Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to examine how the influence wild parking income persons business owners who have businesses in the center of the economy. The methods used in this research uses qualitative, descriptive methods of analysis. This method is used to analyze the size of the Central leanings, dispersion and distribution of data, such as average, median and variance, as well as maximum and minimum values. The data obtained will also explain how the influence wild parking income persons business owners in the city of Banda Aceh. The results showed that the wild parking that is in the place of business of the respondents did not give negative impact on incomes of business owners. Wild parking lot also does not affect the consumer's visit to places of business respondents, because the fares charged by the custodian of the wild parking not too big of an official tariff, thus making consumers do notburdenedto return to the place of business.Keywords: ilegal parking, income.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of population, road length and vehicle volume on economic growth in Aceh Province, especially in urban areas where there are five cities in Aceh Province, namely Banda Aceh, Langsa, Lhokseumawe, Sabang and Subulussalam. In this study, the variables used are the variable number of working age population, road length, vehicle volume and economic growth. Data for this study uses panel data from five cities in Aceh Province in the period 2013-2017. The analysis model used is a multiple linear regression model with a testing model of Fixed Effect Model. The results of the fixed model approach indicate that vehicle volume variables and road length have a positive and significant effect on economic growth, while the variable number of working-age population is positively related but not significant to the economic growth of five cities in Aceh province. The results of this study are expected to be an input for the government in increasing infrastructure growth, especially roads, so as to facilitate the mobility of people and goods with increasing volumes of vehicles.Keywords: Population Number, Road Length, Vehicle Volume, Economic Growth.

Abstract

Abstrac This study aims to analyze the relationship between the age structure of the population and the level of poverty in Aceh Besar District. Variables in this study include the structure of the population's age, poverty, population education level, and occupation of the population. In conducting this research, the authors used a qualitative analysis method with secondary data obtained from the BPS SUSENAS (National Socio Economic Survey) in 2018. The use of this method aims to describe the characteristics of the population of Aceh Besar who are below the poverty line. The results showed that the level of poverty vulnerability in Aceh Besar was quite high. This is because the average level of education of the population is high school, so productivity is not too high. In addition, opportunities for the labor force to work in the formal sector are also relatively limited, which results in relatively low income levels. Most of Aceh Besar's population also works in primary sectors, where the added value of production is relatively small. Due to the low education and profession of the population in the primary sector, the majority of the middle-aged population (30-44 years) dominates very low and low incomes.Keywords: Population Age Structure, Poverty, Population Education Level, Population Work, Aceh Besar.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to see the attractiveness of the community to work the online transportation sector in Banda Aceh City. By using income, education, freedom in work, and employment opportunities. The analysis model in this study is multiple linear regression using primary data. The results showed that the effect of employment opportunities on attractiveness to work in the online transportation sector was positively related, with a significant value of 0.034 0.05 and a T-count value of 2.145 T-table 1.988 so it can be concluded that the hypothesis was accepted. The effect of freedom in work on the attractiveness of working in the online transportation sector is negatively related, it is known that the value is not significant at 0.089 0.005 and the T-count value is -1.718 T-table 1.988 so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is rejected. The effect of income on attractiveness for working in the online transportation sector is negatively related, it is known that the value is not significant is 0.224 0.05 and the calculated T value is 1.224 T-table 1.988 so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is rejected. For further research, it is suggested that it can add unemployment variables and the research carried out to focus more on Indonesia.Keywords: Online Transportation, Income, and employment opportunity

Abstract

Abstract The RASTRA program is one of the programs to accelerate poverty reduction in cluster I, namely in the form of a family-based integrated social assistance program that touches the common people directly. This program is a tangible manifestation of Article 5 of the Presidential Regulation No. 15 of 2010 which regulates the program for accelerating poverty reduction. This study aims to determine the impact of the RASTRA program on poverty in Aceh in 2015-2018 using a descriptive quantitative approach. The results of the study show that if the RASTRA increases, it indicates that poverty in Aceh 2015-2018 is also high. Therefore, it is expected that the government can re-evaluate RASTRA RTS-PM Household Data.Keywords: RASTRA, Poverty, Aceh

Abstrack                                                                The purpose of this study the economic linkage of the districts/ cities in the province of Aceh towards the hinterland area. In this study, The GRDP variables used is based on the constant price of 23 districts/cities in the province of Aceh and the distance from the growth center to the hinterland area.  Data of this study used is panel data in the 2012-2016. The data by conducting chow, housman and multiple langgrange extant trials, and from the results of the model test it can be concluded for the three growth center for Banda Aceh, Lhoksemawe and west Aceh. Banda Aceh based on the chow test and Hausman, Test choose the fixed effect model in Banda Aceh as the center of growth positive for the test area trial effect areas to the hinterland region but not significant results. While the Lhoksemawe city as the most appropriate growth center used a random effect model testing which is more accurately estimated that lhoksemawe which is the center of growth has a positive impact on its hinterland area and the results are significant. West Aceh region uses the common effect model testing  for estimation to show positive results but the results are not significant. This results of this study are expected to be an input for the government in improving infrastructure, especially road conditions. Keywords: GRDP, Distance between municipal districts

Abstract

Abstrack This study aims to determine what factors influence the willingness to pay the public to use parking electronic system in the Aceh Besar District. The data used are primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to residents in Aceh Besar District. The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents two-wheeled and 50 four-wheeled riders. The analytical model used in this study is a multiple linear regression model, based on the results of the study found that those that affect the willingness to pay the public to use parking electronic system are income and payment methods. The implication of this research is that it is worth noting to carry out the construction of parking lots with electronic systems whether the government or the private sector to provide security, convenience, and reduce negative impacts and theft in parking locations. At the 95 percent confidence level this study is statistically acceptable.Keywords: willingness to pay, income, education, electronic parking system, multiple linear regression

Abstract

AbstractAfter  the 2004 Earthquake and Tsunami Disaster in Aceh, the Aceh Province in in this case Banda Aceh city continues to strive to develop the developmentof the city both in terms of infrastructureand not least from the Tourism sector. The problem that occurs is whether the impact of tourism activitiesaffectsthe socio economic behavior in Banda Aceh city. The method use is descriptive method which conducts field surveys to see the result of the research.The results of the research obtained through the results of distributing questionnaires in qualitative form are compiled beforehand so that they become quantitative data. The quantitative values compiled are used on a Likert scale (Donal R. Couper, C. William Emory: 1997). One choice is scored with interval distance 1. The choice score is between 1,2,3,4 and 5.The results of the discussion of thei study indicate that impact of tourism activities has a positive and significant impact on the socio-economic community in the City of Banda Aceh Post Tsunami especially around tourist sites.Keywords: Tourism, Socio Economic Behavior, Business Opportunities, income.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of health budget allocation on the level of community welfare in Sabang City and health service providers allocate health budgets in Sabang City Hospital with the aim of improving the quality of health services that affect the costs incurred by the community. This research method uses quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis research methods and uses primary data through observation and questionnaires. This research was conducted in the city of Sabang by taking a sample of 100 household head respondents who used health services in Sabang City Hospital, each of which 25 prosperous family heads in Sukakarya and Sukajaya sub-districts and 25 Pre-prosperous family heads in Sukakarya and Sukajaya sub-districts. The results showed that the community using health services is the head of the family who bears a large burden by the family head, namely the cost of food and food as well as referral medical expenses and accompanying family members who are borne by the head of the family up to more than Rp.4,000,000 per month only a little Rp1,000,000 to Rp.3,300,000. If the government as a provider of health services optimizes the budget allocation for good health in providing health services in the Sabang City Hospital, the middle to lower class community is not charged with the costs of buying medicines, medical expenses for other hospitals and other unexpected costs.Keyword: Health Fund Allocation, Public Welfare, Sabang city, Impact of Allocation, Public Health.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze how the influence of economic growth, population density and unemployment on crime rates in five cities in Aceh Province. This study uses secondary data, namely data on economic growth, population density, unemployment and crime data in four cities in Aceh Province. The analytical model used is quantitative analysis. The data analysis method in this study is panel data using the Generalized Least Square (GLS) approach. The results of this study indicate that the resulting model is as follows: Cr5,5 = α + βDen5,5 + eit or Cr = –503.1867 + 0.462479Den - 26.83167PDRB + 171.0790UNP. Density or population density variables have a positive and significant effect on crime. This means that the higher the population density, the higher the crime. The variable Perkapita GRDP has a negative and significant effect on crime. This means that the higher the GDP per capita then the crime will decrease. Furthermore, the UNP variable or unemployment has a positive and significant effect on crime. This means that the higher the number of unemployed, the more crime will also increase.Keywords: density, unemployment, economic growth and crime.
