Abstract

Bali Island is the most popular tourist destination in Indonesia. The total number of foreign tourists visiting Indonesia through the entrance of Ngurah Rai Airport reached 40% as of October 2016, with the value of Bali's foreign exchange receipts for Indonesia from the tourism sector amounting to 70 Trillion Rupiah. Minister of Tourism (Menpar) Arief Yahya always uses the password "Bali" in promoting destinations throughout the world. Because in tourism, Bali is a gate that is passed by 40 percent of foreign tourists (tourists) to Indonesia. In support of more accurate decision making, the author makes a system of forecasting numbers of foreign tourists visiting Bali Province by taking a sample of Japan. Factors that are used as input to make predictions include the number of tourists visiting before, the population of the country of origin of foreign tourists, Gross Domestic Product, and the Relative Consumer Price Index of the countries of origin of foreign tourists. In this research, optimization of the activation function, hidden neuron, and learning rate parameters is performed. Forecasting results using the backpropagation method produce a pretty good accuracy with an accuracy of Mean Square Error = 0.0050558, and test data accuracy of MSE = 0.031695. ANN architecture in the training process is then used to calculate predictions of visits by foreign tourists in the testing process

Abstract

The introduction of digital mathematical expressions can be said to be unusual because mathematical expressions consist of various symbols. The introduction of mathematical expressions can be divided into two main steps, namely the introduction of symbols and structural analysis. Segmentation of an image is an important part in the recognition of handwritten mathematical expressions, because segmentation is the first step of the recognition process. In this study, we will present the process of handwriting image segmentation for mathematical expressions in the form of quadratic equations using the Connected Component Labeling (CCL) method. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the segmentation process has succeeded in segmenting the handwritten images of mathematical expressions in the form of quadratic equations by producing the characters (compound characters) that make up mathematical expressions and grouping the ranks and basic numbers of quadratic equations.

Abstract

Nowadays, people tend to search for goods or services through their mobile device using an electronic marketplace. In Bali, a decoration business for weddings, religious events, and other events grow rapidly. This business provides services that rents various kinds of decorations such as tents, chairs, tables, stages and others that are commonly used in ceremonial events. However, unfortunate for decoration service entrepreneurs who have high prospects, many of them are using the traditional method of marketing and sales such as word-of- mouth. Moreover, many of them not catching up with the current development of the e-market. By listing the services on the e-marketplace, easier for the customer to find the desired decoration services that fit their needs and budget. Also, by utilizing the e-marketplace will save the customer time, because the customer can just search, compare, and book to rent decorations without leaving home. The purpose of this research project is to create a mobile-based application of market place that accommodates entrepreneurs renting decorations. Our purposed mobile-based marketplace uses the prototyping method to build this mobile-based application.

Abstract

The development of Mobile ad hoc networks (MANET) has the nature and character of a fast, costeffective. The development of Mobile ad hoc networks (MANET) has the nature and character of a fast, cost-effective deployment and able to manage the topology independently. This has caused in recent years, MANET to be an interesting and popular thing to study. MANET can be applied even in difficult areas, forest fire detection, military operations and even health monitoring. Changes in the topology dynamically on MANET, limited energy consumption, and built without existing infrastructure are a problem in MANET. Problems especially dynamic topology changes make routing very important in MANET design. This article aims to analyze AODV, DSDV and DSR routing protocols based on quality of service (QoS). The test scenario is based on the number of nodes, packet size, area of simulation, simulation time, simulation speed, mobility model, and propagation model. The simulation that has been done produces 4 graphs, each of which explains the packet delivery ratio, throughput, network routing load, and delay. Simulation results are obtained using NS2 network simulators through *. Tcl files and generate *. Tr (trace) and *.nam (animator) files. Simulation results show that the DSR routing protocol has better performance than AODV and DSDV in terms of pdr, throughput, network routing load, and delay. The average value of the DSR routing protocol is 657,498 on throughput and 0.244 milliseconds on delay.

Abstract

Kerambitan village is one of the 15 villages in Kerambitan sub-district, Tabanan regency, Kerambitan village has 7 service hamlets. Kerambitan village population has more than 3,338 inhabitants consisting of 1,700 men and 1,638 women with a sex ratio of 103.79. . To realize good governance, it needs to be recorded well so that the information can be utilized by related agencies which can be used for receiving assistance. During this time the process of recording population events such as recording the receipt of assistance is done manually where the information is done in tabular form so it does not clearly describe the respective information groups. Data warehouse (DW or DWH), also known as enterprise data warehouse (EDW), is a system used for reporting and analyzing data, and is considered a core component of business intelligence, The purpose of building a data warehouse is to provide a system that allows the right data to reach the right end user at the right time. Thus, the main purpose of implementing this data warehouse system is to provide relevant and timely information in an easily understood format so that service decisions to the public can be made more efficiently and effectively. the purpose of this research is to form a data warehouse model scheme of population records owned by kerambitan village government and through modeling this data warehouse also provides reliable information from a collection of data, in addition this research also retrieves some information from the data warehouse in build based on kerambitan village population records in this study I chose to use the fact constellation scheme because there are fact tables that are interconnected with dimension tables and also fact tables that are related to other fact tables. The design model of the data warehouse is designed based on 3 excel table files, each of which has 1 table from the Government of Kerambitan Villages. In this case, 3 reports are proposed to be made based on the query results from the data warehouse. Through the application of a data warehouse that was formed, the executive or government can conduct analysis of the reports generated based on various dimensions that exist.

Abstract

Geguntangan is pesantian in religious ceremonies in Bali accompanied by gamelan music. The human sense of hearing tends to have limitations, which causes not all vocals mixed with gamelan to be heard clearly. Therefore we need a system that can be used to separate vocals with gamelan in the geguntangan. Separation of sound sources is categorized as Blind Source Separation (BSS) or also called Blind Signal Separation, which means an unknown source. The algorithm used to handle BSS is the Fast Independent Component Analysis (FastICA) algorithm with a focus on separating the sound signal in a wav-format sound file. FastICA algorithm is used for the sound separation process with the value parameter used is Mean Square Error (MSE). From the simulation results show the results of MSE calculations using the mixing matrix [0.3816, 0.8678], [0.8534, -0.5853] obtained the results for the FastICA method, the MSE value is 3.60 x 10-5 for the vocal and 1.71 x 10-6 for the instrument.

Abstract

Fast food is a product that we often encounter in stores such as convenience stores. Ready-to-eat products can now be easily found by consumers. One of the reason is due to the expansion of minimarkets in areas that are easily reached, such as housing complexes, school areas, and offices. Sentiment analysis is used to determine whether an opinion or comment on a product has a positive or negative interest and can be used as a reference in improving service, or improving product quality. In this research, we study the sentiments of consumers towards snack food products as a reference to improve the level of service and quality of these products.. We classify the sentiment of a review on snack food products as positive and negative. To classify the sentiments we apply the Naïve Bayes and Multinomial Naïve Bayes methods. We compare the two methods to study the most effective and efficient method for classifying sentiments on reviews of snack food products.
