This study aims to determine which method is most appropriatebetween the Method of Least Squares (Least Square Method) andMethods Semi average (Semi Average Method) are on StandardError Forecasting (SKP) Smallest in the sale of advertising inparticular types of jingles and add lips the period 2010 / 2011.Formulation of the problem in this research is: "Which UsageAmong Least Squares Method of Forecasting Techniques (LeastSquare Method) and Semi Method Average (Semi Average Method)are on Standard Error Forecasting (SKP) Smallest. The hypothesisin this study is: "Straight Line Trend Analysis Appropriate Used ToCalculate forecast for Ad Sales At PT. Radio East Kalimantan(ANTARA News Radio) Samarinda Namely Least Squares Method(Least Square Method). Analysis and hypothesis testing toolsused are Least Squares Method (Least Square Method), MethodSemi average (Semi Average Method), Standard Error Forecasting(SKP) is used to determine which method is most suitable of thetwo methods. Value Standard Error Forecasting (SKP) of thesmallest shows that the forecast drawn closer conformity. Theanalysis showed that the Least Squares Method (Least SquareMethod) is the most appropriate method is used to forecast thetype of jingle advertising sales and add lips as has Standard ErrorForecasting (SKP) Smallest. It is seen from the calculation of thetype of ad sales forecast jingle advertising sales increased asmuch as 94 units with total revenues Rp28.200.000, - and StandardErrors Forecasting (SKP) 2.08. Ad sales types lips add as many as101 units with a total revenue Rp48.480.000, - and Standard ErrorsForecasting (SKP) 0.87. In calculating the average Semi method(Semi Average Method) advertising jingle types of 222 units with atotal revenue Rp 66.600.000, - and Standard Errors Forecasting(SKP) 3.85. Ad sales types lips add a total of 106 units with a totalrevenue Rp50.880.000, - and Standard Errors Forecasting (SKP)1.08. These findings indicate that the research hypothesis isaccepted.

The aim of this research is to know how far is thw influence of channelof distribution applied by PT. Semen Tonasa in Samarinda marketingbureau towards the producer, agents, retail and consument. The onewhich inluences them is the quantity of the distribution cannels used bythe company to market the production. In the analysis by using simpleliniar regression got the : Y = - 948.943,712 + 75.155,228 X, it meansthat every addition of the distribution channel it is hoped the volume ofthe sale will cover the substraction = 873.789,484 ton. Then to knowhow the closed relation between distribution cannels used and the effectof the sale volume (r) the result is 0,896. So r is the same or smallerthan 1, it means that those are correlated. All are determined by thequantity of the them.The other proofs are being counted by the volumeof both factors.

Profit achievements has multy-meanings based on the interests ofstakeholders. The company's profit is the goal of a whole series ofactivities of the company, seen as the success of the owner, whoentrusts amount of capital for corporate leaders at various levels. Thecompany's profit was rated by owners as a chance to add an existingventure capital. Similarly, the company's profit is seen by owners as anopportunity to raise prive. In addition company's profit can be seen asthe success of the owner in prospering its employees. Investorsunderstand profit as a guarantee of return of invested funds, or theopportunity to increase investment in the company and enjoy thebenefits. Profit for investors as an indicator of progress or setbackseffort. Further, profit seen as the indicator of the progress and successof the businessfrom manager side. In terms of employees, profit broughthopes of enjoying an increase in salaries and wages and as theguaranty for the employee. The government respons to the profit as agreat hope of happiness of overcoming unemployment done by thecompanies. Besides the various profit mentioned, people needs thefulfillment of hygiene and health, water, soil and air.Profit is defined in two ways, namely economic profits as the maximumamount that is consumed during the period and at the end of the periodstill has the same wealth as at the beginning of the period. Meanwhile,the accounting profit is operationally defined as the difference betweenactual revenues arising from the period and historical costs to equal it.The information contained in accounting profit is understood as theengineering accounting, having information on historical cost, standardsetting and making up statements finance, long-termeconomicfeasibility, showing depreciation as cost allocation, unit of measure usedin the form of nominal rupiah and the basic concept use is continuitybussines. The information in economic profit intended for shareholders,short-term economic assessment, showing depreciation in economicvalue, unit of measure used is the purchasing power, and containsinformation that the basic concept used is liquidation or cash value.

This research is going to know the role of R.A. Kartini to encourage the women in Indonesia in participating thedevelopment of Indonesia. The method of the research isdiscriptive-kualitative where the data is collected by libraryresearch, observation and spreading quetioneair. It takes 3 (three) months to collect the data by reading the literature, observation, interview and sending quesionairs. In collecting data by literature is in the library of the University of 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda. In observation is carried out in the offices of either private or state officers in Samarinda. In interview the researcher asks to some women in the University of 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda. In sending the questionairs the researcher to some women. The results o the researh are (1). The name of R.A. Kartini is not so popular at this moment (2). Most of the respondents are not familiar with the efforts of R.A. Kartini to encourge the women in Indonesia, (3). Some adminres R.A. Kartini as the hero of Indoesian women, (4). Some women gives appreciation to R.A. Kartini’s letters to her friends as the excellent ideas. Relating the results, the reseacher suggets as follows (1). To give the information to the students about her by large sosialition by either written dan oral ones, (2). To celebrate the R.A. Kartini’s birtday by excellent performance, (3). To deepen the history lesson concerning some heroes.

The aim of this research is to know the process of the caltivation of the clean water. The research is held in PDAM Samarinda.There are two kinds of the process namely (Complete Treatment Process) covering physics, chemistry, bacteriology and and the Partial Treatment Process. Whereas the the clean water cultivation consists of some buildings water catch presidementasion, pulsator, coagulation,speed blendering, flocking, filtrision reservoir (desinfectin), cleanwater pump, and lagoon. The standard of the water quality based on the regulation No. 492/MENKES/PER/IV/2010 dated on 19 April 2010 which arranges the requirements of the drinking water and the controlling as well which is based on the Indoneian National of Indonesia. Based on the SNI covering temperature, colour, taste, and the darkness. The quality of the chemistry such as mercury, Arsen, Iron, Floride, Cadmium, clorida, Zenk, maangan, the samness level, amnia and arbondiocide Where as for the micrbiology covering bactery and virus. The standard Based on the Ministery of Helath No. 416/MENKES/PER/IX/by giving the narration that the water does not disturb the health, illness, technical disturbance and the handicap of estetics. The recommendations are that the drinking water has to be higient.

The objective of this research is to know the negative effectof the misue of drugs to the health.The backgrund of thisresearch is that there is a serious negative effect of the drugsincluding for the young generation such as the students fromprimary and secondary schools and the high education aswell. President Joko Widodo had ever said that every year 50(fifty) thousand persons of Indonesia dead becuase of it. Themethod of the it is discriptive-qualitative. The data collectionof the data by library research by taking from the magazinedaily news–paper, reports as well as the electronic media,spreading the questionair, observation and interview. Theresults of the researh are (1).The drugs has been misused bymany people here in East Kalimantan (2). Its spread is solarge that some persons and even the apparatus of the statehave involved in this illegal things, (3). The regulation of thedrugs articles are so weak that there are still many people arenot afraid of to involve the illegal distribution of it. Thesuggestions of the researche are (1). The regulation of thedrugs articles have to be harder punishment than nowdays,(2). The supervision of it has to continue and tight, (3). Thefamily situation has to be happy.
