Abstract

Palembang Public Senior High School 6 is a high school with the predicate of IMTAQ and Religious from the Government. Being a superior school must be supported by good management, including organizing. These advantages encourage researchers to analyze in depth how the organizing (organizing) the inputs, processes, outputs and outcomes of Islamic religious education in schools. Type of case study research is qualitative with inductive thinking logic and intrinsic case study research type. Organizational activities (organizing) mostly carried out, although there are still teachers too late preparing the learning tools. The research findings found that in addition to organizing input, process, output and outcome activities, there is continuity of the program and regeneration. The religious program is presented, held in stages and continuously starts until graduation and from the time you come home. Kaderisasi was built by utilizing alumni (wasilah) from SMA Negeri 6 Palembang.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of madrasah-based quality improvement management at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 5 Bulukumba, South Sulawesi. This research is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. The data sources in this study were obtained through the headmaster, teachers, education personnel, and the local community around Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 5 Bulumba. The data collection techniques used are observations, interviews, and documentation. Processing techniques and data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and verification or withdrawal of conclusions. The results showed that the madrasah-based quality management at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 5 Bulukumba was essentially applied through the involvement of various parties to perform activities in the Madrasah, but not yet walked in accordance with the expected. This is characterized by the lack of discipline of the madrasah and still lack of cooperation with parents of students or communities in the implementation of madrasah-based quality management.

Abstract

This article examines the headmaster of a tsanawiyah madrasa. The madrasa head as a top manager must be good and have the competency according to the PP's mandate. 13 of 2007 concerning School / Madrasah Standards. This article is a qualitative naturalistic, key informant for madrasah principals, teaching staff and education. While informants supporting the deputy head of the madrasa, students. Interview, documentation, and observation data collection techniques, data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation, verification / conclusion drawing, and data triangulation. The conclusion is the performance of the madrasa head has been going well, such as carrying out an effective learning process, continuous improvement, carrying out self-reflection towards character building, educator and educational staff development, fostering responsive, anticipatory, and high achievement expectations, transparent management of education, and develop instructional leadership. The supporting factors of the competency of madrasah headmasters, structural, communication, teaching staff, education staff, students, and internal environment are conducive. Inhibiting factors of madrasa budget constraints, limited facilities, infrastructure, and an unfavorable external environment.

Abstract

Jihad is a sensitive term especially for those who quite like the existence of Islam and its teachings due to limited knowledge. In fact, the term jihad has broad meaning, but it is often interpreted narrowly as war. The principal can play a major role in turning the connotation of jihad into beauty. To begin to change the connotation it needs to start from practicing the value of jihad in his profession. The principal is the engine driving an educational institution and the resources within it. To the teacher and staff, also to students or students.This discussion aims to explore the context of jihad which is implemented in the principal's leadership style. Data mining is done by library research. The results show that jihad can be implemented in the principal's leadership style which is a sincere and total performance. Jihad that leads to war is textual understanding what is used is the context of jihad which is the spirit of renewal. In the future, the term jihad should be understood in depth and provide information about true jihad without lies.

Abstract

This article aimed to determine the effectivity level of infrastructure management and governance of Islamic education at Islamic High School Rahmaniyah Sekayu. The approach was mix method namely by combining quantitative and qualitative methods. Research information sourced by school-chairman, vice-chairman I, II and III, heads of BAU and BAK and 100 university students. Data collection methods were obtained from observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used quantitative data analysis which reinforced by qualitative data analysis. Study result showed that the effectivity level of the management of Islamic education at Islamic High School Rahmaniyah Sekayu in terms of infrastructure management was included in high category (80,08%) and governance management was included in sufficient category (74,13%).

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of academic supervision by the headmaster of madrasas, supervision is assistance, guidance to teachers in the instructional field, so it is very important to hold supervision to improve the quality of teachers in teaching. This type of research is qualitative, informant madrasa head and PAI teacher. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation and data validity. The results of the study: First, the implementation of academic supervision of PAI teachers in MAN Bangka Belitung Islands Province, is MAN I Pangkalpinang not yet running optimally, MAN I Bangka Barat supervision is good, MAN1 Bangka looks supervisor is not maximal, MAN Insan Cendikia is quite good. Second, the strategy of implementing the supervision of the head of MAN 1 Bangka Belitung island province is a class visit, observation, interviews, and selecting teaching materials. The three factors supporting the completeness of learning documents, face-to-face between supervisors and teachers, motivation, and inhibiting factors of Academic supervision of PAI teachers in MAN Bangka Belitung Province are incomplete learning documents, little face-to-face between teachers and supervisors, low motivation.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the recruitment of educators and the factors that influence the implementation of the recruitment of educators at SMA Nurul Amal Palembang. This study uses a type of research that is qualitative. Methods of data collection using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and verification or drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the recruitment of educators at SMA Nurul Amal has been going well. This can be seen from (1) Planning for recruitment of educators (2) Dissemination of announcements for recruitment of educators (3) Acceptance of applications for prospective educators. (4) Selection: a) applicant selection system holding interviews and filling out forms, b) applicant selection process, the committee screens applicants such as looking at educational background, experience, and desired position. c) Applicant selection method, the school conducts the interview method. The supporting factors for the implementation of the recruitment of educators at SMA Nurul Amal Palembang are: a) facilities, b) cooperation between teams, c) human resources. Factors inhibiting the implementation of the recruitment of educators at SMA Nurul Amal Palembang, namely: lack of coordination.
