Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze how the influence of gross regional domestic product and village funds on the human development index in Aceh Province. The method used in conducting this research is the panel data regression analysis method. This study uses panel data from 23 districts / cities in Aceh Province from 2015-2019. Gross regional domestic product and village funds are the independent variable while the dependent variable is the human development index from BPS Aceh and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The results showed that the gross regional domestic product variable had a significant positive effect on the human development index and also the village fund variable had a significant positive effect on the human development index. Partially the dominant influence on the human development index is gross regional domestic product.Keyword: Gross Regional Domestic Product, Village Fund, Human Development Index, Panel                Data Regression

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the participation of the Bayeun Village community in planning, to determine the participation of the Bayeun Village community in the implementation, to determine the participation of the Bayeun Village community in Utilization, and to determine the participation of the Bayeun Village community in the Evaluation. This research was conducted in Bayeun Village, Rantau Selamat District, East Aceh Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods with crosstab analysis. The number of respondents in this study was 10 respondents who were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation with a sampling technique with certain considerations (purposive sampling). The results showed that there was planning participation in the process of preparing the Village RKP obtained 17,083 with a sig of 0.030, the implementation participation in the process of preparing the RKP Desa was obtained 15,972 with a sig of 0.013, the participation of utilization in the process of preparing the RKP Village was obtained 4,167 with a sig of 0.002, and the existence of evaluation participation in the process of preparing the Village RKP obtained 7,778 with a sig of 0.005.enKeywords: Biodiesel Consumption in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to analyze the level of development of the agricultural sector in the districts of East Aceh, Aceh Tamiang and Langsa City and analyze the rubber plantation sector of East, Aceh Tamiang and Langsa City.The data used are GRDP data for the agricultural sector in East District, Aceh Tamiang and Langsa City. To analyze the level of development of the rubber plantation sector using the Location Qoetient (LQ). The results of the analysis of the level of development of the agricultural sector of East rubber plantations, Aceh Tamiang and Langsa City are already classified as advanced. The East rubber plantation sector, Aceh Tamiang and Langsa City will become a developed sector and grow rapidly in Aceh Province, if the agricultural sector GRDP growth rate is higher than the Aceh Province GRDP growth rate, farmers and the business world need to increase added value (value added). ) Rubber plantation commodities so that their contribution and growth rate are increasing in the GRDP economy of East District, Aceh Tamiang and Langsa City.Keywords : Leading Sector Potential, Rubber Plantation, GRDP¸ location Quetiont

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the relationship between urbanization and urban poverty in Indonesia. The data used is panel data from 5 provinces, namely Aceh, Bengkulu, Central Sulawesi, West Nusa Tenggara and Papua from 1980 to 2015. The analysis model used is a simple linear regression model. To decide which model is most appropriate to use in this study, the Chow and Hausman tests were carried out. Based on the results of the panel model test, it can be concluded that the most appropriate model to use is the Random Effect Model (REM). The results of the REM model approach show that urbanization and GRDP have a negative and significant effect on urban poverty. The results of this study are expected to provide input for policy makers in overcoming the excessive number of urbanization in the provinces in Indonesia. For further research that examines urbanization, other variables can be added so that the results are more indepth and comprehensive.Keywords: Urbanization, Poverty, and GRDP

Abstract

AbstractThis research purposes to examine the profile of child labor (Case Study in Banda Aceh City), using purposive sampling method, by sharing enquettes to 45 informants (child workers). Data processing is done with Microsoft Office Excel program. The results of this research indicate that the majority of the child laborers in Banda Aceh City are children whose daily status is as students. They beg after school. This work activities do can have both positive and negative effects. The positive effect is that income from work can be saved for daily necessities such as allowance, school necessities and ease the burden on the family. While the negative effect is that children are exploited or their growth and development are stunted, so that they cannot be optimal of physically, mentally, socially and intellectually.Keywords: Child Labor, Employment and Poverty.

Abstract

AbstractPoverty is one of the economic diseases that can reduce people's welfare and education is one of the factors that influence it, for that researchers want to know the effect of education variables on poverty in Aceh Province. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research with panel data regression method and chooses a random effects model approach (Random Effect). The data used is secondary data, which consists of data on the percentage of poor people, Literacy Rate, Average Years of Schooling, and Expected Years of Schooling which are sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Aceh Province. The results of this study indicate that the Literacy Rate and Average Years of Schooling have a negative and significant effect on poverty, while the Expectation of Years of Schooling has an insignificant negative effect on poverty in Aceh Province in 2016-2020. Local governments need to seek to improve the quality of education through programs that improve the qualifications of educators and ensure that quality educators are distributed evenly in every district/city in Aceh Province. Further research is recommended to add the Main Performance Index (KPI) variable and for the poverty variable to use other indicators such as the Poverty Depth Index and the Poverty Severity Index. .Keywords: Poverty, Literacy Rate, Average Years of Schooling and Expected Years of Schooling

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the efficiency of water use in Banda Aceh City. Primary data was used in this study with a sample of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using DEA. The results showed that the range of efficiency in water use was found to be at most in the range of 75-100 percent, with a sample of 55 respondents, meaning that 50 percent of the respondents interviewed were efficient in using water in their respective households, especially for households type 36 and type 45. The suggestion that can be conveyed is that there is a need for an appeal and socialization from the government for the community to make a movement to save water use so that water does not become scarce.Keywords: Water use, Efficiency, DEA
