Abstract

Abstract:  This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Psychological Capital, Quality of Work Life, Job Performance and Turnover Intention at NGO X which have a development program in West Sumatera, Lampung and South Sulawesi. This research is exploratory research with quantitative method. Sampling technique with census, so sample size of 54 employee. This research uses SEM-PLS with smartPLS 3 program. The results of this research showed that Psychological Capital have positive and significant effect to Quality of Work Life, Psychological Capital have positive and significant effect to Job Performance, while Psychological Capital has a negative not significant effect on Turnover Intention, Quality of Work Life has a positive not significant effect on Job Performance. Afterwards Quality of Work Life have positive and significant effect to Turnover Intention. In this research, the Quality of Work Life as a mediation apparently doesn’t have a role between Psychological Capital with Job Performance and Turnover Intention. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Social Media Marketing Efforts on Consumer Response mediated by Brand Equity to MINISO consumer in Banda Aceh. Sampling method on this research using Purposive Sampling with samples of 155 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Social Media Marketing Effort and Brand Equity have a significant effect on Consumer Response. Furthermore, Brand equity variables mediate partially between the Social Media Marketing Efforts on Consumer Response.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of perceived entertainment and subjective norms on word of mouth with consumer satisfaction as mediation in the mobile shopping consumers of the city of Banda Aceh, Aceh. This research method uses the google form as a research instrument. Saturated sampling and purposive sampling are used as sampling techniques. The PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that perceived entertainment has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth, subjective norms have a positive and significant effect on word of mouth, perceived entertainment does not have a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, subjective norms have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, perceived Entertainment has a negative effect on word of mouth with consumer satisfaction as mediation, and subjective norms have a positive and significant effect on word of mouth with consumer satisfaction as mediation.Keyword: Perceived Entertainment, Subjective Norms, Customer Satisfaction. Abstract

  Organizations such as statistical institutions are under constant pressure from the need to compete, not just the need to respond quickly to changes in data and information needs. Organizations such as statistical institutions must also inspire employees to do their best and encourage employees to fulfill their performance by giving rise to OCB behavior. This study examines how organizational employees can influence them in their transformational leadership behaviors, organizational culture, organizational commitment and OCB. Total of 186 employees of a government organization participated in the study. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The results show that transformational leadership and organizational culture influence organizational commitment positively. Transformational leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment positively influence OCB. Organizational commitment does not act as a mediator between transformational leadership and OCB. Organizational commitment acts as a partial mediator between organizational culture and OCB.Keywords : Leadership Transformational, Culture Organizational, Commitment Organizational, Organiztional Citizhenship Behaviour

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Love Perception Against Brand Image, Brand Engagement, and Brand Attitudes on iPhone Products in Banda Aceh. The samples used in this study are iPhone brand Users located in Banda Aceh who have the iPhone brand experience or not. This research method used questionnaire as research instrument. From 120 questionnaires distributed using google form, and finally the researchers got 134 questionnaires that can be analyzed. Purposive Sampling is used as a sampling technique. This technique places specific criteria in sampling. Multiple regression analysis method is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that the influence of Brand Love perception Against Brand Image, Brand Engagement, and Brand Attitudes on iPhone Products in Banda Aceh. have a significant effect on the Brand Love of iPhone Products. Keywords: Brand Love, Brand Image, Brand Engagement, Brand Attitudes.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to measure the influence of Passion for Work on Psychological Adjustment to Retirement which is mediated by Satisfaction Needs for Civil Servants Working in the Banda Aceh City Regional Office. The sample used in this study is the Civil Service Officers Office, totaling 105 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all variables involved.Based on the results of HLM analysis, indicates that the Passion for Work affects the Psychological Adjustment to  Retirement, Passion for Work influences the Satisfaction Needs,Satisfaction Needs affect the Psychological Adjustment to Retirement and Needss Satisfaction mediate the influence of Passion For Work towards Psychological Adjustment to  Retirement.Keywords: Passion for Work, Psychological Adjustment to Retirement, Satisfaction Needs, Hierarchical Linear Modeling

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to determine the effect of leverage, liquidity, and firm size on profitability in BNI Syariah in Indonesia. Data is obtained from BNI Syariah's monthly financial statements in Indonesia. Profitability is the ability of a company to generate profits in a certain period of sales, total assets and capital. own. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leverage, liquidity, and firm size on profitability in BNI Syariah in Indonesia for the period 2015-2017 both partially and simultaneously. The method used in the research is quantitative and the variables used are leverage, liquidity, and size of the company. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of the study partially with the t-test show that the firm size variable has a positive effect and not significant to BNI Syariah profitability with a value of 0.34 0.05. While the results of the F test (simultaneous) variable size of the company have a significant effect on the profitability of BNI Syariah with a value of 0.02 0.05 and F table (3,434 2,92).Keywords: Leverage, Liquidity, Firm Size, Profitability

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to measure the effect of Emotional Intelligence to contract employee’s Organizational Citizenship Behavior in irrigation’s office of Aceh with Quality Working of Life as mediating variable. The sample used in this study were contract employee is totaling 83 respondents. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect to fall the variables involved. Based on the results of HLM analysis indicated that Emotional Intelligence was related to Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Emotional Intelligence positively influence Quality Working of Life, while Quality Working of Life was unrelated to Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Quality Working of Life doesn’t mediate relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

This study intend to examine the Effect of Celebrity Endorsement on Advertising the Purchasing Intention of Unsyiah Student  in Banda Aceh, and see the difference in the influence of two variables on purchase intention. The sampling method in this study is purposive sampling, the sampling based on certain criteria. Data analysis methods are used to see the influence of celebrity endorsement on advertising on purchase intentions at FEB Unsyiah is to use the Path Analysis method. The results showed that Celebrity endorsement partially significant effect on advertising . Endorsement celebrities partially have a significant effect on student purchase intentions. Advertising partially has a significant effect on student purchase intentions. Endorsement celebrities, and advertising together have a significant effect on student.

Abstract

Abstract: This research wad conducted to measure the influence of Healthscape on Behavioral Intention with Service Quality as a mediation variable at Harapan Bunda Hospital  in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study is the citizen of Harapan Bunda Hospital who have been treated with the total of 110 respondents. The data collecting tool used in this research is questionnaire. Purposive sampling method is used for the sampling technique of this research. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the result of  the HLM analysis, it indicates that Healthscape has positive effect on Behavioral Intention, Healthscape has positive influence on Service Quality, Service Quality has positive effect on Behavioral Intention, and Service Quality mediates Healthscape relationship to Behavioral  Intention.Keywords: Healthscape, Behavioral Intention, Service Quality, Hierarchical Linear Modelling
