Abstract

This research aims to find out how the monitoring system is implemented at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion for the Special Region of Yogyakarta regarding the management of data and information on Hajj pilgrim registration, waiting lists, and the process of carrying out the Hajj pilgrimage. This research is field research, using qualitative descriptive analysis. Data collection used primary data with observation, interviews, documentation and secondary data from documents in Siskohat. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman, and data validity testing used source triangulation by checking data obtained from various sources. The results show that the Yogyakarta Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion supervised the registration of Hajj pilgrims using the second-generation Siskohat web-based application on the Sybase ASE (Adaptive Server Edition) database. This form of supervision is carried out by monitoring each Hajj registration process at the Regency/City Ministry of Religion Office regarding existing obstacles as a form of optimizing Hajj services. The source of problems that often occur is the blocking of data on Hajj pilgrims when making initial deposits and the process of handing over portions to prospective pilgrims who are permanently ill or have died as well as incomplete document files. Implementation of Siskohat at the DIY Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion as a monitoring system that has benefits in the monitoring and evaluation process of Hajj implementation in DI Province. Yogyakarta. Supervision is carried out online and in real time so that there is a form of correction and analysis of deviations for Hajj services that can be optimal. When the monitoring process takes place, supervision can be carried out at the same time as Hajj registration.

Abstract

The potential of MFIs in their development in a global world contributes up to 80% of the economic turnover of the middle-class that. In addition, the success of MFI development is largely determined by the role of multiple actors. The last fact is that there is an institution that is quite successful in managing MFIs, namely the Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA). Therefore, this study contains an analysis of the strategy used by MARA in starting businesses in the culinary field around Bintulu, Sarawak, Malaysia. The purpose of this study is to reveal how the strategy used by MARA in empowering businesses in the culinary field around Bintulu Sarawak Malaysia. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection technique used interviews by recording the results of the interviews as they were. The results of the study show that the MARA Strategy in encouraging the creation of self-sufficiency in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is divided into three, namely capacity building, capital procurement, and provision of supporting facilities. on the first strategy namely program training, consulting services, training and teaching in the field as well as special programs. The second strategy is to provide capital. Especially for people who meet the requirements and register for the program, they will receive capital assistance according to the provisions made by the MARA team. The last strategy is to provide supporting facilities. There are three types of facilities that will be obtained by MSMEs if they participate in this program, namely: shophouses, small shop, and the last is a kind of tent or street vendor for selling.

Abstract

This research examines Pondok Pesantren Al-Qadir, located in Wukirsari, Cangkringan, Sleman, Yogyakarta, which has been providing assistance to the sand miners' community in the slopes of Mount Merapi since the 2010 eruption. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and then analyzed qualitatively and descriptively using a sociological approach. The findings of this study reveal that psychological trauma and economic devastation have pushed the community to their lowest point in life. However, KH. Masrur Ahmad from PP. Al-Qadir successfully addressed these challenges by organizing the eruption victims, providing spiritual support through mujahadahan rituals, creating job opportunities, establishing a wide economic network, and offering entrepreneurship education and an understanding of government regulations. The charismatic leadership of KH. Masrur, supported by the organic solidarity of the sand miners' community, enables the realization of a long-term economic empowerment vision through a collaborative-didactic management approach. Spiritual education and organizational development are also important focal points in these efforts.

Abstract

The increasing number of elderly people will affect various aspects of life related to the decline in physical, psychological and social conditions. This requires a planning strategy that must be carefully prepared, especially in the process of serving elderly Umrah pilgrims, so that elderly Umrah pilgrims get maximum service. As in the Indonesian Law No. 13 of 1998 concerning Elderly Welfare, one of which is social protection. This study aims to determine the planning strategy for the service of elderly Umrah pilgrims at PPIU Amana Tour & Travel PT Amana Berkah Mandiri Umbulharjo Yogyakarta in 2020. This research is a descriptive qualitative field research. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. The data analysis method is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the service of elderly Umrah pilgrims carried out by Amana Tour & Travel is quite good. Judging from the employees or mentors are responsible for the elderly Umrah pilgrims, have good knowledge and abilities, try to understand the needs of the congregation, and are able to provide trust. The planning strategies carried out by Amana Tour & Travel in the service of elderly Umrah pilgrims are optimizing facilities and infrastructure, maximizing the role of elderly Umrah pilgrims both in quality and quality.
