominent is characterized by the behavior of children who love to tell about their activities and what happened to his parents all day. Parents use their own ways to educate and care for their children. To be able to instill good character on the children themselves required effective intrapersonal communication patterns and a two-way means that the child understands what is desired by their parents and vice versa parents trying to understand their children to be good communication and as expected.

ABSTRAK Sarbidin (C1D1 11 087),Pelaksanaan Fungsi Humas Dua Arah Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Humas Pada Kantor Bupati Muna, dengan Pembimbing satu Masrul, S.Ag, M.Si, serta Pembimbing dua Marsia Sumule, S.Sos, M.I.kom. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan Fungsi Humas dua arah dalam mensosialisasikan kebijakan pemerintah dalam menunjang penyelenggaraan otonomi daerah dikabupaten muna serta mengetahui tentang pelayanan yang diberikan Humas kepada masyarakat dalam menunjang otonomi daerah dikabupaten muna, Subyek penelitian ini meliputi pegawai pekerja di Kantor Bupati Muna berjumlah 58 orang, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan tanya jawab kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Humas Pada Kantor Bupati Muna secara internal memberikan informasi yang banyak dan sejelas mungkin mengenai institusi sering dilaksanakan, sedangkan dalam menciptakan personil mengenai peran institusi dalam masyarakat dan menyediakan sarana untuk memperoleh umpan balik pada anggotanya masih jarang dilaksanakan, serta fungsi Humas pada Kantor Bupati Muna secara Eksternal memberikan informasi yang benar dan wajar mengenai institusi dalam tata kehidupan umumnya dan pendidikan khususnya serta motivasi untuk memberikan umpan balik kepada masyarakat atas tanggapan yang diberikan sering dilakukan. Fungsi Humas pada kantor Bupati Muna telah memberikan citra yang positif dimata masyarakat yang termanifestasi dalam wujud simpati, menerima, dan memahami keberadaan atau kegiatan yang dilakukan pemerintah Kabupaten Muna. Abstract The problem in this research are: 1) How Leadership Communication Patterns Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Princess 4. 2) How Social Communications Pondok Modern Darussalam Women Gontor 4 in the Village District of Konda Konawe Lamomea South. The purpose of this study are: 1) To Know How Communication Patterns head of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Quarterfinal 4, 2) To Learn How Social Communications Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor daughter Lamomea Subdistrict 4 in the village of Konda Konsel. This study uses a model of communication proposed by Harold Lasswell (Forsdale 1981). This study is a qualitative study, using purposive sampling techniques. The location of this research was conducted in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Princess 4 Lamomea Village District of Konda Konsel. With the number of informants as many as 10 people, the head of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Quarterfinal 4, Pembina santriwati, Uztadzah, santriwati, Religious Leaders and Community Leaders. The data used descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the pattern of Communication Leaders Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Princess 4 ie Communication Patterns two-way or reciprocal (Two way traffic communication) in which the pattern of this communication, communicators and communicants into exchange functions in living their functions, communicators in the first phase be communicant and at a later stage function interchangeably. Communicators here is the head of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor daughter is 4 and a communicant of Trustees santriwati, uztadzah and female students as a communicant which is internal boarding school and the community as a communicator external boarding school. And social communication Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Princess 4 with the public is through competitions taklim conducted annually and involve mothers taklim, salat Eid and pray Eid al-Adha together in the boarding school in each year and study jointly conducted by villagers and mothers taklim cooperate with the Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Princess 4 is done every week. Through modern communication patterns leaders cottage Darussalam Gontor daughters 4 and through the social communication, creating social relationships that will generate a sense of kinship and familiarity between Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor daughter Lamomea 4 and the village community. ABSTRAK Permasalahandalam penelitian ini adalah prilaku komunikasi anak yang bekerja dijalan dalam interaksinya dengan keluarga ( studi pada anak yang bekerja dijalan pada wilayah Kendari Barat) Manfaat penelitian ini adalah secara teoritis; hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah dan memperluas wawasan tentang prilaku komunikasi anak, secara praktis; hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah dalam menangani persoalan anak secara metodologis; sebagai bahan informasi tambahan bagi peneliti selanjutnya dalam rangka memperkaya literatur hasil penelitian khususnya yang berkaitan denganprilaku komunikasi anak.Penelitian dilaksanakandi Kecamatan Kendari Barat Kota Kendari. Penentuan lokasi tersebut atas dasar pertimbangan bahwa di Kecamatan tersebut adalah salah satu kecamatan dikota kendari yang paling banyak memiliki anak jalanan dan sekaligus menjadi tulang punggung keluarga sehingga untuk menjawab permasalahan mengenai prilaku komunikasi anak jalanan dalam interaksinya dengan keluarga.. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Komunikasi antar persona ( Devito dalam Liliweri1997 : 13)Tehnik penentuan informan di lakukan dengan cara Purposive sampling (secara sengaja). Dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 10 orang. Data yang di kumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prilaku komunikasi anak yang bekerja dijalan wilayah Kendari Barat dalam interaksinya dengan keluarga prilaku komunikasi anak menggambarkan komunikasi Perilaku tertutup (convert behavior) adanya perhatian dari orang tua, adanya persepsi, adanya pengetahuan serta kesadaran dimana prilaku tertutup yang paling dominan untuk membentuk prilaku anak berasal dari pemberian perhatian. Prilaku terbuka dari anak jalanan adalah diperlihatkan melalui tindakan dan perbuatan, dimana tindakan anak jalanan seimbang dengan perlakuan yang mereka tunjukkan.
