Obyek penelitian yaitu para pegawai dan para staf Kecamatan Sangatta Utara Kabupaten Kutai timur. jenis penelitianya bersifat deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penelitian yangÂ memaparkan atau menggambarkan segala peristiwa yang diperoleh, dan bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan dari variabel yang diteliti.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â hasil penelitian dan wawancara penulis mengenai Pengawasan Camat dalam pelaksanaan administrasiÂ di kantor Camat Sangatta Utara Kabupaten Kutai Timur sudah bisa dibilang cukup baik hal ini bisa dilihat dari Pengawasan langsung dan tidak langsung yang dilakukan oleh Camat. Faktor-faktor penghambat pengawasan Camat dalam pelaksanaan administrasi di kantor Camat Sangatta Utara yaitu Camat seringkali tidak berada ditempat, karena Camat sering pergi keluar kota karena tugas dinas diluar daerah Kecamatan Sangatta Utara, sehingga pengawasan dalam pelaksanaan administrasi yang dilakukan oleh pimpinan yaitu Camat itu sendiri kurang maksimal

This research is willing to know about the role of the political party to the general election of the governor as the head of the province in East Kalimantan 2018 based on the regulation No.10,2016 about the general election of the heads of the regional either the couple governor, mayor or regent in Indonesia. The method of the research is qualitative by library research.The essential content of the general election regulation is democratic mechanism. The result of the research is that one of the political party in here Indonesia Struggle Democratic Party (PDI Perjuangan) announced by the chairman of the winning team, Verdiana, that (1).Who will register to be the candidate through this party has to register himself or herself by paying such an amount of money to show the seriousness to the candidate but she does not determine how much money to pay Â and the requirements to fill out, (2).Besides the register payment there are some other requirements which are not yet explained.The suggestions are (1).The sum of the money to pay of te registeration has to be determined before , (2).The other requiements has to be declared soon

In Indonesia since the reforms, political participation of women, especially women's representation in decision-making becomes an important agenda of government and the legislature. affirmation and strengthening policies continue to be pursued. In the representation of women in decision-making, of course we have followed with a mindset, as well as the ability of the competent. But the fact is, we are very concerned about the condition of women's political participation tends to be a bit of strength. Social and cultural processes, are more likely to exclude women, is considered negative for the condition and behavior. Therefore, efforts need to change the mindset (mind-set) of society on women's lives.

The objective of this research is to know the corruption on the uninterrutible power suply di DKI Jakarta in 2015 involving the members of Jakarta parliaments.The method of the it is library research taken from Gatra magazine published on August 2,2017.The results of the research are (1).The UPS project has been apointed to be involved the crime namely corruption,(2).The top director of PT.Offtarindo Adhiprima is involved in this project,(3).The corruption has been detected in 2015,(4).The innitial names of the legislators of the special region Jakarta MF and FZ and from the campany concerned are HL and PZ,(5).This case has been performed in Tipikor court state of Jakarta.The suggestions of the researcher are,(1).The antisipation and the control of the local government has to be maximized,(2).The payment of the project concered has to use electronic tools,(3).The acccused people has to be sentenced maximally,(4).The money being corrupted has to be payed by the accused people,(5). The acccused people has to be deleted from the personal staff.

Phenomena occurring in the area are very interesting; given the current state of affairs of the organization of the era is the era of decentralization of government affairs conducted by the local government. Shift in government policy is characterized by the localization policy strengthening the decentralization process that spawned regional autonomy. Good supervision in the planning stages of the budget, to be followed by good supervision in the area of financial management steps next stages of implementation and utilization of APBD. In every stage of regional financial management, strategic aspects of the monitoring in implementing are the principles of the net. Corruption in the use of the budget cannot be separated from the process of planning budgeting which is simply the process of preparing the RAPBD, often irregularities in the planning process marred practices are not good, among others, the project deposit, money politics so that the implementation of the APBD will also loaded with various irregularities.

The aim of this research is to know the role of the politics towards the good governance.The background of it is that the coruption in many countries including Indonesia has been carried out by most of the state officers. For examples (1). The governor of Banten provinc , (2). The head of Mining Officer Service in Nunukan and the Secretary of Samarinda Municipal. The method of the research is library research by getting data from mass-media either printed like news paper , magazine, brosoure or electronics like television, internet, website and twitter. The results of the research are that Ratu Atut has corrupted the health equipment in Bnaten, Azis has been bribed by Bruneian businesman, H.Ibrahim of the project of road in th boarder area in Nunukan and Fadly Illa has been marked up of the land price in Samarinda. The suggestions it is minimize the corruption are (1). To supervise continuelly on the public affairs (2). To make the good governance (3). To effort the supremacy of law.

ABSTRACTThis research is a library research by local newspaper namely Tribun Kaltim dan Kaltimpost .It was held in 2014 .The focus is about corruption in Banten , Sangatta and Jakarta. The corruption in Banten is about the dynasti of Atut , The corruption in Sangatta is the state officers and the corruption in Jakarta is the head of the Democrat political party.The method of the research is to select the corruption news published by the newspaper concerned.The result of it is that the corruption can be happened because of three conditions namely : opportunity , willing and power.In Banten Ratu Atut as a governor,in Sangatta as state – officers of the regency and Anas Urbaningrum as the chairman of the Democrat Political Party have those three reason mentioned above.The suggestions of the resarcher to avoid of the corruption criminal action are to keep the opportunity , willing and power in honest ways .It means a man cannot use those three reasons to be out of control.

This aim of this research is to know the role of the regulation of the kids towards the unsuitable treatment.The location of the research is in Samarinda .The method of it is qualiative and library one .It takes three months by taking news from the local daily newspaper , KaltimPost.The results of the research are (1). The name of the child is Johan Rafli Sultansyah Yusuf (13 years old), (2). He is very naughty (3). He is a member of motorcycle gang which makes many trouble in West Balikpapan, (4). He is a trouble maker towards the female, (5). He is lazy to go o school (6). His mother is lost of control she is, therefore, kills his son, (6). The people there are not gving her to see the burrial of her son. The suggestions are (1). A child must be controlled by his or her parents, (2). The parents must be patients, (3). The parents must be full of love towards the chiildren, (4). The parents must care of their chidren’s friends.

This research is going to know the role of R.A. Kartini to encourage the women in Indonesia in participating thedevelopment of Indonesia. The method of the research isdiscriptive-kualitative where the data is collected by libraryresearch, observation and spreading quetioneair. It takes 3 (three) months to collect the data by reading the literature, observation, interview and sending quesionairs. In collecting data by literature is in the library of the University of 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda. In observation is carried out in the offices of either private or state officers in Samarinda. In interview the researcher asks to some women in the University of 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda. In sending the questionairs the researcher to some women. The results o the researh are (1). The name of R.A. Kartini is not so popular at this moment (2). Most of the respondents are not familiar with the efforts of R.A. Kartini to encourge the women in Indonesia, (3). Some adminres R.A. Kartini as the hero of Indoesian women, (4). Some women gives appreciation to R.A. Kartini’s letters to her friends as the excellent ideas. Relating the results, the reseacher suggets as follows (1). To give the information to the students about her by large sosialition by either written dan oral ones, (2). To celebrate the R.A. Kartini’s birtday by excellent performance, (3). To deepen the history lesson concerning some heroes.
