Abstract

Target in this research is : (1) Influence of Style of Leadership situasional of To Officer Performance of Secretariat of Regency Tulang Bawang , (2) Climate Influence Work To Officer Performance of Secretariat of Regency Tulang Bawang, (3) Style of Leadership of situasional and Climate Work to have an effect on to Officer Performance of Secretariat of Regency Tulang Bawang.Research Method which is according to researcher as according to this research method is use the this research type is explanatory sur vey. Research population as much 60 officer people of both for status of Public Servant of Civil and also energy honorer of Secretariat of Area of Regency Tulang Bawang. With the consideration sum up the population of a little and its spreading at one location, hence entire/all population amount made by sampel hence can be said that by this research use the saturated withdrawal sampel technique or census.Result of research indicate that there is influence signifikan, good of style of leadership of situasional and also organizational climate to officer performance of at Secretariat of Area of Regency Tulang Bawang. Result of data processing of menunjukan that variable of style of leadership situasional of equal to 67,00 gratuity of while organizational climate variable equal to 66,30 gratuity, while influence by bersama-sam between officer performance of Secretariat of Area of Regency Tulang Bawang , equal to 66,70 gratuity, the mentioned be at the good enough category, but not yet optimal. Is thereby happened by because variable there be still be other;dissimilar influencing but is not checked.

Abstract

This research aimed (1) to analyze the alternative of the development strategy resulted from the SWOT analysis at the Gender Watch Program in Gresik Regency; and (2) to analyze the constraints faced during the implementation of the program.The research used qualitative case study with the techniques of interviews, observation and documentation in collecting the data.The research results revealed that the Local government of Gresik Regency had greater strength and opportunity factors compared to the weakness and threats; consequently, the strategy used comprised the strong desires of the Local government of Gresik Regency , the financial resources they had in order to realize the opportunity, which was the local development through the gender maincurrent in Gresik Regency. The constraints faced in the implementation of the program comprised the strong patriachal culture/tradition of the community and the economic factors.Therefore, the strong cooperation beetwen the Local government and the Village Government was needed in order to solve the problems which could become constraints in implementing the program.

Abstract

Indonesia as agricultural country ought to provide the food for the resident of its but still conduct the food import. Though elementary requirement food which must be fulfilled by each;every citizen. So that, need the alternative to support the food resilience that is Implementation of Policy of Food Resilience in Regency Tasikmalaya. But in its implementation is his rentan continueing. This research wish to know the role and sinergitas stakeholders, factors of supporter or its implementation continueing resistor, and also benefit of implementation of Policy of Food Resilience in Regency Tasikmalaya, in supporting food resilience. its Research type is descriptive with the approach qualitative and analyse its data, analysis opened by Bogdan, Taylor cover the phase pralapangan, field and pasca field.Result of research show the role and sinergitas stakeholders in continueing of implementation of Implementation of Policy of Food Resilience in Regency Tasikmalaya, not yet optimal. Its supplementary factor because fertile land;ground, wide lawn potency enough, medium and prasarana and also available institute represent the governmental program. its Resistor factor because technical problems is which not yet been finished and decrease it motivate the policy perpetrator. Implementation of Policy of Food Resilience in Regency Tasikmalaya, useful support the food resilience in the Regency minimize mounted by domestic.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of organizational structure, span of control and organizational culture on employee performance Administering Agency Licensing Service Kendari. This study used a quantitative approach, the technique used in collecting the data is to use a questionnaire addressed to the respondent and informant interviews, as well as literature. The results of this study indicate that: (1) organizational structure give the effect of 39.2% on employee performance on Administering Agency Licensing Service Kendari; (2) Full Range of 38.0% impact on employee performance on Administering Agency Licensing Service Kendari; (3) organizational culture did not impact significantly by 03.7% on employee performance on Administering Agency Licensing Service Kendari; (4) Organizational Structure, Organizational Culture Full Range and simultaneously give the effect of 67.2% on employee performance Administering Agency Licensing Service Kendari. This means that in addition to these three variables there are other variables that can affect employee performance Administering Agency Licensing Service Kendari which amounted to 33.8%, which was not examined in this research.

Abstract

The essency of national defense is a dynamic condition of local communitie that provides ductility and toughness as a reflection of the ability to develop their potential and power of. It is used to face and overcome all forms of Threats, Challenges, Barriers and Disorders (TCBD), which may jeopardize the integrity, identity and survival of the nation and the struggle for national development goals in the region.Based on the measurement model applied by the Indonesian Defense Organization, the parameters of the elements of geography, demography, natural resources, economic, social, cultural, defense and security, ideology, politics, willingness and ability to build, as well as overseas response, analysis of National security in Lampung Province compared with the national condition are at the center position. The endurance geography of Lampung Province is strong and need to be maintained and enhanced as seen from its location, Lampung Province has strategic and economic position, especially in the national transportation lines, both overland and sea lanes. The quality of public services and performances in some districts / cities classified as bad, it will have implications for the development of investment in Lampung that impact the durability of the overall area of Lampung province.In general, in terms of quantitative values Astagatra, National Security of Lampung province is in the range between 43.534 to 76.110, or rather the corresponding calculation of 59.822 categorized quite strong. National Security conditions in Lampung province will continue to increase if the efforts to improve dynamic factors continue to be prioritized.

Abstract

In understanding business positions to be seen from internal and external environment of small industries, a research on the Profile of Business Strength in Using Business Opportunities in Small Industries in Market has been conducted. The objective of this research was to find out and explain profiles of business strength, business opportunities and relationships between them. This research used explanatory survey and associative descriptive method. Research objects were 5 (five) bakery business units with target population of 41 persons. Samples or informants were taken using 50% of cluster sampling or 20 informants. Data were analyzed descriptively and associatively.To be seen from internal environment, the profiles of small industries were in sufficiently strong position. The business strength lied on funding, production, and, marketing. Their weaknesses were in employments. To be seen from employment dimension, all factors still showed weaknesses. The weaknesses lied on entrepreneur ship skills/employments, employees’ skills, working conditions, and opportunities to develop for employees. From external environment profile, the business opportunities of small industries was in sufficiently good position. The good business opportunity was marketing. There were many challenges in funding, production, and employment. In funding dimension, business challenge was in providing grant, using credit, and assistance and education. In production dimension, the business challenges were aids for production infrastructures, suppliers’ abilities, and assistances and educations. In employment dimension, business challenges were in educating employments’ skills and roles of the government/third parties.The SWOT dimension analysis showed that the relationship of profile of strength and opportunity in small industries was in S-O position (strength-opportunity), or in other word, sufficient strength and sufficient opportunity. It indicated that position of small industries to be seen from internal environment was sufficiently strong (S) and from external environment was sufficiently having opportunity (O) in the market. With S-O small industry position, the possible business strategy to do was S versus O. It means that the small industries should keep/improve the existing business strengths and opportunities in the market.

Abstract

Policy Evaluation of the structuring regional organization in the District / City Government carried out considering the enactment of Law No. 23 Year 2014 on Regional Government which brought the consequences of changing the authority of government affairs and district / city that needs to be done in the area of organizational structuring device Regency / City Government.Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform No. 67 Year 2011 on Guidelines for Institutional Evaluation explained that for the evaluation of regional institutional attention to three (3) dimensions of complexity that includes Differentiation Horizontal, Vertical Differentiation and Spatial Differentiation and Dimensions Dimensions Formalization and Centralization.Organization of the regional institutional arrangements should be made among others by the enactment of Law No. 5 of 2014 on State Civil Apparatus which requires the placement of employees in accordance with their competence as well as the rationalization of the number of employees per unit organizational needs through analysis of the workload.
