<![CDATA[Program Kemitraan and Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) is part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan) which is generally constructed by BUMN in Indonesia. PKBL is used by Perkebunan Nusantara IX farming company at Merbuh as one of the way to increase people’s prosperity for those who live around the company. The goals of this research are : 1) PKBL PTPN IX plays the function in the society’s social and economic life 2) Society’s respond about the PKBL from PTPN IX farming Company at Merbuh. Based on the research, the results are as follows: 1) PTPN IX Company has implemented PKBL to the society as the social responsibility. This responsibility covers the partnership program in the form of revolving loan to the society’s small business with the annual 6% administrative payment, and Bina Lingkungan Program in the form of tumpang sari area loan, another area loan to sports, and the last one is free of charge aid for the public facilities development. PKBL also takes part in the social community aspects. They are social, education, health, increase of income and increase of job. 2) PKBL and PTPN IX farming Company at Merbuh get positive respond from the people around them because this program increase of society’s social and economic life.]]>

<![CDATA[Blangkon and Muhammadiyah Islamic societies in the village Pekuncen are two communities living in the same area . Islam equations and differences in the way the ritual between the Muslim community raises Blangkon with Muhammadiyah community stereotypes of social interaction in the community . The research method used was a qualitative research method with phenomenological approach . Subjects in this study were four men and three Muslim community Blangkon Muhammadiyah society . Research sites in the Village Pekuncen , District Jatilawang , Banyumas regency . Data collection techniques used were observation , interview and documentation . The validity of the data used is an extension of the observations , increasing persistence , data triangulation and member checks . Techniques of data analysis including data collection , data reduction , data presentation , and verification . The results showed that the social interaction that occurs between the Islamic community Blangkon with the community in the village of Muhammadiyah Pekuncen shown walking in harmony with the various religious rituals were held . Respect and tolerance shown when Islam is being held ritual Blangkon perlon and appreciate Muhammadiyah are praying pose a harmonious society Pekuncen village . Constraints in interacting sentiment embodied in nature that are below the surface latent like gossip.]]>

<![CDATA[Helping behavior is very important in everyday life. However, the current behavior is difficult to find help in everyday life. Helping behavior are difficult to find in today's youth, especially in urban environments. Adolescents is one of the next generation involved in the moral development of Indonesia. School is a place of moral cultivation. School held a variety of extracurricular activities to channel the talents and interests of each child. PMR is one of the extracurricular activities related to the humanitarian field. PMR activities related to the distribution, development and application of behavior to help students. PMR 9 SMA Negeri Semarang is one of the active conducting extracurricular social activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the Youth Red Cross activities among high school students in District 9 Semarang and also observe the activities of the Red Cross Youth in driving behaviors to help high school students Semarang District 9. This study uses qualitative methods. The validity of the data used is the technique of data triangulation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the Red Cross Youth Senior High School 9 Semarang held every Thursday at 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 pm. <![CDATA[One of the diversity of local languages in Indonesia is Javanese. Java community especially families Java language using the Java language as a mother, to communicate on a daily basis. Now this archipelago language development in this area of language began with an identity crisis with the introduction of the changes. This study used a qualitative approach. Research sites in the hamlet Siroto Ungaran District East Village Susukan Semarang regency. Subjects in this study were parents, children, community leaders and prominent educators. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data used is the technique of triangulation data. Data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. The results showed that the existence of crisis among families use the Java language in Hamlet Siroto ngoko the use of the Java language to parents, rather than the communication code in the Java language into Indonesian, and changes in the use of kinship terms. The crisis caused by the existence of the Java language using the Java language is less socialization by parents and the use of the Indonesian language for communication within the family and Traffic lacking in Javanese. In addition, the influence of the language of the neighborhood, the neighborhood association and language television .. <![CDATA[The phenomenon of the veil now likely to lead to consumer behavior is characterized by the development of lifestyle. Veiled style among adolescents in particular, with the development of new creations hijab models to be very diverse. The attraction of individuals to wear the hijab headscarf with the development of new creations that vary a lot Semarang State University student to imitate and wear the hijab as a clothing model that is now said to be so out of date. Among female students who wear headscarves new creations were not always wear her hijab wherever she travels. This study attempts to answer the research problem is how the meaning of the State University of Semarang student of the veil of new creations. The study used a qualitative approach. In the analysis phase, authors use the theory of consumer behavior Jean P. Baudrillard and lifestyle concepts David Chaney. The results showed that most students make sense of the veil that she wears but to follow the rules of Islamic dress, were also influenced by the veil which follow fashion trend. Veil also for some students UNNES have the meanings not only as an obligation of a Muslim woman in a close the genitals but can interpret as an elegant dress, formal dress and modern. They wear the hijab was expanded to a modern life style headscarves and follow the trend that is popular in the community. So that the veil became a collection of hunting and result in consumer shopping behavior.]]>

Bank world has a tight correlation with consumer, therefore the service quality influences positively and significantly to the people’s satisfactions. This can increase people’s trust. On the other hand, people’s trust has a positive influence to their loyalty. Because of the satisfaction felt by the people to the service given by the bank employee in helping them to do the transaction needed, so the consumer choose syariah as a major alternative in saving money.Syariah banking has more advantageous than conventional bank because it uses syariah principles in the banking operation, so that societies are easy to accept syariah banking.]]>

<![CDATA[“Pemilihan Umum Raya” what so called Pemira is a small form of democracy in education range. Unnes applied online system in Pemira to choose their president of student councilin order to accommodate to Indonesia democracy. The used of online is a kind of technology development to achieve the ideal democracy. The issue of student distrust of the level of data security, confidentiality of information, data and information Pemira online be the main focus in this study . The method used in this research is a qualitative method which used recall technique to collect the data. The subject of this research include one students from each faculty of Unnes. The location of the research is in Unnes. The result shows that the implementation of Pemira online is commonly just like a general election, the different is only on the way to vote which is usually vote by punching ballot become by clicking to vote. There are some perceptions which occur among the students, some students give 100% support, some students did not give support at all, and some support in certain condition. The other perception is the lack of social aspect that there is no more lively vote counting with so many social interaction in an usual election count. Moreover, from culture point of view there is a belief that there is no different of choosing and not to choose the president of student councilbecause it will bring nothing or there is no benefit for the students themselves. One factor which bring the wind of change is that the invention of online system in Pemira. The effect from the changing of social and culture in Pemira online are that the lost of vote by punching ballot culture, the lost of social interaction in counting the result, the fade of in-group and out-group identification, and to decrese motive conflict in Pemira. In addition, Hyperreality is happened in Pemira online.]]>

<![CDATA[Village Community Muraharjo still very strong with the local culture or tradition, even affecting the way they meet the needs of life, farming, and animal husbandry. Muraharjo society in raising beef cattle are also affected also influenced their culture, it is manifested in the way of raising beef cattle farming as a way to follow their parents or previous generations. The purpose of this study was to answer the problem: (1) How does the culture of the cattle farmers in the Village District Muraharjo Kunduran Blora district. (2) What is the role of culture in the management of cattle farming in the Village District Muraharjo Kunduran Blora district. Conclusions from this research is the effort yani cattle in the village has not been maximized Muraharjo well for the welfare of the community because of the pattern of traditional businesses still are not looking for economic benefits but rather to mampertahankan existing traditions and inherited from their predecessors. Tingkt low education and lack of knowledge possessed by their menjadika livestock farmers tend mempelakukan all the cows at their disposal to assist the activities in the field no matter ordinary cows or beef cattle. <![CDATA[Poverty is a major factor inhibiting the advance of education in poor communities in the district. Most residents in the district of Pemalang livelihood as farmers. Economic level of society in Pemalang can be seen from the yields obtained, poverty in the communities in the district of Pemalang it also resulted in her children's education level. Pemalang district is one of the districts with the number of children who are high school dropouts. The number of school dropouts in the district of Pemalang generally caused due to cost constraints experienced by poor families, and is unable to provide adequate access to education or the equivalent of their children.
