Abstract

This research is descriptive research. Result research show do not have perda that special regulate about develop-ment electricity. success develop supporter factor implementation budget electricity can be seen from aspects imple-mentation success scaling, namely: implementation policy support development budget in electricity developmentimplementation. Support sources policy in Perda APBD mining sector implementation and Energi Kabupaten Bulunganwith the existence of  budget that is large and the increase human resource. Support communication inter relatedorganisation, between Dinas Pertambangan and PT. PLN as well as BAPPEDA intertwined coordination that is good.Executive body characteristic, and tendency all executive apper tain good with the existence of  program–programactivity that execute favorably. Executive activity very support so that target desired can achieved. Inside economycondition thing, social, and politics can be said that that aspect very suppor t Implementasi success with all set him theneed for energy electricity certainly will improve social and economic growth as well as stability politics. Factors thatstill become obstacle to Perda APBD Sektor Pertambangan success implementation and Energi Bulungan regency isexecutive apparatus number, facility and infrastructure still  very less, inside inability contractor perform activity, andnot smooth electricity in development because condition geography that is wide and out of  reach.

Abstract

Electrical energy is one of the primer facilities used in every activity. Almost all the existing facilities use electricity. This is inversely proportional to the depleting energy source. The solution to this problem is to replace fossil fuels with renewable energy sources. Renewable energy is a source of energy that can be recycled and does not damage the environment. One type of renewable energy is to use the electrolysis method. Electrolysis Method is one of the renewable energy sources. This method uses electrolyte solution which can be found in sour and runny fruit such as lemon (Citrus Limon L.) and Wuluh Star fruit  (Averrhoa bilimbi). The study was conducted in a laboratory by mixing the results of the juice of the two fruits with different compositions. The mixes are placed in the arcs (a mixture container to test the electrical properties) and then tested using a multimeter every 2 hours for 24 hours. The results are described in graphical form. The average power of each mixture is, C1 = 2.2mW, C2 = 4.7mW, and C3 = 8.5 mW and based on the graph, each mixture has decreased voltage and current. Even so among the three mixtures, the third mixture has a better electrical power value than the other two mixes. This shows that the higher the acidity of a solution the higher the electricity produced.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Energi listrik merupakan energi utama masyarakat pada era globalisasi. Perusahaan Listrik Nasional (PLN) masih belum bisa menjangkau daerah – daerah terpencil khususnya daerah kabupaten Bulungan yang memiliki banyak daerah terpencil. Masalah ini dapat diatasi dengan memanfaatkan anak sungai yang ada di kabupaten Bulungan sebagai sumber energi listrik. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan survey memilih 20 titik anak sungai yang akan diteliti di kabupaten Bulungan. Selanjutnya pengambilan data yaitu luas penampang sungai, kecepatan aliran sungai, dan tinggi jatuh air. Data ini akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus agar memperoleh nilai daya teoritis yang dihasilkan oleh masing – masing sungai yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan diantara 20 anak sungai yang diteliti hanya 2 anak sungai yang memiliki potensi yaitu sungai 9 dengan daya 5,5 kW dan sungai 14 dengan daya 8,5 kW. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan lagi agar dapat bermanfaat bagi pengembangan daerah – daerah terpencil yang tidak terjangkau PLN. Kata kunci : Daya, Energi Terbarukan, PLTMH ABSTRACT Electrical energy is the main energy of society in the era of globalization. Perusahaan Listrik Nasional (PLN) is still unable to reach remote areas, especially the Bulungan district which has many remote areas. This problem can be overcome by utilizing tributaries in Bulungan district as a source of electrical energy. This research began with a survey selecting 20 tributary points to be studied in Bulungan district. Furthermore, data collection was the cross-sectional area of the river, river flow velocity, and water fall height. This data was  analyzed using a formula in order to obtain the theoretical power value generated by each predetermined river. The results of this study indicatde that among the 20 tributaries studied, only 2 tributaries have potential, namely river 9 with a power of 5.5 kW and river 14 with a power of 8.5 kW. It is hoped that the results of this research can be further developed so that they can be useful for the development of remote areas that are not reached by PLN. Keyword: PLTMH, Power,  Renewable Energy

Abstract

The critical component in science learning today is the students ability to proficiency the scientific inquiry skills. Inquiry skills are the focus in scientific practice today, especially on proposing action and interpreting results. For this purpose, three experimental worksheets on energy topic were designed and developed. Thirty students enrolled in 11th grade in a public senior high school in the Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan Province participated in this study. This study used qualitative research methods to collect data in accordance with the principles of classroom natural setting. Participants are involved in teaching and learning process activities that are taught by physics teachers in the schools. The results of the students written responses were obtained from the experimental worksheet, as well as field note data during observations during the teaching-learning process. The results of the study show that in the category of proposing action and interpreting results the students abilities are still low. Proficiency in content knowledge according to substantive concepts has a strong effect on students scientific inquiry skills. The implication of this study is that it emphasizes the formation of scientific culture classrooms to be able to promote and bring science closer to the students.

Abstract

Dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dilaksanakan di Wisata Hutan Mangrove Desa Ardi Mulyo Kabupaten Bulungan Provinsi Kalimantan Utara. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah mengetahui Inovasi teknologi budidaya kepiting ramah lingkungan wisata hutan Mangrove. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu dilaksanakan dengan metode pelatihan mitra sasaran dengan pihak sadar wisata dan Bumdes Ardi Mulyo masyarakat petani tambak. Bimtek Inovasi budidaya kepiting menggunakan metode silfofishery dengan memanfaatkan wisata hutan Mangrove yang sudah ada disederhanakan dengan inovasi kebaharuan dan keberlanjutan dengan metode desain pakan budidaya kepiting tersebut. Dilakukan agar para mitra memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup tentang budidaya kepiting dan pelatihan langsung dilakukan oleh tim pendamping selain itu juga perluasan kolam, pembersihan kolam, pemberian nutrisi kepada kepiting, penggemukan pembesaran kepiting, dan kepiting tersebut sehat dan saat pemanenan dengan berat cukup besar. Dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengelolaan budidaya kepiting bakau. Selama kegiatan pembudidayaan kepiting Permasalahan Lokasi keramba agak tinggi dari permukaan sungai sehingga pada masa air Mati dipastikan 3-4 hari air tidak terganti Lokasi dekat dengan daratan sehingga ketika hujan kemungkinan air lumpur mudah tercampur dengan air tawar Kurang pemahaman terkait metode pemeliharaan Kepiting tidak terkontrol maksimal karena dilepaskan begitu saja. Dengan adanya Bimtek dilakukan oleh Tim Pendamping dari Universitas Hasanuddin agar para mitra memiliki pengetahuan tentang yang cukup tentang budidaya kepiting dan pelatihan langsung agar para mitra Khususnya nelayan terampil dalam melakukan pengelolaan kolam dan pembibitan budidaya kepiting.Community service activities were carried out at the Mangrove Forest Tourism in Ardi Mulyo Village, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan Province. The aim of this community service activity is to find out technological innovations in environmentally friendly crab cultivation for Mangrove forest tourism. The implementation method for community service activities is carried out using target partner training methods with tourism awareness parties and Bumdes Ardi Mulyo, the pond farming community. Bimtek Innovation for crab cultivation using the silfofishery method by utilizing existing mangorove forest tourism is simplified with new and sustainable innovations in the crab cultivation feed design method. This is done so that the partners have sufficient knowledge about crab cultivation and direct training is carried out by the accompanying team as well as expanding the pond, cleaning the pond, providing nutrition to the crabs, finding the crabs for enlargement, and that the crabs are healthy and weigh quite a lot when harvested. From community service activities, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in knowledge and skills in managing Mangrove crab cultivation. During crab cultivation activities, the problem is that the location of the cages is quite high from the river surface so that when the water is dead, the water will not be replaced for 3-4 days. The location is close to land so that when it rains, the mud water is likely to easily mix with fresh water. Lack of understanding regarding crab rearing methods is not optimally controlled because just let go. With the Technical Guidance carried out by the Assistance Team from Hasanuddin University so that partners have sufficient knowledge about crab cultivation and direct training so that partners, especially fishermen, are skilled in managing crab cultivation ponds and nurseries.
