Abstract

One of the main goal of IoT implementation is to integrate existing device to the global information and communication infrastructure. Nowadays, most of new product have been designated to be IoT ready with, some feature to easily integrated to the internet world. The challenging is how to integrate old existing devices which doesn’t support new communication protocol. One of example is Autonics TK4S, a temperature monitoring controller based on Modbus RTU serial line communication which is very usual in industry. This paper discussed the scenario how to implement IoT to the device with Modbus RTU communication protocol to integrate with global internet while still maintaining the Modbus and MQTT character: lightweight and flexibility. Next thing to discuss is the security problem in Modbus. After some examination, we get result that security can be implemented by adding authentication. Meanwhile, the lightweight and flexibility still can be maintained.  In our scenario, latency of the system is still low at less than 0,3 s for Modbus-MQTT broker-client communication and less than 0,01 s for the MQTT communication alone. Data rate is still can be maintained at less than 9kbps.

Abstract

Geotechnics analysis is required to determine the geometric design of the mine’s slope stability, including the height and angle of the slope that is consid-ered safe. In general, the slope opening sand mine geometry is divided into two categories; overall slope and bench individual slope. Aside from calculat-ing the dimension of both slopes, the slope of dumping area is also being calculated.  Analysis and calculation of the slope stability is done at each drill-ing point location that represents the surrounding area and limited to maximum depth from each drilling point. Empirical analysis on calculating slope stability is needed to obtain safe overall slope and bench slope. In other words, slope stability analysis is needed to determine a slope to be stable enough to not endangering safety and wellbeing. Another directly related aspect to slope stability is to determine the Safety Factor. Safety Factor (SF) is an empirical value obtained from the restraining force divided by the driving force. The restraining force and the driving force acting on a slope are at least 2 (two) interrelated main factors, namely internal and external factors.

Abstract

Pada saat ini kebutuhan akan besi baja dunia terus meningkat. Kebutuhan baja yang tinggi mengakibatkan harga bahan baku besi baja dunia pun ikut meningkat pula. Indonesia telah mempunyai industri besi baja terpadu yang masih menggunakan bahan baku pellet impor. Indonesia mempunyai sumber daya bijih besi berupa pasir besi. Pasir besi dapat dibuat sebagai alternatif bahan baku pellet impor namun penggunaannya terkendala oleh rendahnya kandungan besi. Selain itu akan menghambat usaha untuk dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Keberadaan pasir besi yang seperti itu dan target untuk dapat memanfaatkannya secara optimal dalam kerangka. Hingga saat ini penelitian untuk mengolah pasir besi agar dapat dijadikan bahan baku industri baja masih aktif dilakukan terutama di negara-negara maju. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pasir besi dapat digunakan sebagai bahan baku pengecoran dan bagaimana karakteristik dari hasil pengecoran pasir besi tersebut. Dari hasil semua pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk hasil pengecoran pasir besi masuk dalam kategori besi cor.

Abstract

Pencuplikan atau picking gelombang P merupakan kegiatan dasar yang harus dilakukan oleh para peneliti/seismologist untuk menganalisis sinyal gempa bumi. Picking gelombang P apabila tidak dilakukan dengan teliti, akan mengakibatkan proses analisis sinyal gempa menjadi tidak akurat. Sinyal gempa yang baik adalah sinyal yang bebas dari noise, baik noise instrument maupun noise lapangan. Gelombang gempa bumi merupakan sinyal gelombang tiga komponen yang sangat kompleks, sehingga diperlukan metode filtering yang dapat memfilter tiga komponen secara simultan. Metode Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition (EEMD) adalah suatu metode dekomposisi sinyal yang dapat diterapkan untuk mereduksi noise. Kelebihan EEMD adalah mampu mereduksi noise pada frekuensi tinggi dan rendah tanpa mengubah dari karakter sinyal, sehingga karakteristik sinyal tidak hilang. Kata kunci: EMD, EEMD, Noise, Sinyal gempa.

Abstract

AbstrakDalam tulisan kali ini peneliti akan membahas mengenai pemanfatan cabang keilmuan Kecerdasan Buatan (Artificial Intelegence) yakni pembelajaran dalam (Deep Learning) untuk mengidentifikasi obyek visual Lung CT Scan Images Dataset suspect COVID-19 dengan membandingkannya antara kondisi sehat dan kondisi kritis selama masa inkubasi virus ini. Menggunakan lung CT scan images dataset dan library deep learning tensorflow dengan metode preprocessing image Convolutional Neural Netwok (CNN) diperoleh hasil olah dataset yang berjumlah 4 menggunakan variable epoch 0-4 grafik antara learning loss dan learning accuracy saling berseberangan, dengan epoch semakin besar maka learning loss semakin kecil (variable antara 1,5 - 0,85), berbanding terbalik dengan learning accuracy yang angkanya semakin besar (variable antara 0,44 - 0,64) jika epochnya diperbesar, artinya kemungkinan system akan semakin akurat dengan jumlah training dan dataset yang semakin banyak atau besar.Kata kunci: Deep Learning, Lung CT Scan Images Dataset, Convolutional Neural Network, Library Tensorflow.AbstractIn this paper, the researcher will discuss the use of the scientific branch of Artificial Intelligence (Artificial Intelligence), namely deep learning to identify visual objects. CT Scan Images of Lungs Dataset of suspected COVID-19 data by comparing them between healthy and critical conditions during the incubation period. this virus. Using the lung CT scan images dataset and the deep learning tensorflow library with the Convolutional Neural Netwok (CNN) image preprocessing method, it is obtained the results of the data processing which can use 4 epoch variables 0-4 graphs between learning loss and learning accuracy are opposite, with the greater the epoch, the learning loss is getting smaller (variable between 1.5 - 0.85), inversely proportional to the accuracy of learning where the number is getting bigger (variable between 0.44 - 0.64) if the epoch is enlarged, meaning that the system is likely to be more accurate with the amount of training and the dataset which is more or greater.Keywords: Deep Learning, Lung CT Scan Images Dataset, Convolutional Neural Network, Tensorflow Library
