Abstract

XYZ Bank branch is trying to improve customer loyalty by focusing on service quality and customer satisfaction. To be able to answer the problem, the data were collected from 150 respondents from XYZ Bank branch by using a questionnaire. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques. The results of analysis showed that (1) the service quality empirically affected satisfactions; (2) the service quality affected customer loyalty; and, (3) the customer satisfaction affected customer loyalty. Password: Service Quality, Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

A company is very important to pay attention to its employees in order to give optimal contribution to its work hence from that a company must give motivation or encouragement and give sense of security and comfort for employees which will bring influence to the success of duty and job implementation.This study aims to explain whether the variables of Work Motivation and Work Environment significantly influence employee work performance of PT, Indo Metro and to determine which variables significantly influence between two variables Working Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Achievement PT. INDOO METRO.In this study using primary data collected by Probality Sampling and samples in the form of simple random sampling method on 60 employees using questionnaires with Likert scale at PT Indo Metro. Normality test, linearity test and regression significance as testing requirements for Test T, F Test, and Determination Test (R2).Based on the results of research by using T test, the work motivation has significant effect on job performance, and work environment has significant effect on employee performance.  Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment and Employee Job Performance.

Abstract

The problems relating to professional commitment among teachers who still lack the potential to be a constraint in the role of schools to promote the development of quality human resources. This study aims to determine the correlation between the perception of leadership and achievement motivation with professional commitment.The research method used is survey with population of  teacher in 27 state high school  Tangerang as many as 30 people. The entire population as a sample of the study. Data were analyzed with regression and correlation technique.Based on the results of research concluded among others: First, there is a positive correlation between leadership perceptions with professional commitment (ry1 = 0.743). Conceptually, if the teacher's perception of the principal's leadership is positive then it can increase professional commitment. Second, there is a positive correlation between achievement motivation and professional commitment (ry2 = 0,826). Conceptually, if the motivation of high achievement of teachers can increase the commitment of the profession. Third, there is a positive correlation between leadership perceptions and achievement motivation with professional commitment (Ry12= 0.84). Conceptually, if both the perception of leadership and achievement motivation of high teachers can increase the commitment of the profession.  Keywords: leadership perception, achievement motivation, professional commitment.

Abstract

The aims of this research  is to determine the difference in average abnormal returns obtained by investors before and after the reshuffle of Working Cabinet on the Stock Exchange and to know the difference in average trading volume activity before and after the Reshuffle of Working Cabinet at BEI. This research was conducted at companies that entered in LQ 45. The data used is data of daily closing price, market index (JCI). The observation period in this study used a period of events (incidents) with the incident of July 27, 2016. Data analysis technique is done by paired sample t test.Based on the research results, the availability of 12 companies is selected to be the research sample. The result of data analysis can be concluded there is no difference of abnormal return between before and end of reshuffle of Working Cabinet  from H-10 to H + 10. In period H-5 until H + 5 there is no significant difference. This means that investors are not in school against the Reshuffle of the Working Cabinet , the publication of the meeting of the Occupation Reshuffle of the Working Cabinet . Occurrence of Working Cabinet Reshuffle  can no longer trade volume on trading volume (average trading volume activity) on stock Agribusiness sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There is no difference in the average trading volume activity between before and after the reshuffle of Working Cabinet  of H-10 to H + 10 and from H-5 to H + 5 there is no significant difference.The Candidate Researcher must continue to adequately meet his needs for an event if it will make a purchase or sale of shares. Purchases or sales need to be done both before and after. More important if investors know the cause and effect of an event and how to anticipate it. Abstract

            The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture, corporate image in the mediation of customer satisfaction of interest in saving in BMT L-Risma Lampung Tengah. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. The type of research is quantitative research with the object of organizational culture research, corporate image, customer satisfaction and interest in saving. The research population is BMT L-RISMA customer with the number of samples taken as many as 100 customers. Data collection techniques used interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis tool used is path analysis. The results of the study found that organizational culture, corporate image and customer satisfaction have a direct and positive effect on interest in saving. Organizational culture and corporate image have an indirect effect on interest in saving through customer satisfaction. Looking at these results can be said that all exogenous variables directly positive effect on endogenous variables. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Corporate Image, Customer Satisfaction, Interest of Saving.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to know the relation of employee satisfaction to employee's motivation, employee satisfaction influence to employee commitment, employee satisfaction influence to turnover intentions, influence of motivation to commitment, motivation influence to turnover intentions, and influence commitment to turnover intentions. The research was conducted on employees of retail company Alfa Mart. The sample used in this study as many as 180 respondents. The analytical method used is structural equation modeling analysis.Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that job satisfaction is positively related to work motivation, as well as the higher the work motivation, the easier it will be for an employee to feel satisfied in working. Job satisfaction positively affects commitment. Job satisfaction negatively affects turnover intention. Motivation positively affects commitment. Motivation negatively affects turnover intention. Commitment negatively affects turnover intention.The results of this research produced suggestions to the management of Retail Alfa Mart company that management increases employee commitment by improving motivation and employee satisfaction. Turnover intention needs to be identified more quickly so that employees do not intend to quit the job. This needs to be improved by increasing job satisfaction, work motivation and employee commitment to the company. For further research it is necessary to examine the length of service and serve as a moderating variable to identify turnover intention. It is necessary to know the motivation, satisfaction and commitment and influence on turnover intention with the working period as a variable that weakens or strengthens the influence among these variables. Keywords: Employee satisfaction, employee motivation, employee commitment, turnover intentions

Abstract

Disiplin kerja dapat tercipta dengan baik apabila adanya kesadaran dari pegawai dan adanya kepemimpinan yang baik dari seorang pemimpin. Seperti di Rumah Sakit Umum Ahmad Yani kota Metro, Kepemimpinan sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai rumah sakit, sehingga dengan kepemimpinan dan manajemen yang diterapkan oleh pemimpin pegawai dapat menciptakan kedisiplinan dalam bekerja memberikan pelayanan kesehatan pada masyarakat.Dalam penelitian ini penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jenis ekplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket, wawancara terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Uji statitik menggunakan rumus Product Moment.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan hasil penelitian bahwa: (a) Dari hasil analisa data menggunakan rumus Product Moment diperoleh nilai 0,64  > dari nilai r tabel taraf signifikansi 5% = 0,308  1% = 0,389 pada N = 82. Hal ini menunjukkan hubungan kepemimpinan kepala rumah sakit dengan disiplin kerja pegawai RSU A. Yani Metro dalam korelasi tinggi. (b) Dari hasil konsultasi dengan nilai korelasi diketahui nilai 0,64 berada di antara rentang korelasi 0,60 – 0,79  yang menunjukkan korelasi tinggi. Dengan demikian dapat diketahui bahwa hubungan kepemimpinan kepala rumah sakit dengan disiplin kerja pegawai RSU A. Yani Metro dalam korelasi tinggi. Kata kunci: disiplin kerja, pengawasan, kepemimpinan

Abstract

Penyampaian laporan keuangan merupakan kegiatan yang wajib dilakukan oleh perusahaan yang sudah Go Public sebagai wujud pertanggungjawaban kepengurusan perusahaan kepada publik. Oleh karena itu ketepatan waktu dalam penyampaian laporan keuangan menjadi suatu karakteristik yang sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI dengan Multivariate Adaptive Regression Spline (MARS). Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel yaitu data laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur Go Public pada tahun 2012-2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model MARS terbaik diperoleh pada kombinasi BF=28, MI=3 dan MO=1. Variabel yang berpengaruh dalam model MARS tersebut yaitu kepemilikan publik, profitabilitas, leverage keuangan dan ukuran perusahaan. Ketepatan model MARS tersebut dalam memprediksi klasifikasi perusahaan manufaktur pada tahun 2016 berdasarkan ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan yaitu sebesar 92,22 persen.     Kata Kunci      : Ketepatan waktu, Laporan Keuangan, MARS, Perusahaan Go Public.
