Abstract

Water Balance Analysis Of Lembur Watershed In Alor Regency. This Research was conducted in May - October 2007. The aim of this research is analyse the water balance of Lembur watersheed.Result of research showed : 1. Potency of Rainfall at Lembur watersheed conducted to farming system, however topography condition, drainage network density, vegetation, soil and land use less support the transfer function of  watersheed; 2. Water balance of Lembur watersheed show deficit during 10 moon in one year. So that affect at produktvity of dry land farming Key word: water balance, watershed

Abstract

Diagnosis Technique Development Paratuberkulosis With Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay. Paratuberculosis (Johne’s Disease) is a chronic granulomatous enteritis diseases of ruminants caused by Mycobacterium paratuberculosis. The disease spreads by faeces with clinical signs of progressivediarrhoae and weight losses. Diagnostic kit for paratuberculosis testing be needed for control and monitoring. The aim of research for develop of ELISA to diagnosis of paratuberculosis desease. The ELISA was developed have 0,29 of a cut – off value with both positive and negative control be tested by using commercial ELISA kit (IDEXX), showed good result. The result of ELISA 80 serum sample of dairy cattle from Kaliadem, Sleman-Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, showed negativeparatuberculosis (mean of OD 0,162 ± 0,015). Keywords: Paratuberculosis, ELISA

Abstract

Power Kills Papaya Seed Extract Worm (Carica Papaya) In  Chicken Buras. A research as a mean to proves and determines effective concentration (Efective Concentration/EC50) from  papaw seed  extract (Carica papaya) to  kill Ascaridia galli has been executed in Oeba Market of Kupang and Animal Healthy Laboratory of  Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Kupang. In this research applied papaw seed extract coming from local papaw tree and worm Ascaridia galli is coming from chicken intestine buras from place of cutting of chicken Pasar Oeba. Energy of  antihelmintik is measured according to Lanson andBrown (1935) that is  with soaking worm in 25 ml condensation which will be checked ( papaw seed extract with concentration of 100%, 50%, 25%, 10% and 5 %), then is observed number of dead worms in each hour clock. Data obtained of eachgroup of immersion will be tested with one track probit analysis and variant analysis. Result of  inferential probit  analysis  that  1)  Effective concentration (Efective Concentration/EC) from research to anthelmintic energy of papaw seed extract is 100%, 50%, 25%, 10% and 5%. Abstract

The affect of landcover changes on regional hydrological conditions of Talau Watershed. Deforestation and landcover changes are influenced factors on global climate changes. NTT is one province in Indonesia which has dry climate conditions and susceptible to that changes. Talau watershed is one of some watershed in NTT which has a dry area with only three wet months in a year. A hydrological model (Gen River) is used to study and estimate water balance in the watershed. Land use, rainfall, soil, DEM and drainage characteristics are the main input components of the model. Some plausible scenarios were simulated using this model. Landcover changes in this area were studied using spatial analysis. Satellite imageries were analyzed using object based techniques to produce landcover maps of 1989 to 1999. Land classification scheme categorized forest, agroforest, plantation, agriculture, grass, rice field, settlement, clear land and water body. To analyzed vegetation index, Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) was used as one of the variables to separate forest, tree based systems, non tree based systems and non vegetation. Besides tasseled-cap transformation was  used to interpret more detailed vegetation type differences. The landcover changes pattern showed that during the ten years period forest conversion to   tree based systemwas about 24 km (3%) and there was 15% increase of non-agricultural landcover, such as grass and bare land. As an input to GenRiver, the landcover classes were reclassified as forest, tree based systems, agriculture and non-agricultural systems. Conversion of 105 km non agricultural systems to tree-based resulted in the decrease of run-off from 43% to 64% and decreasing run-off from 78% to 90% as forest. Decrease of tree landcover can increase soil flow from 1% to 7% from totally rainfall. The land cover changes did not affect for soil quick flow, but it can decrease erosion and flood in wet season. Abstract

“Manggullu” Local Special Food Based On Banana And Peanut. For the agenda of diversivikasi [by] food material, potential traditional food products of local standard barium needed alwaysly in diging and developed. Because local food products generally has niulai taste goal that is typical and doesn't contain chemicals endangering for consuming it. Manggullu is one of  local typical food type of sub-province public Sumba Timur, made from banana jam and peanut boxed collectively/together causing forms a dough. Sees light f ood potency which pertained this on unique hence this research done. This research applies Completely randomized design method. Treatment tried consisted of banana type and composition of peanut and design as unique f actor with formation of  treatment as follows: pl p2 etc.: banana ambon + 250% peanut, plp2 etc.: banana ambon + 50% peanut, P3: banana ambon + 75% peanut, P4:banana beraga + 25% peanut, P5 : banana is having Beraga + 50% peanut, P6:banana beraga + 75% peanut, P7 : banana kepok + 25% peanut, P8: banana kepok + 50% peanut, P9: banana kepok + 75 % peanut. Each re- treatment 3 times so that as a whole there is there are 27 attempt units.Result of research indicates that treatment of banana type and composition of peanut added influential reality to quality of light food of manggullu yielded especially concerning chemical composition and character physical of product. Statistically chemical composition manggullu tarutama water activity, different f at rate and glucose rate depended f rom banana type as component of main standard and composition of  peanut added. Banana type ambon and baranga with composition 75% peanut can increase nutritional value and panelist hobby value (colour, taste goal, and aroma) to product manggullu. https://sexlocals.comKey word: Local Food, Banana, Manggullu

SoE Keprok Orange Farming Scale At District Mollo North Regency Timor Tengah Selatan. Elegibility aspect of farming according to scale ownership of till now has not got attention in research, though the aspect so important to be analysed, because through feasibility analysis farming according to knowable ownership scale of cleanness acceptance receiving, investment rate of return and ratio benefit-cost and level of elegibility of investment in each scale ownership of farmingPurpose of this research is description to image of investment, expense and acceptance receiving farming, according to scale ownership and analyse level of elegibility of farming according to ownership scale.Result of  research indicates that evaluated from criterion NPV and B/C Ratio, farming  Jeruk  Keprok  SoE,  good  of  small  scale,  competent  big  and  middle financially. This thing is proved with Nilai NPV > 0 namely each of 6.922.899,64.507.982, and 86.548.418. While Assessing B/C Ratio > 1 for third of scale farming Keprok Orange, namely each of 8, 10, and 8Keywords: farming scale, SoE keprok orange
