Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) want to know the influence of the working relationship of employee performance at PT BPR Sari Dananiaga Tabanan, (2) determine the effect of communication on employee performance at PT BPR Sari Dananiaga Tabanan, (3) determine the effect of the welfare of the employee's performance PT BPR Sari Dananiaga Tabanan. The research was conducted at the Industrial PT BPR Sari Dananiaga  Tabanan with data analysis techniques multiple linear regression. Number of samples obtained by using census method is of 61 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the employment relationship has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the Industrial PT BPR Sari Dananiaga Tabanan. Communication has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the Industrial PT BPR Sari Dananiaga Tabanan. Level of welfare has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Industrial PT BPR Sari Dananiaga Tabanan. This is evident from the calculated t value is greater than the t table. Communication is the most influential variable on employee performance Industrial PT BPR Sari Dananiaga Tabanan. Abstract

Rasio profitabilitas merupakan kemampuan LPD untuk menghasilkan keuntungan dalam hubungannya dengan penjualan, total aktiva maupun modal sendiri. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel BOPO, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Tabungan dan Deposito terhadap ROA pada LPD Kecamatan Kuta dan LPD Kecamatan Mengwi yang terdaftar di PLPDK Kabupaten Badung periode 2010-2012. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi non-participant dan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa BOPO pada LPD Kecamatan Kuta dan LPD Kecamatan Mengwi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA. CAR pada LPD Kecamatan Kuta berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA sedangkan CAR pada LPD Kecamatan Mengwi berpengaruh negatif  dan tidak signifikan terhadap ROA. Tabungan pada LPD Kecamatan Kuta dan LPD Kecamatan Mengwi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap ROA. Deposito pada LPD Kecamatan Kuta  dan LPD Kecamatan Mengwi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap ROA. Koefisien determinasi pada LPD Kecamatan Kuta sebesar 78,4%  dan pada LPD Kecamatan Mengwi 91,3% .

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, service quality, completeness and fairness of the price of goods to the consumer's purchase intention in Seminyak Bali Painluva Store. Painluva store, Seminyak Bali was chosen as the location of the research with 110 people sampled respondents research. The respondents are consumers who visit and for the first time shopping at Shop Painluva. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as a data analysis technique. The analysis showed that the store atmosphere, service quality, completeness and fairness of the price of goods showed a significant effect simultaneously and partially on purchase intention, this means that the better the atmosphere stores, service quality, completeness and fairness of the price of the goods purchase intention increased. Abstract

Capital structure is a very important issue for companies because financial  capital is one of the driving factors in the company to be able to run the company operations. If determining the company’s capital structure false, it  will cause fixed costs become larger. Therefore, to know what is affecting capital structure is very important. Capital structure can be affected by several factors, among others is structure of assets, management attitude, tax, operating leverage, stability of sales, profitability, size, business risk. The aim of this research was to know the effect of size, profitability, and tax shields towards capital structure telecommunications companies in BEI. This research had 5 samples which choosen by census method. This research used multiple regression analysis. The result found that size and tax shields had  positive significant effect towards capital structure, meanwhile profitability had negative significant effect towards capital structure. Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan brand image terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan kamera DSLR Canon. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 orang pengguna kamera DSLR Canon yang ada dikota Denpasar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Pada penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa kualitas produk dan brand image berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan konsumen, serta kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas pelanggan kamera Canon DSLR sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan konsumen, dimana kepuasan konsumen tercipta dari produk yang berkualitas yang diberikan oleh perusahaan Canon kepada pelanggannya serta brand image yang sudah melekat pada konsumen kamera Canon DSLR.

Abstract

Which is the goal of this research is to ( 1 ) determine the factors that influence the tourist 's decision to stay at Villa Akasha Beach Estate Kerobokan Badung . ( 2 ) determine the variables that represent each of the factors that influence the decision of tourists staying at the villa , Akasha Beach Estate Kerobokan Badung . ( 3 ) determine the dominant factors that influence the decision of tourists staying at the villa , Akasha Beach Estate Kerobokan Badung . This study was performed in Akasha Beach Estate Villa Kerobokan Badung with factor analysis techniques . The number of samples obtained by using accidental sampling method was 120 respondents . Method of principal component analysis ( PCA ) , yielding six factors that affect the interest of tourists staying at Villa Akasha Beach Estate Kerobokan Badung . The six factors are social factors , dishes and education , products , services , promotions and environment . Variables representing each factor , namely : social factors represent the lifestyle , food and drink menu dish represents factors , the ability of employees represents a factor of products , fast service represents the service factor , representing the electronic media promotion factors and environmental factors represent the condition of the building . While the dominant influential factor is the environment . Suggestions that can be recommended is the management must pay attention to social factors rating , type of dish , product offerings, services , promotions are done , as well as Akasha Beach Estate villa neighborhood can influence decisions stay travelers . Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of demographic factors and social environment on purchasing decisions mediated by reading the label attribute behavior with a case study UHT milk of Ultrajaya brand products are located in the city of Denpasar. This study took the 100 respondents with purposive sampling as sampling. Collecting data in this study used a questionnaire with data analysis techniques using path analysis.The results showed that the demographic factors and the social environment can direct influence over the purchase decision, while demographic factors and the social environment is not entirely mediated influence on purchase decisions by reading the label attribute behavior. The test results showed that social environmental factors can be positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions mediated by behavioral attributes read the label.

Abstract

An organization can not flourish if their employees are also not experience performance improvement, especially with the increasing levels of competition in the business world. According to Shariff (2010) the performance of employees, generally refers to behavior that is relevant to the goals of the organization and which are under the control of the individual employee. Sanderson (2009) conducted a study on the importance of employee performance, it was found that the organization needs to focus on strengthening the management to improve employee performance. This is important in order to increase employee loyalty and gain the trust of consumers so that consumers satisfied and loyal to the company. Zahargier (2011) mentions the employees in the company are required to commit to the performance standards by improving performance to achieve and maintain a competitive advantage for a long time. In order to produce optimum performance must not be separated from the role of management to pay attention to the factors that influence employee performance. PT. Arta Boga Shining Denpasar as the study draws attention to the factors that determine the performance of employees, namely: leadership, financial compensation, education and training, stress and work discipline. Based on the fact, found some employee complaints and problems that occur with regard to the factors that determine the performance of employees. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that determine the performance of employees and to determine the dominant variables of each factor in determining the performance of employees at PT. Arta Boga Shining Denpasar. The research sample is determined by the method of stratified random sampling as many as 89 employees. Analysis using confirmatory factor analysis. Based on the analysis it was found that the factors that determine the performance of employees at PT . Arta Boga Shining Denpasar are: leadership, education and training, financial compensation, stress and work discipline. Dominant variables of each factor in determining the performance of employees is: a leader's ability to lead is the dominant variable of the factors of leadership, financial compensation in accordance with the demands of the job is the dominant variable of financial compensation factor, positive effect on the organization of education and training is variable the dominant factors of education and training, the demands of the task is the dominant variable stress factors, and carry out the instructions of the leader is the dominant variable factor in determining the performance of the work discipline of employees.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Penelitian  dilakukan di PT.Tjendana Mandra Sakti Denpasar, dengan responden sebanyak 54 orang karyawan. Regresi linier berganda adalah teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Secara parsial, kompensasi dan motivasi juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa dengan pemberian kompensasi berupa gaji, insentif dan tunjangan hidup yang sesuai dengan jabatan dan beban pekerjaan dapat memacu semangat kerja karyawan. Demikian pula halnya dengan motivasi yang diukur dari adanya peluang promosi jabatan bagi karyawan yang berprestasi dan terjalinnya hubungan kerja terbukti dapat memacu semangat kerja karyawan. Saran yang dapat dikemukan dari hasil penelitian ini, adalah perusahaan penting untuk lebih memperhatikan tunjangan hari raya dan gaji, hubungan kerjasama yang baik antar karyawan dengan pimpinan, serta kesempatan promosi bagi karyawan berprestasi,  mengingat aspek-aspek tersebut masih dipersepsikan belum memadai oleh para karyawan demi kemajuan perusahaan. Kata kunci : Semangat kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find influence signification of sales growth, firm size and tangibility of assets on capital structure in insurance company at BEI. The total of taken sample is 7 insurance companies, by busing purposive sampling method and analysis technique which is used is double linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis result, sales growth has positive influence and significant to capital structure, firm size to capital structure has negative influence and significant, asset tangibility has no effect on thecapital structure.
