Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the direct effect of innovations on the financial performance, to measure and analyze the effects of environmental dynamics as a moderating influence innovation on the financial performance. The study was conducted in the telecommunications sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with the observation period 2008-2012. The sampling method is saturated. The unit of analysis of 30 cases by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-based variance that is SmartPLS Ver 2.0 M3. Research findings that innovation is significant and positive effect on financial performance. Effects of environmental dynamics as a quasi moderating influence is weakening innovation on financial performance.

Abstract

This study examines some factors that influence policies on developing cattle beef and designing integrated planning systems in South Sulawesi. The method for this study includes qualitative and quantitative approaches using survey method to obtain primary data. Data were analysed and presented in the form of descriptive tables and graphs with analytical tools policy. Results were obtained from choices of recommendations which are elaborated in the form of strategy and policy implications based on expert opinions (expert judgment). Internal and External Matrices were generated by the SWOT analysis and the QSPM. The results show that current position of beef cattle in South Sulawesi is in the quadrant of growth and development. Analysing all the factors from SWOT approach, four strategies were developed to determine the beef cattle policy strategy. Using the QSPM, the results further suggest that the best strategy is priority strategy as seen from its QSPM value of 6,901.An integrated system between the beef cattle rancher and crop (rice and corn), implies that in order to achieve this goal, technology improvement and innovation play important roles, especially technology for the feed processing system.

Abstract

Kritikan Ball (1999) terhadap para ahli manajemen keuangan keperilakuan tentang anomali pasar efisien, menyiratkan ketidakrasionalan pasar modal dalam dunia empiris. Ketidakrasionalan terwujud dalam bentuk mekanisme struktural, bahwa di dalam pasar modal terdapat manusia yang merupakan mahluk yang membentuk, menyediakan, sekaligus mengeksekusi saham yang keberadaannya mampu membentuk harga di pasar modal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti adanya anomali return hari perdagangan, untuk mendapatkan bukti adanya hari baik untuk melakukan beli saham, dan untuk mendapatkan bukti adanya hari baik untuk melakukan jual saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Periode penelitian menggunakan data kondisi pasar Bullish yang terjadi pada tahun 2009 sampai dengan 2012, dengan IHSG harian sebagai proksi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan; terdapat anomali return di BEI, hari baik untuk beli saham adalah hari Senin, dan hari baik untuk jual saham adalah hari Rabu.

Abstract

This study uses a model of behavior that involves the integration of individuals, organizations, and institutions as determinant factors and their effects on academic entrepreneurial behavior. In a comprehensive model of behavior puts academic entrepreneurial intention as intervening varible that affect academic entrepreneurial behavior. Academic entrepreneurial intentions are directly affected by the perceived desirability, perceived feasibility, and innovation values fit. And these variables indirectly affect academic entrepreneurial behavior. This behavioral model using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a tool to test the statistical test that the institutional environment which will positively affect mempengarruhi individual entrepreneurial intentions among members of the university community as a solution to the welfare of the family. The results of this study prove that all proposed hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis marketing appeals dan source of message terhadap penerimaan publik (public acceptance) pada iklan pembatasan transaksi tunai. Penelitian ini berbentuk metode experimental research design dengan analisis statistik deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 132 orang mahasiswa pada Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Indonesia sebagai partisipan. Penelitian experimental research design ini merupakan riset penelitian dengan 4 (empat) cell yaitu riset penelitian marketing appeals iklan pembatasan transaksi tunai dalam kondisi Rp 50.000.000,00 (lima puluh juta rupiah) dan kondisi Rp 100.000.000,00 (seratus juta rupiah) dengan source of message dari Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi dan Bank Indonesia berbentuk 2 x 2 cell. Temuan penelitian bahwa marketing appeals iklan pembatasan transaksi tunai dalam kondisi Rp 100.000.000,00 (seratus juta rupiah) dengan source of message (sumber pesan) Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mempunyai skor yang lebih tinggi pada hampir semua dependent variable penerimaan publik (public acceptance) dan berpengaruh sangat efektif terhadap penerimaan publik (public acceptance). Untuk itu penelitian ini menyarankan agar pemerintah dan pihak terkait lainnya agar dapat mempertimbangkan hasil penelitian ini dalam melaksanakan sosialisasi ide pembatasan transaksi tunai dan dalam perumusan atau membuat peraturan/perundang-undangan tentang pembatasan transaksi tunai di Indonesia.
