Data structure is a subject that must be taken by a student in Informatics Engineering course. In the process of teaching and learning, students always have difficulty and confusion to study the course of data structures, especially the material Linked List. This is due to the complexity of the workings of the linked list itself. Learning media can be found through various media such as books, journals, e-books, computers, mobile learning, and others. With technology-based mobile learning, researchers are trying to design Linked List learning software. With this application is expected to help students to understand both the workings and processes of the Linked List itself using the model explicit instruction (direct learning). This application is designed as interactive as possible so that students do not feel bored in studying and understanding the material of Linked List. This application displays step by step formation of the Linked List itself and this material can be repeated by students either anywhere and anytime by using Android-based Smartphone.

Decision-making is the process of selecting alternative actions to achieve a certain goal or goal. Decision-making is done with a systematic approach to the problem through the process of collecting data into information and coupled with the factors that need to be considered in decision making. In the decision-making process, decision makers are often exposed to various criteria, such as chicken farmers, who often face difficulty in determining priorities in decision-making processes and policies regarding the quality of laying hens. This is influenced by the number of criteria determined in determining the quality of chicken eggs age, weight, nutritional food, environmental temperature and disease. In connection with this, the authors conducted a process of rules analysis to determine the quality of laying hens with Simple Additive weighting method (SAW). The process of analysis of the rules with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is done by finding the weight of value for each attribute, then conducted a ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative in determining the quality of laying hens based on the criteria used, by Using this method will be able to produce chicken laying eggs where the egg quality is good.

The Office of Marine and Fisheries of Bangka Belitung Islands Province is the implementing element of the Provincial Government in the field of marine and fisheries which has the main duty according to the Decree of the Governor of Bangka Belitung Islands Number 6 Year 2003 which applies its authority. Decentralization and deconcentration of duties in the field of marine and fisheries. The Office of Marine Affairs and Fisheries is responsible for managing the household affairs and consulting duties of the Islands Province of Bangka Belitung Islands and the specific tasks delegated by the Central Government in the field of Marine and Fisheries. Therefore, the Office of Marine and Fisheries can provide excellent service and distribute fishing cards to the people of Bangka Belitung. One effort that can be done is to improve the card information system of fishermen with computerized and integrated system in order to provide accurate and targeted information.

Online Discussion Forum System Citizens need to be built as a medium of information exchange and news. With the Online Citizens Discussion Forum System, information and news are faster delivered to citizens wherever and whenever, so it is expected to improve the quality in service for the citizens themselves. To design the Online Discussion Forum System, the author uses PHP programming language with MYSQL database and XAMPP webserver. The system development model used is RAD model with Business Modeling stage, Data Modeling, Process Modeling, Application Generation, Testing and Turnover. The system design tools using UML (Unified Modeling Language) include Use Case Diagram and Activity Diagram. The results obtained from this study are the users of RW 02 residents can interact directly with the Chair RW 02 online and can exchange information online anytime and anywhere with all residents RW 02.

As a company engaged in agribusiness one of the operational activities is the procurement of fertilizers and fungiciders that are directly related to the fullfilment of needs in oil palm platantations PT. Hutahaean in Dalu-dalu. For data processing and data reportingevry fertilizer and fungiside procurement has been done manuallu by using computer. As the advances in computer technology have made an appropriate change impact on several aspects, so worthy of being the media of information technology in the business world to get the ease and development of technologi progress itself. Research begins by collecting the required data with several methods of interviews, field studies, literature studies and direct observation of the system ceated, the system created using the programming language php. The research aims to facilitate the management of PT. Hutahaean in seeing the stock of goods from the manual into a computerized system using a web-based system, this system is closely related to computer media, hope this system can produce information easily, quickly and accurately. Fertilizer and fungicide procurement information system is designed using mysql as storage media, php as scrip and web to access. The outline of the information system carried out can run as it should but need development and evalution.

Decision support systems are computer-assisted decision-making processes to assist decision-makers using certain data and models to resolve some unstructured issues. While Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method or tool in making decisions that are multi criteria by using Expert Choice software software Ver.11. Criteria used as a benchmark in determining the selection of employees who will rise certain positions on PT.Suzuki Sejahtera Buana Trada namely: skill (Ability), potential, abilities and skills. From this study found that skill is priority or priority on PT.Suzuki Sejahtera Buana Trada and from these three employees Rudi Widodo has a much better skill and meets the criteria for promotion compared to the other 2 employees on behalf of Syamsul and Nanda.

Process Modeling approach to Analysis and design of information systems at the drug sale Rindani sejahtera pharmaci Pekanbaru Core Solutions aims to create a computerized system that can be used by the company in running the company's operations, where they are always in need of information. The methodology used in this research is the methods of literature, include drug and literature, as well as conduct research by holding recording, collecting and analyzing reports, interviews to the company, and the methods of analysis and design of information systems sales approach. Results obtained from this study is a need for sales information systems, such as sales reports that can help management in decision making. Front End Guest Book information system on the Central Bureau of Statistics is very helpful in terms of recording visitor data, by providing an android based mobile devices that exist in the service, then visitors simply fill the self-biodata in accordance with the guidelines and face recording by utilizing the existing front camera on the device and the data is stored in a database. This system is very helpful part of the service in directing where the destination visitors in accordance with the data that has been in the content. The visitor data has reports that can be viewed and printed periodically, meaning that the head of the Central Bureau of Statistics can see the progress of visitors and their goals on a regular basis.
