The purpose of this study is to look at the impact of the implementation of the policy Business Tegal. In evaluating the program Business Tegal viewed from the aspect of productivity policy, financial efficiency and level of community satisfaction policy Business Tegal. By using a mixed method research approach hopes this research can include aspects of qualitative and quantitative. Based on the results of research carried out showed that the productivity of the policy can not boost industrial production and the quality of many of the home industry go bankrupt due to the government can not provide assistance in the form stimulant funds. Although the government has provided some training still can not help improve the quality of the industry because the training is not only limited to assisting the industry as expected by the public. With the impact, then the public is not satisfied about the implementation of the Business Tegal policy because no positive impact on the sustainability of the industry and welfare.

The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of public services in the Dinas Kependudukan dan CatatanSipil Kota Jambi. This study uses the concept of performance measurement with five indicators of productivity, qualityof service, responsiveness, r esponsibility and accountability. These indica tors are used to measure the efficiency andeffectiveness of services, quality of service received by the public. The method used in this research is quantitativemethod. The research location is determined by the method of purposive, are determined by deliberate that the studywas conducted in the Depar tment of P opulation and Civil Registry. Data collection techniques used in this study includeinterviews, observations, and literature. Based on the research findings that the productivity of public services interms of the ability of officers and service performance can be summed been efficient with an average result value of70% of respondents said either. The quality of service in terms of satisfaction of the performance of services,timeliness of service, comfortable environment and good infrastructure which is an average result of 41% while themeasured responsiveness of service delivery performance , kedesiplinan, service procedur es and speed of service.The final result that stands out from the responsiveness can be judged good quality with an average of 51% of goodquality, the next responsibility is measured on the suitability of cost and fairness of service delivery is good is seenfrom the average value of responsibility is 45% and the accountability of public service in the Department of Popula-tion and Jambi City Civil Registry, is good for 70% of respondents said that responsibility.

Investment is one source of state revenue. Until now the investment management in Indonesia can not be managedoptimally, because one of them by a system of investment management organization that is still weak. This study aimedto analyze the relationship between the organization (network governance) in organizing system in the developmentof investment in the Free Trade Zone and Free Port of Batam. The method used is the analysis of network coordina-tion with the study of the 5 aspects including governance structures, karaketristik service, operational interactionpar tner characteristics and network characteristics on a 3-level organization of provincial and district/city. The analy-sis finds that the coordination between the provincial and district organizations / cities still not optimal. coordinationhorizontally and vertically has not established optimally.

Result research show do not have perda that special regulate about develop-ment electricity. success develop supporter factor implementation budget electricity can be seen from aspects imple-mentation success scaling, namely: implementation policy support development budget in electricity developmentimplementation. Public complaints service todayâs has become part of the efforts to improve public services in Indonesia. Government,both central and local levels is appropriate to give special attention to the improvement of service quality of publiccomplaints. The governmentâs attention can be achieved either by continuously innovate to create public complaintsservice that is not only easily accessible by the public, but also can be received and responded to effectively by localgovernment. Yogyakarta Cityâs Government innovates by providing the services of public complaints were based oninformation technology and communication (e-government). Innovations made by the government of Yogyakar ta isexpected to provide ease of access for the public and can be input which should be followed up effectively by thegovernment of the city of Yogyakarta so as to create improved quality of public services in general in the future.

The research aimed to acknowledge the evaluated of compulsory 9-year assurance in state elementary school (SDN)and private elementary school (Muhammadiyah) in the city of Yogyakarta. Data Analysis Unit in this research is headeducation section in elementary school at the city of Yogyakarta, head master, teacher, scholl committee and students,4 from state elementary school (SDN) and 4 from private elementary school (Muhammadiyah) in the city of Yogyakar ta.This research used method with data collection from the data analysis process based on the result of in depthinterview and documents. This study used descriptive and qualitative data with grounded theory method. The re-search result is the number of suitably qualified educational personnel do not achieve the target of only 40%. Thenthe number of students who were subjected to compulsory quota admission of new students in SDN and elementaryschools still have not meet the target. Facilities and infrastructure and Private Elementary School has not fully meet theprescribed standards, and sources of funding / budget, State elementary school (SDN) funding sourced from Re-gional Government Budget (APBD)and State Budget (APBN). While private elementary school funding sourced fromRegional Government Budget (APBD)and State Budget (APBN) and from (donations parents, fees, dues Sacrifice,building development money, charity / special assistance). Elementary School does not collect tuition while still attract-ing private primary schools charge tuition of students for a nominal amount of each school is different. The averagevalue of private elementary school graduation is more higher than the state elementary school (SDN). Increase(CCDMA) in the city of Yogyakarta is equal to 92% have been achieved target And (APTs) are on state elementaryschool (SDN) Patangpuluhan by 0,01% and the SD Muhammadiyah Purwodiningratan 1 by 0,01%.

The Ombudsman Institution is an independent institution which functions to supervise the public seissues. The existence of this institution is considered important to increase the public service especservice performance by the government or local government and its existence is guaranteed by law.progress reaches the provincial level and the This research uses the qualitative research method. Tincluding the primary and secondary data. The primary data covers interview and observation datondary data covers literature data and documentation. The analysis unit of this research is the Ombof Yogyakarta Special Region with the interviewed research subjects such as the Head, InstitutioSocialization, Cooperation, and Networking Unit, and Socialization Executive Assistant. The findingshows that the establishment of The Governor Regulation Number 69 Year 2014 about the OrganizProcedure of the Ombudsman Institution of Yogyakarta Special Region causes the incorporation of Regional Ombudsman Institution (LOD) and the Private Ombudsman Institution (LOS), to be a singlas the Ombudsman Institution of Yogyakarta Special Region and it was started in 2015. The OmbudYogyakarta Special Region performance optimization has been seen in its achievements which are ithe applicable regulations. The optimization of socialization task on public right awareness toward pby the Ombudsman Institution of Yogyakarta Special Region is considered good and optimum. It canprograms done in the socialization intensity, socialization quality, and socialization portion comparties. The purpose of this study was to describe the policy implementation Public Service Agency (BLUD) in RSUD TanjungSelor. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection through the data collection process impirismove from facts to theory building. Results of research policy implementation BLUD in RSUD Tanjung Selor show thatSPM has not run optimally meets standards and criteria set. BLUD running quite well due to the availability of medicalfacilities and hospital equipment, adequate human resource quality, health care procedures and treatment costs areaffordable. However, for many services still complained of patients considered less swift in responding to complaints.A common perception among the leaders of positive effect on the delivery of public health services, especially fromthe aspect of equity, and affordability of health care. In addition coordination and functional with health agencieshelped smooth implementation of accountable implementation. The ability of the police still lacked discipline officers,and less friendly. Comfort aspect of this facility is an extra burden on the patient. In the sense of this study indicate thatthe change of status into BLUDs at RSD Dr. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Tanjung Selor Bulungan did not show a significantimpact on changes in the quality of service.
