Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand credibility on consumer purchase intentions with variables decision convenience as mediators. The sample used in this study is 100 respondents who are customers of AirAsia airline Banda Aceh. Purposive Sampling is used as a sampling technique. Hierarcichal Linear Modeling (HLM) analysis method is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that brand credibility has significant effect on purchase intention. In addition, the results obtained that the decision convenience variables partially influence the brand credibility to purchase intentions. The higher perceived brand credibility, the higher the decision convenience, the stronger the purchasing intention of the consumer.Keyword : Brand Credibility, Purchase Intention, Decision Convenience,  AirAsia

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of challenge stressors on affective commitment and lecturer performance with work engagement as a mediator. Empirical study was conducted on lecturers of Syiah Kuala University using questionnaires as research instruments, in which the sample in this study is 121 people who are lecturers who have structural positions. Non Probability Sampling is used as sampling technique with Purposive Sampling method. The Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) method was used as a data analysis method using the IBM SPSS 20 software. The results of this study indicate that the challenge stressors have a positive and significant effect on the affective commitment of lecturer performance and work attachment, and the work attachment has positive and significant influence on affective commitment and The performance of lecturers in addition to the results obtained that the attachment of work mediate the positive influence of challenge stressors on affective commitment and lecturer performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price on behavioral intention and service quality. The sample used in this research is 200 respondents who are consumers of Firefly Airline in Banda Aceh. Purposive Sampling is used as a sampling technique. Simple regression analysis method is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that prices have a significant effect on behaviour intention and service quality. So the higher the price applied by the company, the higher the influence on the behaviour intention of passengers and the higher the price applied by the company the higher the influence on the service quality that perceived by the passengers            Keyword : Price , Behavioral  Intention, Service Quality, Firefly Airlines

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the impact of window display, promotional approaches, shopping lifestyle and salesperson toward impulsive buying. The samples used in this study are visitors, who experience purchasing at Hermes Palace Mall Banda Aceh. A questionnaire was conducted as research instrumen for this research method. 211 respondents were analyzed by using puposive sampling technique. A Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) used to examine and analyze the hypotheses. The result of this study shows independent variables; promotioanal approaches, shopping lifestyle and salesperson have a positive and significant impact (sig 0,05) toward impulsive buying. Window display as independent variable however has a positive toward impulsive buying (sig 0,05).Key Word: Window Display, Promotional Approaches, Shopping Lifestyle, Salesperson, Impulsive Buying

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of work autonomy against the locus of control with job satisfaction as mediation. The sample used in this study was a civil servant in the office of the Aceh provincial office of education. This research method using the questionnaire as an instrument of research. A questionnaire spread out as much as 113 questionnaires. Sampling technique used was stratified probability sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) is used as a method of analysis to find out the influence of variable involved. The results showed that (1) influential work autonomy significantly to locus of control, (2) job satisfaction the significant effect against the locus of control, (3) influential work autonomy significantly to job satisfaction, (4) autonomy of work influence on locus of control with job satisfaction as mediation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of website design quality towards purchase intention, with perception of the product quality as a mediating variable. The samples used in this study were 170 respondents who have accessed and made purchases on Lazada.co.id website. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) method was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study showed that the website design quality had a significant effect toward purchase intention. In addition, the results showed that the perception of the product quality variable partially mediated the influence of the website design quality toward purchase intention. The better the owned website design quality, the better the perception of the product quality, thus the higher the customer’s purchase intention would be.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of fashion orientation and department store personality towards department store patronage intention, with shopping value as the mediating variable. The samples used in this study were 120 respondents who had visited and recommended Matahari Department Store. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling. The Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) was used as the method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study showed that fashion orientation was not influential towards department store patronage intention, and department store personality significantly influenced department store patronage intention. In addition, the results showed that the shopping value variable mediated fashion orientation with the value of direct influence as much as 0,330 greater than indirect influence which was as much as 0,206, and shopping value variable mediated department store personality with the value of direct influence as much as 0,559 and the Indirect influence as much as 0.350, so in this research, fashion orientation and department store personality variables partially affected the department store patronage intention.Keywords: Fashion Orientation, Department Store Personality, Department Store Patronage Intention, Shopping Value
