Journal of Business Management Education (JBME) with the registered number e-issn 2715-3037 and p-issn 2715-3045 is an online journal of undergraduate student in Pendidikan Bisnis, Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Publishing every three times a year in May, September and December. Journal of Business Management Education contains scientific papers and or part of the thesis of undergraduate students. The primary editorial objective of the Journal of Business Management Education (JBME) is to provide a forum for the dissemination of theory and research in all areas of education, business, management, and entrepreneurship which would be of interest to academics and practitioners. Abstarct: This study aims to obtain (1) an overview of celebrity endorsement, (2) a description of purchase decision, and (3) the magnitude of the influence of celebrity endorsement on purchase decision. The design of this study was cross sectional method using a descriptive and verification type approach, namely by exposing the related variables to test the relationship or influence which then formed conclusions. The object of research that is the dependent variable is purchase decision (Y) and celebrity endorsement (X). The population in this study were Abel Cantika's Instagram followers, amounting to 785,000. The method used is purposive sampling with a sample size of 108 respondents with characteristics (1) Female teenager, (2) Respondents who have liked Abel Cantika's post, and (3) Respondents who have bought Emina products. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The findings of this study show that the picture of celebrity endorsement is in a good category. celebrity endorsement has a significant influence on purchase decision

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of brand personality on purchase intention in member of Female Dailty in Indonesia. A total of 200 respondents were using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analisis technique used is a verification technique using of structure equation model (SEM). The research shows that brand personality and social media marketing has an influence on purchase intention.

This study aims to find a description of job promotions, know the description of employee job satisfaction, know the description of employee performance, determine the effect of job promotion and job satisfaction on employee performance. The object of the unit of analysis in this study is the employee of Bank X Teuku Umar, Bandung. Variable (X1) in this study is promotion, variable (X2) job satisfaction, and variable (Y) is employee performance. The type of research used is descriptive and verification. The method used was an explanatory survey with a sample of 77 respondents. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression with statistical software for service solutions (SPSS) 24.0 for Windows. The findings in this study indicate that the description of promotion in the high category, a description of job satisfaction in the strong category, a description of employee performance in the high category. Based on the results of this study, in the promotion of the position it is recommended that improvements be made to the dimensions of job satisfaction in co-workers that need to be improved and deepened, so that employee performance can improve. In job satisfaction Bank X Teuku Umar Bandung City employees need to be improved in employee performance, where employees must be able to communicate better with colleagues. So it is expected that the employees of Bank X Teuku Umar in Bandung can increase their promotions and increase job satisfaction so that employee performance becomes more effective and efficient.

The purpose of this study is to study the perceptions of young entrepreneurs regarding the use of e-business and entrepreneurial growth. The survey was conducted at the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association of Higher Education (HIPMI PT) in Bandung with a population of 31 entrepreneurs. The results of the study using a questionnaire revealed business research and entrepreneurial growth in the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association of Higher Education in Bandung depending on the category which is quite good, it can be attributed to large respondents who can implement e-business better with better entrepreneurial growth. Business processes at the SMEs scale are expected to use e-business more intensively so as to enhance entrepreneurial growth.

The problem of low employee performance that occurs in the CV. A because the attitude of employees who often absent from work, often delaying work so that it does not finish on time which results in decreased performance, and the division of hours based on shifts is less effective because the division of schedules based on shifts is not in accordance with applicable rules. In addition, the number of employees who are often absent, arriving late or leaving earlier than their working hours, this shows that the performance in this company is still low. This study aims to determine the effect of work placement on employee performance and the influence of the physical work environment on employee performance. As for the unit of analysis in this study is the culinary industry. The research method used in this study is quantitative. Retrieval of data by distributing questionnaires directly. The results showed that the effect of work placement on employee performance by 78.1% included in the strong category and the influence of the physical work environment on employee performance by 61.6% included in the strong category. This shows that the better the work placement and physical work environment, the higher the employee's performance. This means that if the work placement and physical work environment are good then optimal work output will be obtained, so that employee performance can improve properly. Maintaining employee performance is an important thing to do because if employee performance is low it will have a negative impact on the CV. A such as decreased work productivity, absenteeism is high and will have an impact on commitment while job satisfaction

Abstract: This study aims to obtain (1) an overview of occupational health and safety, (2) a level of employee performance at the Dhanar Mas Concern Company, and (3) the influence of occupational health and safety on employee performance of Dhanar Mas Concern Company . The design of this study was cross sectional method using a descriptive and verification type approach, namely by exposing the related variables to test the relationship or influence which then formed conclusions. The object of research that is the dependent variable is employee performance (Y) and the independent variable is occupational health and safety (X). The population in this study were Dhanar Mas Concern company employees in Bandung, amounting to 95 employees. The method used is saturation sampling or census with a sample size of 30respondents. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression with Statistical Software for Service Solutions (SPSS) 25.0 for Windows. The findings in this study show that the picture of occupational health and safety and the level of employee performance at the Dhanar Mas Concern in Bandung is in a pretty good category. The issue of job satisfaction becomes an important component in the process of change of organization. So job satisfaction is still an important concern in organizations because job satisfaction affects employee productivity in achieving the goals of an organization. Problems regarding job satisfaction occur in various industries including the retail industry. The purpose of this study are to: (1) Know the description of the social work environment, (2) know the picture of work discipline, (3) know the description of job satisfaction, (4) find out the influence of the social work environment on job satisfaction, (5) know the effect of work discipline on job satisfaction.The unit of analysis in this study is employees of retail companies. The research method used in this study is quantitative. Retrieval of data by distributing questionnaires directly. The results showed that (1) social work environment in the high category, (2) work discipline in the high category, (3) job satisfaction in the high category, (4) the influence of the social work environment on job satisfaction in the category is quite strong with a contribution value of 59.13%, (5) the effect of work discipline on job satisfaction in the very strong category with a contribution value of 82.62% .Maintaining employee job satisfaction is an important thing to do because if employee job satisfaction is low it will have a negative impact on PT. A such as high absenteeism, employee work delays, turnover will have an impact on one of them on employee performance and employee morale

Turnover intention is still a major problem on a variety of companies, where this became important because with the onset of Turnover intention will affect the contribution to the organization. The high Turnover intention occurs on a variety of insustri, including the manufacturing industry. This study aimed to obtain (1) the level of organizational commitment, (2) the level of turnover intention, (3) the influence of organizational commitment on turnover intention. The unit of analysis in this study is the employees of the manufacturing industry Method of research this research uses kuantiatif. As well as the results of the research show that the influence of organizational commitment on turnover intention in the low category with the results to 26.11%, it is important to do because if the Turnover intention increases will have a negative impact for PT.X as, a result of poor performance, attendance increased, and will have an impact on job satisfaction, working conditions at the company.

The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of Persib Fans Club merchandise store entrepreneurs regarding the implementation of business strategies and business success. A survey was conducted at the Persib Fans Club merchandise store in Bandung with a population of 21 entrepreneurs. The results of the study using a questionnaire revealed that the description of the business strategy of the Persib Fans Club merchandise store entrepreneur in the city of Bandung is in the quite good category, it can be said that most of respondents can implement business strategies better so that business success is getting better. Entrepreneurs at the SMEs scale are expected to implement more intensive business strategies so as to increase business success.

: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengalaman Prakerin dan Kesiapan Kerja pada peserta didik kelas XII SMK Wirakarya 2. enis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan teknik simple random sampling sebanyak 95 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linier regresi sederhana dengan alat bantu program SPSS 24.0 for windows. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran dalam pengalaman prakerin dengan kategori sangat tinggi, gambaran kesiapan kerja dalam kategori tinggi dan dan kesiapan kerja dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman prakerin.
