Abstract

This paper examines the impact of womens involvement in Islamic education. The involvement of women in education stems from increased demand equality of rights between men and women through gender analysis and human rights. Later in todays reality there is a shift value of the role of women began to spread to the public sector. The involvement of women in the world of education puts women as the main actors of education that can determine the progress of development of a nation, while making a respectable woman and domiciled equivalent to men. This is possible because the female can become policy makers in education, both she as a housewife, as a teacher, as well as daiyah in society where he lives. With the involvement of women in the world of education has an impact on the birth of various professions for women such as ministers, director generals, teachers, professors, researchers, supervisors, principals, employees, and others both in his day and generation after generation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah yang dilakasanakan pada Kelas I Madrasah Ibtidaiyah se Kec.Pitumpanua  Kab.Wajo.  Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran membaca permulaan serta meningkatkan kemampuan membaca melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Wilayah kepengawasan yang terdiri dari 4 Madrasah  dengan jumlah siswa  22 orang. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut penelitian didesain dalam tiga siklus,. Proses dalam setiap siklus mencakup tahap-tahap; perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan , observasi dan refleksi.

Abstract

Gender ideology and patriarchal culture have resulted gender inequality, especially at occupation domain. Its can be seen from Workforce Participation level that dominated by men. There’s several factors influencing that inequality, include marginalization to women, on public or domestic domain. Woman subordination in social or cultural aspect also affects discrimination. Labeling (stereotyping) to women and lower education level also affect woman work participation. As a consequence, many women choose work activity at informal environment with very low wages and without health, law, and financial.

Abstract

The existence of conflict as unavoidable phenomenon in the domestic environment requires good conflict management. The good conflict management is expected to change the negative effect of the conflict to be positive effect. At least, the conflict management can decrease the domestic violences that generally put women as the victims of the men. To apply good conflict management, Q.S. al-Nisa (04) : 34-35 can be an inspiration by starting the management conflict between husband and wife, hakam involvement from both of them, as well as the God involvement by His guidance

Nafkah dalam keluarga adalah akibat dari  akad nikah antara calon suami-isteri. Menurut  al-Qur’an dan al-Hadist, serta kesepakatan para ulama, nafkah bagi  keluarga muslim-muslimah menjadi kewajiban suami dan hak isteri berikut para putera-puterinya. Bukan sebaliknya, yakni : Kewajiban isteri dan hak suami serta anak-anaknya. Namun di zaman modern, terkadang banyak para isteri career yang memiliki keahlian sehingga dapat bekerja dipemerintah seperti menjadi Dosen, miosalnya. Ia mempunyai penghasilan. Semnetara itu, terkadang suaminya seorang pengguran. Akibatnya,  Nafkah rumah tangga menjadi dipikul isterinya.

Abstract

Adolescence is a period filled with changes and vulnerable to the emergence of problems (juvenile delinquency). For that we need special attention as well as a good understanding and proper handling of juveniles is an important factor for the success of young people in the next life, this is a time to remember the most decisive. Besides, it needs the cooperation of the teens themselves, parents, teachers and other parties concerned to adolescent development in education and other areas can be traversed in a focused, healthier and happier. To reduce conflicts of adolescent turmoil and to provide opportunities for teens to develop themselves optimally, need to be created nearby environmental conditions as stable as possible, especially the family environment. Family circumstances characterized by conjugal harmony will ensure teens get through the transition smoothly and undisturbed. As for some roles do parents in tackling juvenile kenkalan include; Parents should be exemplary attitude and speech on naknya, motivation of children, parents provide direction with whom and in communities where teens have to get along. Parents trying to create a harmonious family, communicative, and convenient for teens. and to help teenager good at choosing friends and a good environment for him

Abstract

Perkawinan dalam Islam ialah suatu akad atau perjanjian mengikat antara seorang laki-laki dan perempuan untuk menghalalkan hubungan kelamin antara kedua belah pihak dengan suka rela. Sedang perkawinan siri adalah pernikahan yang dilakukan oleh wali pihak perempuan dengan seorang laki-laki dan disaksikan oleh dua orang saksi, tetapi tidak dilaporkan atau tidak dicatatkan di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA).
