Abstract This study aims to analyze the relationship of the construction sector to GRDP in provinces in Indonesia. In this study, the variables used are Construction, Labor, Investment and GRDP variables. This research was conducted to examine the impact and relationship on construction, labor, investment on a national scale and per zone (West, Central, East) in a certain period of time against the GRDP in Indonesia. The data for this study uses panel data of 34 provinces in Indonesia in the period 2010-2017 using the fixed effect model (FEM). The results of the fixed model approach show that construction has a positive but not significant effect on GRDP and then Investment has a positive and significant effect on GRDP in Indonesia. It is hoped that this research can become a reference and appeal for the government to implement construction sector policies in an effort to increase GRDP in every province in Indonesia. Keywords: construction, labor, investment and GRDP

This study use primary data which are obtained from questionnaires to online transportation users. The samples of this study are a hundred of online transportation user. Meanwhile, this study applied multiple linear regression. There are four independent variables that influence the dependent variables, they are; income, price, promotion, and services. Based on the regression results, variable of income and price give the negative and significant effect while the promotion and services variables significantly influence the demand of online transportation. This study inform us that promotion and services by online transportation can increase a demand of online transporation. A good services can attract people to use online transportation, it means that if online transportation give a good service to users it will make them use online transportation for the next day. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect infrastructure of road, electricity, school, and GRDP on poverty in Aceh in the period 2012 to 2017 using the fixed effect model (FEM). The regression coefficient show that the road infrastructure variable has a negative and significant on Aceh’s poverty, electricity variable has no effect on Aceh’s poverty, schools variable has a negative and significant effect on Aceh’s poverty, while GRDP variable has no effect on Aceh’s poverty. An increase in GRDP is actually very necessary but not enough to overcome the problems of poverty in Aceh Province. The results of this study are expected to be used as indicators of the government to choose policies that are suitable for reducing poverty in Aceh. Efforts to reduce poverty are even more focused because reducing the number of poor people in an area will have an impact on national development and poverty alleviation programs are expected to be affordable to all levels of society. Keywords: Poverty, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Poor Population, Infrastructure, Fixed Effect Model

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the reduction in energy subsidies and poverty in Indonesia. The method used in this study is the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model. The data used are annual data the period of 1998-2018. The variables used are government spending, energy subsidies, inflation, and the amount of poverty that comes from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The results indicated that there was a positive effect between energy subsidies and poverty but was not significant. The reduction in energy subsidies does not directly affect poverty, due to low use of energy within the poor. The research implies that policy decision makers to reduce energy subsidies do not make a difference between the period before and after, this indicates that all estimation periods did not change significantly. Keywords: Government spending, energy subsidies, inflation, poverty, OLS

This study are used the variables in Indonesia's economic growth, domestic investment and foreign investment in the water, electricity and gas infrastructure sector. The results shows that the domestic investment (PMDN) of the water, electricity and gas sector in the previous year had a value above 0.05 units, then this variable had a negative effect on Indonesia's economic growth, whereas for the last two, three and four years had a value below 0.05 unit, then this variable has a positive effect on Indonesia's economic growth. the foreign investment (PMA) of the water, electricity and gas sector in the last year and the last two years has a value below 0.05 units, then this variable has a positive effect on Indonesia's economic growth, meanwhile,in the last three and four years has a value above 0.05 units, then this variable has a negative effect on Indonesia's economic growth. Keywords: Infrastructure, Economic Growth, Domestic Investment, foreign investment, Indonesia

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the likelihood of mothers to have stunted children with using economic and social profile in Aceh. The method used in this study is a quantitative analysis method with a logistical model. The data used is secondary data. The data consisted of cross section data, obtained from SUSENAS March, 2018, and the Provincial Statistics Agency (BPS) of Aceh Province in 2018. The variables used were the family size, breast milk feeding, access to water and sanitation, and visits to health facilities during pregnancy. The results showed that the coefficient value of the variable number of family members was positive, the more the number of children would increase the risk of giving birth to stunting children. While the coefficient of access to clean water, daily protein consumption and visits to health facilities during pregnancy and childbirth are all negative. This shows that safer access to clean water, adequate daily protein consumption and frequent visits to FASKES during pregnancy and childbirth will reduce the risk of giving birth to a stunting child. These variables are statistically significant at the 95 confidence level. Keywords: Stunted, family size, breastfeeding, sanitation, Aceh
