Abstract

International trade plays an important role to meet the needs of the country. The international trade, it is necessary foreign exchange.  Foreign exchange saved or commonly known reserves is important for the country mainly used for economic development of a country. This study aimed to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial secarak inflation, foreign debt and interest rates on foreign exchange reserves. The research was conducted in Indonesia by using secondary data. The analysis technique used is regression analysis techniques. Results of data analysis showed simultaneous inflation, foreign debt and lending rates significantly influence the foreign exchange reserves of Indonesia Year 1996-2011, the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.964 means that 96.4 percent of the variation (rise and fall) Indonesia's foreign reserves in 1996 -2011 influenced by variations (rise and fall) the rate of inflation, foreign debt and interest rates, while the remaining 3.6 percent are influenced by other variables not included in the research model. Partially inflation rate has no effect, external debt and significant positive effect, and lending rates significantly and negatively related to the foreign exchange reserves of Indonesia in 1996-2011.

Abstract

Expenses are essential thing in a household. Every household has their form or structure of consumption and different expenses. Lots of factors can affect household expenses, such as expenses for pet in particular. The aim of this study is to identify the affect of income, education, age, and environment to household expenses for pet at Padang Sambian Village both simultaneously and particularly. This study took 70 respondents which taken by Purposive Sampling method. Data collected is analysed by multiple linear regression technique. Based on analysis result is known that all variable; income, education, age, and environment significantly affecting household expenses for pet at Padang Sambian Village both simultaneously and particularly.

Abstract

Economic development in a country, basically aims to achieve social prosperity through economic growth, and economic development among these there are linkages between national and regional development close to each other, thus forming a strong economy, strong, and evenly. Economic development is not just struggling to think and worry about how to achieve high economic growth. Development was to improve the quality of life and well-being of society. Economic growth alone is measured by Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of consumption, investment, and inflation to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The research was conducted in Indonesia from 2000 to 2012 in the form of quarter as much data as the number 52. This research used Two Stage Least Square (TSLS) as an analytical technique. Based on the analysis, it was found that consumption and investment, are significantly positive toward GDP models, while inflation is positive but not significant toward GDP. Consumption is significantly positive towrd investment model, while the inflation variable is positive but not significant toward investment model. Inflation is positive but not significant toward consumption models.

Abstract

Important generalizations about poverty is more poverty suffered by women. Working women have reasons to support their families due to the uncertain economic conditions which resulted in disruption of family economic stability. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of age, education and family income to the outpouring of working hours of women workers in poor families. The research was conducted in the village of Pemecutan Kaja, Denpasar District Utara. The study sample size was calculated by as many as 73 people Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Simultaneously known that age, education and family income significantly influence the flow of working hours of women workers in poor families. Partially, the results of this study indicate that the factors of age and family income negatively affect the flow of working hours of female workers age factor is a positive influence on the outpouring of working hours of women workers. Advice obtained from this study are: (1) North Denpasar district work program is expected to align with the city government to pay more attention to health care, education and help provide venture capital to the poor, (2) regional government in order to monitor and review the entire district the program is executed.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the direct and indirect effect of regional income, foreign capital and inflation of Bali economic growth. This research uses cross section data using time period in 2012, data processing using the method Bootstrapping  using the technique of  path analysis with the LISREL program. The analysis founds that the variable indirectly regional income not significantly affect economic growth through foreign capital, variable inflation indirectly was not significantly affect economic growth through foreign capital, variables directly regional income significantly affect economic growth, foreign capital are not significantly effect for regional economic growth. and inflation variables are not significantly  effect for economic growth.

Abstract

Since 1986, Bali was development village credits institutions at among the custom villages. Village Credits Institution is one of microfinance institutions, has intermediated fuction which accepted savings and giving credits are from and to society. This study was conducted to determine the effect and how strong the correlation amount of savings, deposits, and capital base of the credit performance of Village Credit Institutions in Gianyar District. Entire Gianyar District Village Credit Institutions as the research object. Testing was done by using a canonical correlation analysis. The study found that the amount of savings, deposits, and capital base has a correlation with the credit performance Village Credit Institutions in Gianyar district. The amount of savings has the strongest correlation with the performance of credit.
