Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence of education infrastructure and quality of teachers on learning achievement obtained SMAK Taruna Jaya Sampit.                This research is a quantitative analysis. Relationship variables in the study is a causal relationship (causal). The independent variable in this study, the effect of educational infrastructure (X1), the quality of teachers (X2) and the dependent variable was student achievement (Y). The study population was SMAK Taruna Jaya Sampit 2014/2015 school year as much as 167 person .Sampel were taken by 5 classes, namely class X1, X2, X3, XI, XI IPS. Data obtained by using questionnaires and student achievement in the second semester 2014/2015.                 There is also the results of hypothesis testing by t test that a significant level of infrastructure (X 1) 0,000 0,050 ≤ infrastructure which means variable effect on student achievement variable (Y) is thus HA Ho rejected and received the first hypothesis is accepted. For the quality of teachers (X2) 0.000 ≤ 0.050, which means the variable quality of teachers (X2) effect on student achievement (Y) is thus HA Ho rejected and receive the second hypothesis is accepted. By obtaining the calculated F value of 46.427 and probability of 0.000 <0.05 there is influence between infrastructure (X1) and the quality of teachers (X2) simultaneously on student achievement thus a third hypothesis is accepted.                Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression. Obtained regression equation is Y = 42.453 + (0.261) X1 + (0.436) X2. The results showed that the infrastructure and the quality of the teacher effect on student achievement SMAK Taruna Jaya Sampit with the contribution of 44.7% while the remaining 55.3% by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Teacher education is a subject that has a position to determine the success of education itself. With the teacher certification program is expected to increase professionalism, performance and welfare of teachers. This study was conducted in MTsN Sampit East Kotawaringin, with the title "Effect of Certification on Professionalism, Performance and Welfare of Teachers at the Ministry of Religious MTsN Sampit East Kotawaringin ". The goals to be achieved in this research are: Determine the influence of certification on the professionalism of teachers, Determine the influence of certification on teacher performance, Knowing the professionalism influences affect the performance, Knowing the effect on the welfare of the teacher certification, and Knowing how influence on the welfare of teachers' performance in MTsN Sampit East Kotawaringin.The data analysis technique used is the analysis of SEM-PLS (Structure Equation Modelling- Partial Least Square) are grouped into two, namely statistical analysis descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. PLS analysis results yield coefficient lines as follows: X= 0.644 and t-value= 9.938 + Y1 = 0.155 and t-value= 1,110+ Y2= 0.407 and t-value= 3.138 + Y3= 0.036 and t-value= 0.184 + Y4= 0.522 and t-valui,= 5.148. The conclusion of this study are: Teacher Certification significant effect on Teacher Professionalism, Teacher Certification no significant impact on teacher performance, Teacher Professionalism significant impact on teacher performance, Teacher Certification does not significantly influence the Teachers' Welfare, Teacher Performance significantly influence the Teachers' Welfare at in MTsN Sampit East Kotawaringin.The suggestion (1) For the Head Office of the Ministry of Religious East Kotawaringin in order to improve the quality of teachers by organizing training and professional academic as well as provide oversight and assessment of teachers especially those who have certification in order to become a teacher profesiona. (2) For teachers to create professional development work in order to obtain academic achievement and become a professional.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine differences in the effects of exercise by holding the turbo between the hold using the five fingers and hold to use three fingers in the middle of the turbo, behind turbo, and behind the turbo with the index finger on the tail of the achievements of throwing a turbo on the students of SDN SemantunSukamara year 2015, and to know how to hold the turbo Which best to improve performance in throwing turbo. This research used an experimental method with the student population of SDN Semantun class IV, V, and VI of the academic year 2014/2015 amounted to 86 students, divided into five classes. The sampling technique in this study using total sampling or total population. Data collection techniques is to use the test and measurement capabilities turbo sheet, which is then divided into two groups using ordinal pairing where each treatment group received three different exercises. Data analysis techniques in this study using paired sample T-test and independent sample t-test. The result are: (1) there is a significant difference between holding turbo turbo in the middle, behind the turbo and turbo with the index finger behind at the tail of the turbo throw achievement; (2) how to hold the turbo behind the turbo with the index finger on the tail least better than holding the turbo in the middle or back of the turbo to turbo throwing achievement; (3) there is no difference between the effect of turbo holding with three fingers and five toes on turbo throw achievement.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of intelectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and teacher spiritual intelligencetoward student’s achievement.This research was done at two Vocational High School for accountancy in Tangerang. Methods usedbyresearchersin the selection ofthe study samplewaspurposivesampling.The statistics method that’s used is multiple regression analyze.The result of this research show by simultaneos, there is analyze significant influence between intelectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and teacher spiritual intelligence variable that’s had teacher with student’s achievement level.Intelectual intelligence,teacher spiritual intelligence variable that’s had teacher influence to student’s achievement level, and emotional intelligence no effect tostudent’s achievement level.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi belajar dapat mempengaruhi kecerdasan emosi peserta didik, apakah kedisiplinan  dapat mempengaruhi kecerdasan emosi peserta didik, apakah model cooperative learning  dapat mempengaruhi kecerdasan emosi peserta didik dan untuk mengetahui  apakah motivasi belajar, tingkat kedisiplinan dan model cooperative learning secara bersama-sama dapat mempengaruhi kecerdasan emosi peserta didik.      Model penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model survei. Penelitian ini bersifat korelasional karena penelitian berusaha menyelidiki hubungan antara beberapa variable penelitian yaitu variable tingkat kedesiplinan,  motivasi belajar dan model pembelajaran cooperative learning sebagai variable predictor dan kecerdasan emosi peserta didik sebagai variable kriterion. Studi korelasi ini akan menggunakan analisis korelasi dan regresi. Terdapat tiga variable bebas, yaitu  motivasi belajar (X1), tingkat kedisiplinan (X2) model  cooperative learning (X3), serta satu variable terikat yaitu Kecerdasan emosi (Y). Ketiga variable bebas    (X1, X2 dan X3) dihubungkan dengan variable terikat (Y) dengan pola hubungan: (1) Hubungan antara variabel X1 denganvariabel Y, (2) Hubungan antara variabel X2 dengan variabel Y, dan (3) Hubungan antara variabel X3 dengan variable terikat (Y). Ke (4)  Ketiga variabel bebas secara bersama akan dihubungkan dengan variabel terikat (Y), pola hubungan variable tersebut merupakan konstelasi masalah dalam penelitian ini.      Populasi target dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik SMA Negeri Kuala Pembuang Tahun pelajaran 2010/2011 dengan jumlah kelas 18 kelas dan jumlah peserta didik sebanyak 586 peserta didik. Sampel penelitian diambil secara classter dari 18 popoulasi kelas diambil 3 kelas secara random yaitu kelas XI IPA 1 dan XI IPA 2 dan kelas X Ruang 1, dengan jumlah peserta didik sampel 82 orang.      Hasil analisa regresi secara simultan membuktikan bahwa hipotesa alternatif (H1) diterima, yang mana dinyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan dari Motivasi Belajar (MB), Tingkat Kedisiplinan (TK), dan model Cooperative Learning (CL) terhadap Kecerdasan Emosi (KE) peserta didik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai R square sebesar 0,754 serta hasil uji ANOVA atau uji F yang mana telah di dapati nilai F hitung sebesar 10,917 yang lebih besar dari F tabel sebesar 2,722 (F hitung  10,917 >  F tabel sebesar 2,722). Tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (p < 0,05), dan nilai standar error sebesar 0,376. Jadi berdasarkan hasil yang didapat tersebut memberikan arti bahwa, secara bersama-sama ketiga variabel independen yaitu Motivasi Belajar (MB), Tingkat Kedisiplinan (TK), dan model Cooperative Learning (CL) berpengaruh positif dan dapat menjelaskan besaran nilai variasi dari variabel dependen yaitu  sebesar 75,4% terhadap besaran nilai variasi variabel dependen Kecerdasan Emosi (KE). Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 24,6% di jelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar dari ketiga variabel independen tersebut.
