Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the trust and the price of the purchase intention with the perceived value as mediating variable. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a sample of 100 people in the city of Banda Aceh .Teknik analytical in this study using a model HLM (A hierarchical linear model). The results showed that the confidence and bepengaruh significantly influence purchase intention, confidence and significant effect on the perception of value, perceived value significantly influence purchase intentions, beliefs significantly influence purchase intention through perceived value as mediating variable prices and significant effect on the perception of value through perception of value as mediation. The implications of online stores blibli.com in this study need to increase confidence and to increase purchase intention mediated by perceived valueKeyword : Trust, Price, Perceived Value, Purchase Intentions.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of perceived service quality towards repurchase intention with trust of salesperson as the mediating variable. The sample used in this study were 100 people which are the customer of Lyradyba retail store in Banda Aceh. Purposive sampling is used as the sampling technique. The analysis method is Hierarchichal Linear Modelling (HLM) is used as the method of analysis to find out the influence of  the variables involved. The results of this research indicates that perceived service quality significantly affect the repurchase intention. In addition to obtain with the result, the trust of salesperson variable partially mediates the influence of perceived service quality towards the repurchase intention. It also suggests that the better the perceived quality given, the higher the trust of the salesperson, and the stronger the repurchase intention of the customer.   Keyword: Perceived Service Quality, Repurchase Intention, Trust of   Salesperson, Retailing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career adaptability to job satisfaction with older worker age and motivation as a moderating. The empirical study conducted at Syiah Kuala University's staff used a questionnaire as a research instrument, which samples in this study of 120 people who are employees aged 40 to 60 years old. Probability sampling is used as a sampling technique with Simple Random Smpling. Methods MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) is used as a method of data analysis using software IBM SPSS 20. These results indicate that the career adaptability positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, older worker age significantly and negatively related to job satisfaction, work motivation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and in addition showed that the older worker age moderate positive effect on career adaptability to job satisfaction and motivation does not moderate influence on career adaptability to job satisfaction. Abstract

This aims of this study are to investigate the effect of corporate branding, and brand equity on purchase decision The patien of rumah sakit ibu dan anak in Banda Aceh is a taken as a sample in this study. The method of this study employed questionnairs as an instrument. Total sampling is applied as the study’s convenience technique. Hierarchical Linear Modelling methods of analysis are used to determine the influence of the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that corporate branding have positive effect on purchase decision, corporate branding have positive influence on brand equity and brand equity have positive effect on purchase decision. This study also shows that corporate branding influential significantly against brand equity nor against purchase decision. In addition abtained results that brand equity has partial mediated the effect of corporate branding effect to purchase decision.Keywords: Corporate Branding, Brand Equity, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This research aimed to measure the effect of training, compensation and work discipline to job performance of employee in PT. PLN Banda Aceh. The sample used in this research are employee in PT. PLN Banda Aceh which totaled 199 respondents. The methods of this study used a questionnaire as a research instrument. Proportional random sampling was used as sampling technique. As much of 132 questionnaires could be collected. Multiple regression analysis was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all variables involved in this research. The results are follows: 1) Training significantly effect to Job Performance of employee  in PT. PLN Banda Aceh. 2) Compensation significantly effect to Job Performance of employee in PT. PLN Banda Aceh. 3) Work Discipline significantly effect to Job  Performance of employee in PT. PLN Banda Aceh.Keywords: Training, Compensation, Work Discipline, Job Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to ascertain the impact of perceived risk, perceived benefit and trust toward consumer purchase intention. The sample used in this study are the consumer who visited e-commerce portal zalora.co.id. The used research method utilized questionnaires as the research instrument. The amount of questionnaires that had been analyzed were 200 questionnaires. Non probability sampling system had been used for sampling technique. This technique used to the unknown element profitability within the population that was selected as the sample, and the type of used was purposive. Multiple Linear Regression was also used as analysis method to ascertain the impacts from involved variables. The results showed that the independent variables perceived risk, perceived benefit dan trust show the positive influence and significant (sig 0.05) on purchase intention in e-commerce portal zalora.co.id  Key Word: Perceived Risk, Perceived Benefit, Trust, Purchase Intention

Abstract

This research conducted to investigate the difference in perceived quality, satisfaction, and conative loyalty on museum visitors in Banda Aceh. Data collected as many as 100 questionnaires. The sample in this research was the visitors who had visited the Museum Tsunami Aceh and Museum Aceh. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Technique of analysis using different test average pairwise (Paired Sample T Test). Based on t-test results found that there is no difference between the perceived quality, satisfaction, and visitors conative loyalty at Museum Tsunami Aceh and Museum Aceh. Abstract

This study aims to know the planning and analyzing the value of the increased supply of distribution based on Trend Projection at PT. Lafarge Cement Indonesia. Supply Chain Management defined a problem to get optimal solutions that have an impact on the cost of the supply chain in the process funneling the goods production and services to customers. The sample in this research was the site of a cement packing (Terminal Packing Plant) at PT. Lafarge Cement Indonesia. The method of this research is carried out by means of direct interviews and obesrvasi as an instrument of research. The technique used is Forecasting as analytical methods and variables to know predictions/distribution supply level forecasting. The results of this research show that the distribution system by planning on doing. Significant effect on the level of PT.LCI supply distribution of cement, and the effectiveness  progression of distribution at PT Lafarge Cement Indonesia reached an average of 98% per year.Keyword: Supply Chain, Distribution, Trend Projection

Abstract

This research aims to empirically examine the effect of earnings quality, stock liquidity on cost of equity capital in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. This research uses earnings management as indicators of earnings quality and trading volume as indicators of stock liquidity. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method, it is a method that  take sampling based on specific criteria. So, there are 20 manufacturing  companies selected as the sample which are further analyzed by multiple regression to investigate the partial and simultaneous effects. It was found that, the partial earnings management is a significant positive effect on cost of equity capital and trading volume is a significant negative effect on cost of equity capital. It is found that the simultaneous testing of earnings management and trading volume have a significant effect on cost of equity capital. Abstract

This research aims to ascertain the impact of digital signage toward consumer behavior. The sample used in this study are the custumers of Suzuya Mall Banda Aceh. The used research method utilized questionnaires as the research instrument. The amount of questionnaires that had been analyzed were 100 questionnaires. Non probability sampling system had been used for sampling tehnique. This tehnique used to the unknown element profitability within the population that was selected as the sample. Partial Least Square was also as analysis method to ascertain the impact from involved variables. The results showed that, (1) The Digital Signage significantly takes effect to Consumer Behavior, (2) Digital Signage significantly takes effect to Positive Affect, (3) the Positive Affect significantly takes effect to Consumer Behavior, (4) The Digital Signage significantly takes effect to Consumer Behavior mediated by Positive Affect as mediation variable.
