Nowadays MEMS product is widely used in all fields such as industry, automation, aerospace, marine, etc. With advances fabrication and lowering cost, MEMS product is very useful and its simple design enabling the user use it easily. This research introduced a new design of MEMS resonant gyroscope using DETF as sensing structure. The decoupled DETF has been designed to be able to produce the natural frequency of 80 KHz, while the whole gyroscope structures generate natural frequency of 3511,8 Hz. Above condition is done to avoid force miss detection in sense mode and drive mode, which has become the biggest problem in gyroscope design. The result showed that the new design of MEMS Resonant Gyroscope is feasible.

In recent year due to high demand of food product especially agricultural food then supplied from various countries or regions and lands. Some cases facing out such as on delivery, food safety and consumer care. Thus, agricultural food product safety, traceability and monitoring system is required for food product. In this paper propose a system for food traceability and security in supply chain using RFID technology, where a tag attached to every bucket or packet of food product as identification for product source, batch and expire date. Every process in supply chain of food product identified by RFID reader and scanning the tags then all scanned data send to centralized database for product information. In retail store consumer be able to check food product detail especially expire date and in case of food issues happen supplier easly identified source of product. Beside identification and product safety, delivery can be monitoring by agent as every bucket tagged by an RFID tag. By using this system benefit for the consumer, supplier and authority for identification and monitoring system.

This article presents a model of pulses inElectrical Discharge Machining (EDM) system. There areseveral mathematical models have been successfully developedbased on the initial, ignition and discharge phase of currentand voltage gap. According to these models, the circuitschematic of transistor pulse power generator has beendesigned using electrical model in Matlab Simulink software toidentify the profile of voltage and current during machiningprocess. Then, the simulation results are compared withexperimental results.

Recently, autonomous transporter offers the assistance and delivery for user but they are only focusing on single floor environment. To widen up fields of robotic, they teach robot to use an elevator because elevator provides an essential means of faster movement across level. However, most of the mobile service robot failed to detect elevator’s position due to the complex background and reflection on the elevator door and button panel itself. This paper presents a new strategy for recognition method to detect elevator by detecting their external button efficiently. Sobel is use as edge detection operator to find the estimated absolute gradient magnitude at each point in an input grayscale image. Then, but we enhanced the technique by combining it with wiener filter to reduce the amount of noise present in a signal by comparing the signal with an estimation of the desired noiseless signal. This filter helps to eliminate the reflection image on elevator’s button panel before it can be converted to black and white image (binarization). The process followed by some morphological and structuring elements process. Tests have been done and the results shown that elevator’s external button can be recognized and detected by those entire framework.

AES (Advanced Encryption Standard), provides the highest level of security by utilizing the strongest 128 bit Al-gorithm to encrypt and authenticate the data. AES commercial security algorithm has proved to be effective in Unmanned Aerial vehicles which is used for military purpose such as enemy tracking , environmental monitoring meteorology, map making etc .The demand to protect the sensitive and valuable data transmitted from UAV ( Unmanned Aerial Vehicles ) to ground has increased in Defense and hence the need to use onboard encryption . In order to avoid data corruption due to single even upsets (SEU’s) a novel fault tolerant model of AES is presented which is based on the Hamming error cor-rection code. For this work a problem was chosen that first addresses the encryption of UAV imaging data using the effi-cient AES CBC mode .A detailed analysis of the effect of single even upsets (SEUs) on imaging data during on-board encryption is carried out. The impact of faults in the data oc-curring during transmission to ground due to noisy channels is analyzed .The performance for the above fault tolerant model is measured using power and throughput.

The data logger system plays an important role in research and development. In order to obtain valid data, the data logger must be reliable and effective. High investment costs are involved in acquiring a data logger, and choosing a suitable data logger is difficult. In this paper, a mobile data logger is developed by using Arduino-Uno. This mobile data logger is equipped with a GPS module, which provides accurate positioning in the collection of data. Laboratory and field tests were carried out to observe the performance of the mobile data logger system. The results showed that the performance of this system was acceptable.

The paper presents a new 3L DTC-DSC scheme for induction motor driver by selecting proper voltage vector for medium and high application. In conventional 3L DTC two different voltage vectors are assigned to vary flux for low speed, medium speed and high speed applications. This paper purposes a scheme for low speed operation of induction machines by using the same technique as conventional 3L DTC. However for a high speed operation, only a single voltage vector is applied thus resulting dodecagon flux locus. The new scheme also improves the torque capabalities and the dynamic of torque performances.

In this paper a distance relay is simulated in theproposed transmission line protection which is combinationof overhead line and significant part of underground cable.Transmission line is modeled as distributed parameter insteadof lumped parameter to have more accurate analysis compareto conventional analysis. Voltage and current are sampled atrelay point. But, high charging current of cable affects distancerelay operation. Using appropriate filtering can reduce chargingcurrent effect on distance relay. Simulated impedance will becompared with positive sequence impedance of power system inorder to evaluate simulated relay. The relay shows a good resultfor faults in zone 1, but high resistance faults force distance relayto mis-operation.

Hydropower is predicted to be the most favourable energy regarding the global needs to cope with the global warming and the low cost energy resources utilization. Fossil fuel tends to depletion in the coming decades and the fossil energy price will race up. The states which energy is depend only on oil will result in the fragile economic base. Hydropoelectricity is now being energy developed even in a leading petroleum producer country. Indonesia with 75.000 MW hydroelectricity potential all over the country is hoped to generate more power in hydro energy to ascend the percentage of the state renewable energy consumption as a part of Indonesia process to diversify the domestic energy consumption to keep the economic away from oil dependency. Hydropower is the largest source of renewable energy of the world. In year 2005, some 2950 TWh of hydropower was generated, equivalent to 90% of electricity from world renewable energy consumption.

Indonesia has palm oil harvesting as the most important agriculture crop. Unfortunately, this agricultural activity delivers a large amount of by product, known as palm oil mills effluent (POME). The treatment using membrane bioreactor has successfully removed the heavy organic component of POME but it left water in colour. This paper proposed the use of a single switch resonant converter with parallel load resoant with dielectric barrier discharge ozonizer to remove colour of treated POME. The ozonizer chamber was made from a planar metal dielectric barrier discharge construction. A single switch resonant converter as power supply to the chamber was designed and it is based on resonance principle. This circuit converted a direct current low voltage input into high frequency and sinusoidal voltage output. The high voltage created micro electrical discharges inside chamber to generate ozone from oxygen molecules. At atmospheric pressure and ambient temperature, the ozonizer deliver up to 2300 ppm ozone gas. The ozone gas was injected into the treated POME for several duration of time. The results of experiment showed that the treated POME water has successfully changed in colour from 100 mg/l Pt.Co into 20 mg/l Pt.Co or lower. As the time of treatment is increased then the colour abatement was below 15 mL/l Pt.Co.Keywords—
