The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of person organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior on the innovative work behavior through psychological empowerment as mediation, The population in this study were all employees of PT Telekomunikasi Seluler Central Java Regional DIY totaling 115 employees. Sampling using sampling nonproballity saturated samples. Methods of data collection is done by using questionnaires. The analytical method datamenggunakan regression analysis and path analysis with the help of analytical tools IBM SPSS version 21. The results showed that there is a direct effect of a positive and significant correlation betweenperson organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior on the innovative work behavior, The results also show the effect of indirect relationships are positive and significant correlation between person organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior on the innovative work behavior through psychological empowerment as mediation,

The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of organizational justice and authentic leadership on work engagement with organizational trust as a mediating variable. The sample in this study amounted to 154 nurses. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with proportionate random sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that is measured by a Likert scale. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical test and SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results showed that organizational justice and authentic leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational trust, and had an influence on nurses' work engagement. In addition, the results also show that organizational trust is able to mediate the influence of organizational justice and authentic leadership on work engagement. In other words, the role of organizational trust will further increase the level of work engagement of nurses. This research is expected to be an input for hospitals on the importance of the role of strategies to increase work engagement through organizational justice and the role of leaders.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance through work motivation as a mediating variable. The sample in this study amounted to 195 employees. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with the type of proportionate random sampling. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire measured by a likert scale. The analytical method used is descriptive ststistical test and version SmartPLS 3.0 software. The result showed that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, and has an effect on employee performance. However, spiritual intelligence does not have an influence on work motivation or employee performance. Work motivation has an influence on employee performance. Work motivation can also mediate the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance. However, it cannot mediate the influence of spiritual intelligence on employee performance. This research is expected to be an entry for companies to be able to hold training to improve emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence which is believed to improve employee performance in general banking.

This study aims to determine the effect of job crafting and leader-member exchange on work-family enrichment through work engagement on married women employees in the finishing department of PT Sandang Asia Maju Abadi. The type and design of the research used in this study is quantitative research. Sampling in this study used a probability sampling and obtained the sample size that must be used is 127 employees. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale 1-5. The analytical method used is the test instrument (validity and reliability), hypotheses testing and path analysis test with SPSS 23. The results of the study show that all hypotheses are accepted. Therefore could be known that job crafting has a positive effect on work engagement. Leader-member exchanges have a positive effect on work engagement. Job crafting has a positive effect on work-family enrichment. Leader-member exchanges have a positive effect on work-family enrichment. Work engagement has a positive effect on work-family enrichment. The path analysis test results also show that job crafting has a positive effect on work-family enrichment and leader-member exchange that has a positive effect on work-family enrichment through work engagement.

The purpose of this research is to examine between promotion and trust toward customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as mediating role. The population in this research is all TCash users in Semarang City. The numbers of sample in this research are 115 respondents by using incidental sampling. Path analysis is used for analyzing the research data using SPSS program version 21. The results findings are both promotion have a positive and significant on customer loyalty, and trust have a positive and significant on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction is able to mediate between promotion and trust in customer loyalty.

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there are differences in average abnormal returns, average trading volume activity and average security return variability between before and after the Chinese trade war events by the United States in Indonesia and South Korea. The purposive sampling method was used to determine the sample size of 2 countries, namely Indonesia and South Korea. The study period was limited to t-7 before the event and t + 7 after the event. Data analysis method used to answer hypotheses used data normality and Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test difference test. The results showed that all research variables were not normally distributed. Therefore, hypothesis testing is performed using the Wilcoxon Sign Test. The results obtained from the Wilcoxon Sign Test are that there is no significant difference in average abnormal return and average security return varibality both before and after the Chinese Trade War Event by the United States in Indonesia. While there are significant differences in average trading volume activity before and after the Tiongkok-United States Trade War events in Indonesia and South Korea. The conclusion from the research shows that H1 and H3 are rejected, which means there is no difference in average abnormal return and average security return varibality before and after trade war events. H2 was accepted which showed that there were differences in average trading volume activity before and after the Chinese trade war by the United States. For further research, it is expected to be able to add literature and references by taking into account the limitations in this study and using other event studies to become research material.

The development of telecominications business is currently growing rapidly which makes many telecommunications companies compete to provide the best service to customers, so they are not eliminated from competition. This study aims to examine how the effect of service recovery, perceived quality, and price fairness on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study were the consumers of indiHome Datel Purbalingga. The samppling technique that is used is the purposive sampling method, samples that can be taken with an Slovin formula. The method of the data collection used in this study is documentation and questionnaires. Partial analysis and path analysis using the IBM SPSS 16 program is used as data analysis. The results of the study show that the service recovery and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant direct influence on the costumer loyalty. However, perceived quality and price fairness do not have a direct and significant influence on the customer loyalty. Path analysis shows that customer satisfaction can mediate service recovery, perceived quality, and price fairness on the customer loyalty. The suggestions for companies is to optimize their service in terms of improvemment to network hardware and software so that there is no interference with indiHome triple play services. For further researchers tp examine different subjects and add other variabels that can affect customer loyalty.

The purpose of this study are to determine the effect of transformational leadership, procedural justice, employee engagement, and work environment on organizational commitment. The type and design of the research used in this study is quantitative research. The population of this study is employee of the editorial department of Merdeka Press Semarang. Sampling in this study is using a saturated sampling system and obtained the sample size that must be used in this study is 124 employees. The application method of data collection using a questionnaire with a interval. The analytical method used is the test instruments (validity and reliability), hypothesis testing with SPSS 22. The results of the study show that all hypotheses are accepted. Therefore could be known that transformational leadership has a effect on organizational commitment. Procedural justice has a effect on organizational commitment. Employee engagement has a effect on organizational commitment. Work environment has a effect on organizational commitment
