This article discusses the relationship between innovation in madrasah principals and the welfare level of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency. This type of research is classified as quantitative (correlational) research with methodological (positivistic-quantitative) and scientific (sociological and psychological) approaches. The population in this study were 77 teachers taken from all existing teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, while the analysis thechique used was descriptive analysis with hypothesis testing using product moment correlation analysis. The results of the study were: 1) the reality of the innovation ability of Madrasah Tsanawiyah principals in Dua Boccoe District in the very good category with a percentage of 62.33%; 2) the reality of the welfare level of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency is in the very good category with a percentage of 67.53%; 3) there is a correlation between the principal’s ability to innovate and the welfare of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency. Evidenced by the correlation coefficient velue of correlation and is in the interval 0.40-0.599.

This article discusses on describe the implementation of integrated quality management of education at MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung with a focus on customer, total involvement, measurement, commitment, and continuous improvement. This study uses the theory of Jerome S. Arcaro. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method through observation, documentation and interviews at MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. Data were analyzed using the following steps: data reduction, display data, and conclusion / verification). The results of this study indicate that: 1) The implementation of quality management on customer focus has gone well, because madrasas not only involve internal parties in every process but also involve external parties. 2) The implementation of quality management in total involvement has gone well with the existence of MGMP, under the guidance of the principal of madrasah, fostered cooperation between teachers and students outside of class hours. 3) Implementation of integrated quality management on measurement has gone well by having an organizational structure that contains controls, and the existence of an evaluation meeting. 4) The implementation of integrated quality management in building and maintaining commitment has gone well with always holding coordination meetings, giving rewards to teachers and trainers as well as students who win competitions. 5) Implementation of quality management in continuous improvement has also gone well with continuous supervision, as well as workshops and trainings.

This article discusses the implementation of the preparation of educational programs (strategy formulation) that has been determined as a guide in realizing order and direction in implementing each program and its budgeting so that it remains consistent with the vision, mission, goals and development targets that have been proclaimed. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods through observation, documentation and interviews at MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. Data were analyzed using the following steps: data reduction, data display, and conclusion/verification). The results of the study show that: 1) The head of the madrasa has carried out the process of formulating the vision and mission of the madrasa through forums, meetings and deliberation with all stakeholders. 2) MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung conducted a self-evaluation with swot analysis. 3) MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung provides superior programs in the form of superior classes with the aim that students are able to compete and be able to excel with other madrasas. 4) The urgency of the strategic plan for the madrasa as a guideline that refers to the process of formulating the vision and mission of the madrasa.

This article discusses the management of guidance and counseling programs at MTs Darul Huda Bandar Lampung including planning, implementing and evaluating guidance and counseling. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods through observation, documentation and interviews at MTs Darul Huda Bandar Lampung. Data were analyzed using the following steps: data reduction, display data, and conclusion / verification). The results of this study indicate that first MTs Darul Huda Bandar Lampung has planned the Guidance and Counseling program carefully as stated in the annual program and semester program, then the implementation of the Guidance and Counseling Program at MTs Darul Huda Badar Lampung can be said to be optimal, because it can be seen from the running of basic service program components, responsive services, specialization services and individual planning, and system support, as well as for evaluating the results of the Guidance and Counseling program at MTs Darul Huda Bandar Lampung, have not run optimally because they cannot measure student development in detail.

This article discusses the influence of madrasa principal leadership and teacher work ethic on the performance of state MTs teachers in Bandar Lampung City. The approach used in this research is quantitative research. The research data were analyzed using descriptive analysis assisted by SPSS For Windows 22. Data from each variable were collected separately by filling out a questionnaire that was compiled. The sample in this study was 53 educators who were determined randomly (random sampling). The results showed that there was a positive influence of the madrasa principal's leadership on teacher performance. This proves that improving the leadership of madrasah principals can improve teacher performance. Second, there is a positive influence of teacher work ethic on teacher performance. This proves that improving the work ethic of teachers can improve teacher performance. Third, the joint positive influence of the principal's leadership and the teacher's work ethic on teacher performance. This proves that improving the leadership of madrasah principals and teacher work ethic can improve teacher performance. The implication of this study is that there is a positive influence on the leadership of the madrasah principal and teacher work ethic on the performance of State MTs teachers in Bandar Lampung City. This shows that efforts to improve teacher performance must always pay attention to these two elements. In other words, teacher performance can be improved along with improving the leadership quality of the madrasa principal and teacher work ethic.

This article discusses the principal's leadership efforts in improving the cooperative relationship of SMK Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung with the industrial world. Vocational high school (SMK) as a form of vocational education unit prepares students as prospective workers and develops the existence of students for the benefit of students, society, nation and state. This study uses a qualitative or naturalistic approach. The data collection uses participant observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, for data analysis, three activities are used, namely data reduction, display of data presentation and verification of conclusion drawing. The results of the study stated that the principal's leadership was considered good. Seen from strategic planning and implementation in a cooperative relationship with the industrial world. From this it can be understood that the main task of a leader in carrying out his leadership is not only limited to his ability to carry out programs, but more than that, the leader must be able to involve all levels of his organization, its members or the community to take an active role so that they are able to make a meaningful contribution. positive in achieving goals. This article discusses educational marketing to overcome competition with other institutions. Marketing makes a big difference to the number of students, with the application of good educational marketing management and does not conflict with Islam, the institution will win the competition and will increase public interest. The method used in this study is a qualitative technique with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature. The data analysis technique used is synthetic analysis with the stages of data reduction, data display (displaying data), drawing conclusions and verification. This article discusses the competence of the head of administration, the quality of administrative services in improving the quality of educational administration services at SMK Bhinneka Karawang. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the most prominent competence possessed was social competence and the lowest competence was managerial competence. Based on the quality seen from the aspect of tangibles (physical facilities) it is necessary to add related facilities, from the aspect of reliability (reliability) it is good because it has reliability in directives and input in dealing with and resolving complaints from students. The aspect of responsiveness (responsiveness) it is very good because of the mutual communication between the head of administration and the administrative staff. The aspect of guarantee (guarantee) there is a guarantee for the security of the service environment, as well as a guarantee on time in service. This article is titled Problematika Implementation curriculum 2013 In Arabic Learning in Pondok Pesantren MA Bahrul Ulum Muliasari, against the background of the problem that in the process of learning Arabic teachers still have many problems, both administratively and also in the implementation in the field. The must-implement curriculum 2013 (K13) has been regulated by the government, schools / madrassas are obliged in carrying it out. The results of this study are problematic implementation of K13 in Arabic learning starting from planning namely the preparation of RPP i.e. teachers do not yet understand in drafting learning, making assessments and other activities on learning planning. At the time of learning, the initial activities were already well underway, but in the core activities, teachers often had difficulty in their implementation, as many students did not have much memorization of vocabulary or mufrodat. In the last stage of closing, teachers often do not reflect on the lessons learned before. While the causative factor of the emergence of problematic is the ability of teachers in making arabic learning programs and evaluations into scientific approaches, Teachers do not make RPP as a guideline in teaching, when teachers do not make RPP as a guideline in teaching of course learning will take place undirected, this is seen by the many steps in learning that teachers do not implement. From the above problems teachers should learn more related to the flow or learning process created by the Government in the 2013 curriculum. From the assessment aspect of the teacher has not understood how to do a good penialain in accordance with K13, then the teacher should be able to see the guidelines that have been made by the government related to the assessment.
