Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the performance assessment criteria forsuppliers with better criteria based on previous research and the study ofliterature, also measure the performance of suppliers using the criteria. Theresearch data is the data performance per supplier during the period January toAugust 2013. The sampling method used is a saturated sampling where the entirepopulation is taken as a sample with a population of 9 people and 3 people for asample of experts. The analytical method used in this study is the AnalyticalHierarchy Process (AHP). The results showed that the criteria can be used in thecompany and of the simulation shown significant results from suppliers that serveas sample simulations. The criteria are include quality and durability testing,delivery, price, responsiveness, financial stability and business, informationdevelopment process, technical ability and a good & stable background. Afterdone supplier performance assessment using criteria that already selectedresulting effective measurement, example using 3 company supplier which isgenerating a decision for best supplier selection that can cooperate with companypositively. Abstract

Abstract. One of the common problem manufacturing company used to have isproduction lateness. It is caused by the manufacturing company haven‘t had aneffective scheduling system. This study aim to integrate production andmaintenance scheduling that focused on critical machine. Critical machine ischosen based on lowest OEE value. Integer programming uses to determineoptimal value of downtime, production quantity, dan maintenance quantity. Theresult of this study shows that downtime can be decreased by 82.20 minutes. Itcauses increased OEE value up to 25.56%. Integrated production and maintenancescheduling also ensures that all production activity and maintenance activity canbe carried out in work time range and still, can fulfill demand.Keyword:Scheduling, Production, Maintenance, Overall EquipmentEffectiveness(OEE), Integer Programming

Abstract. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of corporateimage, service quality, and trust towards purchase decision of micro credit unit atMikro Mandiri Tangerang Ciledug 2. This research is a quantitative researchwhich both primary and secondary data were employed. Secondary data weretaken from journals and books. Primary data were gathered using questionairewhich were distributed to the target respondents using convenience samplingtechnique. Abstract

Abstract. PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Boiler Departement is apart of productiondepartement which produces steam that can not be separated from issues thatcorresponded with the Effectiveness of the machine caused by six big losses.Hence, some effeetive and effecient steps are needed to overcome and prevent theissue. The purpose of this research were to find out everall equipmenteffectiveness (OEE) value of the Boiler machines to analyze the six big lossesfactors, and to purpose improvement efforts based on total productivemaintenance (TPM) concept this research used OEE measurement method six biglosses, calculation analysis and cause effeect diagram to examine existingproblem to give solution improvement for the problem. The results shower thatthe average OEE value of three boiler machine is not meeting standards of basetarget companies. The most effecting factors of OEE value were reduced speedlosses and breakdowns losses. The proposed action for improve boiler machineeffectiveness were by utilizing autonomous maintenance according to TPMconcept.Keyword: Total productive Maintenance, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, sixbig losses.

Abstract

Abstract. The aim of this research is to find out of the effect of quality products andpromotion towards customer satisfication and implication to customer loyality. Therespondents on this research are customers of CASA and time deposit on RabobankTanah Abang Branch, and they have become customer for at least 12 months. Thenumber of respondents is set of 100 respondents by using sampling technique. Thisresearch used analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that:There is a positive correlation towards quality products with customer‘s satisfaction,promotion to customer‘s satisfaction, quality product and promotion of customer‘ssatisfaction, product with the customer‘s loyalty, promotion to customer‘s loyalty, andcustomer‘s satisfaction. Quality product, promotion towards the satisfication and loyalitycustumer, and there is no positive and significant correlation of quality product,promotion towards the loyality customer‘s through the customer‘s satisfaction as theintervening variable. Recommended for further researchers to expand the scope of theresearch is not just only one Rabobank Indonesia Branch but include of the othersRabobank Indonesia Branchs. Management of Rabobank Indonesia should to conductevaluation and improved the service in case of responsiveness by giving special trainingfor customer service to minimize complaintin order to increase satisfication and customerloyality.Keywords: Quality Product, Promotion, Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract. This Research head for examine the control of work and safe behaviorto have influence on the performance. Dimension of them were taken from severalof sources. Sample was collected from PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJemployees, total sample of 86 respondents‘. Therespondents who working in theengineering Office and Offshore field operation range 35% and 65% from totallyof the sampling.The data was collected by the questionnaire filling. There have beenobtained are processed and result the correlation by using Method of SuccessiveInterval (MSI) and computer software SPSS (Statistical Product and ServiceSolution) versi 20. The core analysis by using Multiple linear regressionsThen thedatas annalized to find the correlation between them by the classic assumption testusing multikolinierity, heteroskedastisity, normality test and autocorrelation andthen hypothesis test by using koefisien determination (R²), partial statistic t (ttest), simultan statistic F (F test) and dimention correlation.The result of research indicated that variable of control of work and safebehavior have significant correlation with employee performace, and then bysimultantnously the control of work and the safe behavior have significantcorrelation with employee performace.Keywords: Control of Work, Safe behavior and Employee Performance.
