Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi tentang praktik kerja lapangan, informasi dunia kerja dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Bhakti Persada Kendal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII SMK Bhakti Persada Kendal yang berjumlah 202 siswa. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 134 siswa, yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus slovin.Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakanSPSS for Windows versi 16. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif praktik kerja lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa0.000<0.05, ada pengaruh informasi dunia kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa 0,013<0,05, ada pengaruh motivasi memasuki dunia kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa 0,000<0,05 sehingga Ha1, Ha2 dan Ha3 diterima.The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of perceptions about job training, jobs information and motivation to enter the workforce against students’ work readiness of SMK Bhakti Persada Kendal.The population in this study was all students of class XII SMK Bhakti Persada Kendal, there are 202 students. The number of samples of the study was 134 students obtained by using the slovin formula. Method of data collection was using the questionnaire. The analysing data used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis percentages using SPSS for Windows version 16.Based on the results of the study, indicate that there was a positive effect of job training for students 'job readiness 0.000> 0.05, there was the effect ofjobs information on students' job readiness 0.013 <0.05, there was the influence of motivation to enter the workforce to the job readiness of students 0,000 <0,05 so Ha1, Ha2 and Ha3 accepted.

Abstract

Komputer Akuntansi MYOB merupakan hal yang penting bagi keberlangsungan siswa di SMK yang mengambil  akuntansi sebagai bekal keterampilan. Hasil nilai UAS semester ganjil Komputer Akuntansi MYOB 56,23% siswa belum tuntas. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh motivasi belajar, computer attitude dan fasilitas laboratorium akuntansi terhadap prestasi belajar Komputer Akuntansi MYOB. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK PGRI Batang tahun ajaran 2014/2015sebanyak 113 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa ada pengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial motivasi belajar, computer attitude dan fasilitas laboratorium akuntansi terhadap prestasi belajar Komputer Akuntansi MYOB. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalahsiswa diharapkan lebih meningkatkan keyakinan percaya diri atas kemampuan yang dimilikinya sehingga tidak mudah terpengaruhi teman lainnya. Guru lebih sering memberikan masukan kepada siswa bagaimana pentingnya komputer khususnya Komputer Akuntansi MYOB.Bagi sekolah agar lebih meningkatkan fasilitas laboratorium akuntansi.MYOB accounting computer is essential for the sustainability of the students who take the vocational competence accounting expertise as a preparation skills. The results of the UAS MYOB Accounting Computers 56.23% of students have not been completed. So that the problem in this study is whether there is to determine whether there is the influence of learning motivation, computer attitude and accounting laboratory facilities for MYOB accounting computer learning achievement.Population and sample in this study is a class XI Accounting of State Vocational High School PGRI Batang in academic year 2014/2015rod as much as 113 students. Methods of data collection using documentation and questionnaire. While the method of data analysis usesdescriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results showed there is influence of learning motivation, computerattitude and accounting laboratory facilities towards learning achievement MYOB accounting computer.The advice given in this study is expected to further enhance student confiderence on its ability that isn’t easily affected more friends. Teachers often give advice to students how important computers especially MYOB accounting computer. Further to the school in order to further improve laboratory facilities specifically studied accounting.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah metode problem posing berbantuan media prezi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan lebih efektif dibandingkan metode ceramah pada materi jurnal penyesuaian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experiment dengan pola nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA N 1 Padamara Kabupaten Purbalingga tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Sampel penelitian dipilih secara cluster random sampling yang kemudian diperoleh kelas XI IPS 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI IPS 4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dokumentasi, tes, observasi. Pengujian H1 yaitu menggunakan uji paired sample t-test dan H2 menggunakan uji independent sample t-test. Hasil uji  menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar setelah adanya perlakuan. Kemudian dari hasil uji  menunjukkan bahwa metode problem posing berbantuan media prezi lebih efektif dibandingkan metode ceramah. Oleh karena itu, guru disarankan unuk menggunakan  metode problem posing berbantuan media prezi pada materi jurnal penyesuaian atau pada materi lain. Pihak sekolah juga disarankan untuk mengadakan pelatihan bagi guru mengenai penggunaan media prezi..The purposes of this study were to find out whether implementing problem posing method by using prezi media could improve learning achievement and to find out whether implementing problem posing method by using prezi media was more effective than by using lecture method in adjusting journal subject. This study conducted a quasi-experimental design  (nonequivalent control group design). The population of the study was all students of XI IPS in SMA N 1 Padamara, the regency of Purbalingga, in the academic year of 2014/2015. The sample of this study was selected by using cluster random sampling. Students of class XI IPS 3 were chosen as the experimental group and students of class XI IPS 4 were chosen as the control group. The methods of collecting data were taking documentation, conducting tests, and doing an observation. H1 test was proved by applying paired sample t-test calculation and H2 test was proved by applying independent sample t-test calculation. The result of H1 was accepted. It indicated that there was improvement of learning achievement after the students got treatment. From the independent sample t-test, H2 was accepted. It showed that teaching adjusting journal subject by implementing problem posing method by using prezi media was more effective than by implementing lecture method. Therefore, the writer suggests that teachers should apply problem posing method by using prezi media for teaching adjusting journal subject or other subjects. The writer also suggest that school should do training for the teachers about the use of prezi media.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh praktik kerja industri (prakerin), prestasi akademik mata diklat produktif akuntansi, dan pemanfaatan bank mini terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kompetensi keahlian akuntansi kelas XII SMK Yos Sudarso Rembang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Kompetensi Keahlian Akuntansi SMK Yos Sudarso Rembang Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Dalam penelitian ini seluruh populasi sebanyak 40 siswa digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Data variabel dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh bahwa kesiapan kerja siswa dalam kategori cukup siap, praktik kerja industri (prakerin) dalam kategori cukup baik, prestasi akademik mata diklat akuntansi dalam kategori baik, dan pemanfaatan bank mini dalam kategori baik. Hasil penelitian ini secara statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh praktik kerja industri (prakerin), prestasi akademik mata diklat produktif akuntansi, dan pemanfaatan bank mini terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Yos Sudarso Rembang sebesar 72,5%. Pada praktik kerja industri (prakerin) berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 55,8%. Prestasi akademik mata diklat akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 15,3%. Sedangkan pemanfaatan bank mini terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 20%. Disimpulkan bahwa praktik kerja industri (prakerin), prestasi akademik mata diklat produktif akuntansi, dan pemanfaatan bank mini berpengaruh simultan maupun parsial terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Yos Sudarso Rembang. Saran yang diberikan agar guru memaksimalkan kegiatan pra prakerin agar siswa mempunyai bekal yang cukup saat prakerin. Siswa harus meningkatkan penguasaan materi terutama mata diklat produktif akuntansi. Selain itu, siswa juga harus meningkatkan keterampilan dalam mengelola bank mini.The purpose of this study is to know whether there in influence of on the job training (prakerin), academic achievement of accounting productive subject,and utilization of mini bank toward student’s working readiness skills competencies of accounting of the twelfh graders at state vocational high school Yos Sudarso Rembang. The population in this study were students twelfth graders competencies accounting expertise at SMK Yos Sudarso Rembang in the academic year 2015/2016. In this study the entire population of 40 students used as samples. This research uses questionnaire and documentation to collect the data. The data of variable were descriptively analyzed and multiple regression analyzed. The result of descriptive analysis shows that working readiness of students is quite ready, on the job training (prakerin) is quite good, academic achievement of accounting productive subject is good, and utilization of mini bank is good. The result based on statistical analysis shows that the are some influence of on the job training (prakerin), academic achievement of accounting productive subject, and utilization mini bank toward Vocational High School Yos Sudarso Rembang 72,5%. Influences of on the job training toward the student’s working readiness 55,8%. Influences of academic achievement of accounting productive subject toward the student’s working readiness 15,3%. Influences of utilization of mini bank toward the student’s working readiness 20%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kreativitas dan fasilitas melalui kesiapan belajar terhadap hasil belajar baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS MAN 1 Semarang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket/kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini yaitu hasil belajar. Variabel independennya yaitu kreativitas siswa dan fasilitas belajar. Variabel interveningnya adalah kesiapan belajar. Hasil uji hipotesis parsial menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh kreativitas siswa terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi, fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi dan kesiapan belajar terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi. Hasil uji hipotesis secara tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh kreativitas siswa terhadap hasil belajar melalui kesiapan belajar dan ada pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar melalui kesiapan belajar. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu kreativitas siswa, fasilitas belajar dan kesiapan belajar secara parsial mempengaruhi hasil belajar akuntansi kemudian kreativitas siswa dan fasilitas belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi melalui kesiapan belajar. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah pihak sekolah dan pihak rumah mulai memperhatikan perkembangan kreativitas anak dan terpenuhinya kebutuhan fasilitas belajar serta kesiapan belajar pada siswa.This study aimed to examine the influence of student creativity, school facilities, and study readiness toward learning outcome of XI IPS student at MAN 1 Semarang and then the positive influence student creativity, school facilities through study readiness as mediating variable toward accounting learning outcome. Data collection method in this research using questionnaires / questionnaire and documentation. The dependent variable in this research is accounting learning outcome. Independent variables namely student creativity and school facilities. Variable intervening in this research is study readiness. The result showed that student creativity, learning facilities and study readiness has positive influence on the results of the accounting study. Then, indirectly student creativity and learning facilities through study readiness as mediating variable effect positive on learning outcome of the accounting. Based on the above result, it can be conclude that student creativity, learning facilities, and study readiness give positive effect on the results of the accounting study both directly and in directly.

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 merupakan kurikulum yang saat ini diterapkan di Indonesia. Kurikulum 2013 membawa perubahan mendasar pada guru dalam pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu guru dituntut untuk menyiapkan dirinya dalam melaksanakan kurikulum 2013. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  pengaruh pelatihan guru, kompetensi guru, dan pemanfaatan sarana prasarana terhadap kesiapan guru prodi bisnis manajemen dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 di SMK N 1 Purbalingga. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru prodi bisnis manajemen di SMK N 1 Purbalingga Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015 yaitu guru program pendidikan akuntansi, administrasi perkantoran, dan pemasaran berjumlah 24 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sampel jenuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam dalam pengambilan data adalah angket. Data variabel dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini secara statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial pelatihan guru, kompetensi guru, dan pemanfaatan sarana prasarana terhadap kesiapan guru prodi bisnis manajemen dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 di SMK N 1 Purbalingga. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah guru harus berupaya menambah wawasan mengenai kurikulum 2013 dan guru lebih  mengembangkan kompetensi kepribadiannya serta guru harus mempersiapkan dirinya untuk memahami pemanfaatan sumber belajar.Curriculum 2013 is the curriculum applied in Indonesia recently. It brings fundamental changes in teachers’ teaching and learning. Thus, teachers are required to prepare themselves in implementing curriculum 2013. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is influence of  teacher training, teacher competence, and infrastructure towards manajement business department teacher’s readiness in curriculum 2013 implementation in SMK N 1 Purbalingga. The population of this study was manajement business department teachers in curriculum 2013 implementation in SMK N 1 Purbalingga in the academic year of 2014/2015. The samples of this study were accounting education teachers, office administration teachers, and marketing teachers consisting of 24 people in SMK N 1 Purbalingga. Sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling. The method used in this study was giving questionnaire. Variable data were analyzed by statistic descriptive percentage and multiple regression analysis. This result statistically shows that teacher training, teacher competence, and infrastructure influence either simultaneously or partially towards the manajement business department teachers’ readiness in curriculum 2013 implementation in SMK N 1 Purbalingga. The suggestions that come out from this study are teachers are required to increase knowledge of curriculum 2013, it is expected that they develop their personal competence, and they get themselves ready in understanding the use of learning sources.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh praktik pengalaman lapangan, minat menjadi guru, dan prestasi belajar terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru yang profesional. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Progam Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Akuntansi tahun angkatan 2011 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang sebanyak 174 mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 122 mahasiswa yang ditentukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif presentase, statistik inferensial, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan praktik pengalaman lapangan, minat menjadi guru, dan prestasi belajar berpengaruh baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru yang profesional. Hasil adjusted R^2 menunjukan adanya hubungan antara praktik pengalaman lapangan, minat menjadi guru, dan prestasi belajar terhadap kesiapan mahasiswa menjadi guru yang profesional sebesar 0.574 atau 57,4%. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah hendaknya mahasiswa memperbanyak referensi tentang akuntansi, mengikuti berbagai forum diskusi akuntansi guna meningkatkan wawasan mengenai bidang studi akuntansinya; mahasiswa diharapkan meningkatkan minat untuk menjadi guru yang tinggi dengan mengenal lebih jauh tentang profesi guru, mencari tahu kabar dan informasi mengenai profesi keguruan, memanfatkan kegiatan praktik pengalaman lapangan dengan sungguh-sungguh yang dapat menunjang kesiapannya untuk menjadi guru.The purpose of that study was to determine the influence of practice field experience, interest becoming a teacher and learning achievement againts the readiness of the students to become a professional teacher. Population in this research are students of accounting education class of Faculty of Economic semarang state university as many as 174 students. Sample used in this study were 122 students. The method are used to collect data is quetionnaire and documentation. Data analysis method used is the percentage descriptive analysis, inferential statistics, and multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the results of research it can conclude that practical field experience, interest becoming a teacher, and learning achievement influence the readiness to becoming a professional teacher on partial analysis and simultaneous analysis. The results of adjusted R^2 showed the presence of the relationship between practice field experience , interest as teacher ,and learning achievements against the readiness of kids to be professional teachers or as much as 57.4 %. It suggested suggestions relating to research is should be more about students reference accounting, participate in various the discussion accounting held in formal and informal perspectives on to make the field of accounting study; students are expected to increase desire to get teachers high with know more about the teaching profession, find out news and information on the profession teaching through the print media and the internet also take the practice field experience seriously that are amenable to ready to become a teacher.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh kompensasi, komunikasi dalam organisasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap semangat kerja guru tidak tetap (GTT) di SMK Swasta Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian ex-post facto. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kompensasi (X1), komunikasi dalam organisasi (X2) dan lingkungan kerja fisik (X3) sebagai variabel bebas serta semangat kerja (Y) sebagai variabel terikatnya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru tidak tetap (GTT) di SMK Swasta Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran Se-Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 86 guru. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS for Windows Release 16, asumsi klasik, dan analisis deskriptif persentase.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan: Y = 13,683 + 0,739X1+ 0,316 X2+0,423 X3. Uji F yang diperoleh  Fhitung = 66,115, sehingga Ha1 diterima. Secara parsial (uji t) kompensasi (X1) diperoleh thitung = 3,986 dengan signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05, sehingga Ha2 diterima. Komunikasi dalam organisasi (X2) diperoleh thitung = 2,740 dengan signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05, sehingga Ha3 diterima. Lingkungan kerja fisik (X3) diperoleh thitung = 5,468 dengan signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05, sehingga Ha4 diterima. Secara simultan (R2) kompensasi, komunikasi dalam organisasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja guru tidak tetap yaitu sebesar 69,7%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompensasi, komunikasi dalam organisasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja guru tidak tetap. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah; 1) pihak sekolah mengadakan program penanaman pohon untuk mengurangi temperature (suhu) udara yang panas 2) pihak sekolah menempatkan ruang kantor tidak bersebelahan dengan ruang kelas. The aim of the study to show whether influence compensation, communication in organization, and physical work area to teachers’ work enthusiasm of honorary teachers of Vocational School of office administration competence by simultaneously or partially. The study is ex-post facto study. Variable in this study is compensation (X1), communication in organization (X2), and physical work area (X3) are independent variable, and work enthusiasm (Y) is dependent variable. Sample of this study is all of honorary teacher of Private Vocational School of office administration competence in Semarang are 86 teachers. Method of collecting data is observation, documentation, interview, and questionnaire. Technique of data Analysis is double regression by using SPSS for Windows Release 16, classic assumption, and percentage descriptive analysis. The result of the study showed that the double linear regression analysis was: Y = 13,683 + 0,739X1+ 0,316 X2+0,423 X3. Next the  Fcount = 66,115, so, Ha1 was accepted. Partially (t test) compensation (X1) was tcount = 3,986 with significance 0,00 < 0,05, so, Ha2 was accepted. communication in organization (X2) was tcount = 2,740 with significance 0,00 < 0,05, so, Ha3 was accepted. physical work area (X3) was tcount = 5,468 with significance 0,00 < 0,05, so, Ha4 was accepted. Simultaneously (R2) compensation, communication in organization, and physical work area  interest influenced work enthusiasm for up to 69,7%. Based on the study, it was concluded that there is positive influence and signification competition, communication in organization and physical work area influence of work enthusiasm of honorary teachers. The suggestion of the study are 1) school held planting tree for reducing of increasing temperature, 2) school design the office room are not next to the class room.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor  apa saja dan seberapa besar kontribusi faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap kesulitan belajar mata pelajaran Otomatisasi Perkantoran siswa kelas X program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 2 Semarang Tahun 2014/2015. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 2 Semarang Tahun 2014/2015 sebanyak 107 siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Alat pegumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan angket. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan metode analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 23 faktor mereduksi menjadi 17 faktor yang masing-masing mengelompok menjadi 5 (lima) faktor yaitu: 1) Lingkungan sekolah mempunyai kontribusi sebesar 36,647%. Faktor dukungan orang tua mempunyai kontribusi sebesar 9,486%. Faktor intelegensi dan kesehatan siswa mempunyai kontribusi sebesar 8,300%. Faktor kurikulum dan relasi Siswa mempunyai kontribusi sebesar 6,590%. Faktor lingkungan dan aktivitas masyarakat mempunyai kontribusi sebesar 6,119%. Total presentase komulatif adalah sebesar 67,142% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32,858% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar kelima faktor yang terbentuk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar mata pelajaran Otomatisasi Perkantoran siswa kelas X program keahlian administrasi perkantoran SMK Negeri 2 Semarang dapat dipengaruhi oleh 5 kelompok faktor. Saran yang diajukan yaitu dukungan sekolah, ketersediaan buku literature yang terbatas, tingkat intelegensi siwa, evaluasi terhadap kurikulum 2013, pelayanan bimbingan siswa dan kesadaran orang tua dalam mengawasi dan membimbing anaknya dalam belajar perlu di tingkatkan untuk mengurangi kesulitan belajar pada siswa tersebut.This research is referred to analyze the factors and its contributions that influence learning difficulties in understanding Office Affair Automation Cource for Office Affair Administrative Skill Program of 2014/2015 Tenth Grade Students of Semarang 2 Vocational High School.This research belong to population research which puts the students of 2014/2015 tenth grade of Semarang 2 Vocational High School (107 students) for office affair administrative skill program as the population. Therefore method of collecting data uses observation, documents and questionnaires and those are analyzed through analysing method of factors by using SPSS software.The result of this research describes that 23 factors reduces into 17 factors which develop five major factors: 1) school environment which contributed 36,467%, 2) parental support which contributed 9,486% 3) factor of student intelegence and student health which contributes 8,300%, 4) factor of curriculm which leads to the relations among students which contributed 6,590%. 5)  social environment based on the activities of society ang neigbourhood contributtes 6,119%. The commulative sum is 67,142% and the calculative left (32,858%) is explained in other factors out of which are mentioned above.The conclusion of this research that the factors influence learning difficulties in understanding Office Affair Automation Cource for office Affair Administrative Skill Program Tenth Grade Students of Semarang 2 Vocational High School shows influenced by five major factors. Suggested to increase school environment, the limited exinting literature which is needed, a low level student comprehension, the need of curriculum evaluation based on its application in formal education, the need of improving student guidance, and the awareness of parents in guiding and accompanying their children in learning to decrease learning difficulties of them.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui: penerapan Metode Drill (latihan) berbantuan “Smart Problem Accounting Module” dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar akuntansi dan hasil belajar akuntansi lebih tinggi dibandingkan menggunakan metode ceramah.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experiment dengan pola pretest-posttest group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS di MAN Suruh Kabupaten Semarang tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Sampel penelitian dipilih secara random yang kemudian diperoleh kelas XI IPS 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI IPS 1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan dokumentasi, tes, observasi. Pengujian H1 yaitu menggunakan uji paired sample t-test dan H2 menggunakan uji independent sample t-test.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan hasil belajar setelah perlakuan dengan Metode Drill (latihan) berbantuan “Smart Problem Accounting Module”  dilihat dari rata-rata nilai pre-test yaitu 56,64 dan post-test sebesar 84,18 pada kelas eksperimen. Selain itu juga menunjukkan adanya perbedaan hasil rata-rata nilai post-test kelas eksperimen sebesar 84,18 lebih tinggi dibandingkan post-test kelas kontrol sebesar 80,52.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Metode Drill (latihan) berbantuan “Smart Problem Accounting Module” dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa materi jurnal penyesuaian. Kelas eksperimen yang mendapat pembelajaran dengan metode Metode Drill (latihan) berbantuan “Smart Problem Accounting Module” memperoleh hasil belajar lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol yang menggunakan ceramah. Oleh karena itu, guru disarankan untuk menggunakan metode Metode Drill (latihan) berbantuan “Smart Problem Accounting Module” dalam pembelajaran untuk mempermudah siswa dalam memahami materi jurnal penyesuaian.The purpose of this study was to determine whether the application drill method (training) with Smart Problem Accounting Module could improve students’ accounting learning outcomes better than using the lecturing method. This was a quasi-experimental study with pretest-posttest group design. The population of this study was all students of class XI IPS MAN Suruh Semarang District in the academic year of 2014/2015. The sample was selected randomly and then class XI IPS 3 was chosen as the experimental class while class XI IPS 1 as the control class. The methods of collecting the data were documentation, testing, and observation. Testing H1 used paired samples t-test and H2 used independent sample t-test. The results showed that there was an improvement in the learning outcomes after the treatment using the drill method (training) with Smart Problem Accounting Module were given. It can be seen from the pre-test average score that was 56.64 and the post-test that was 84.18 in the experimental class. Moreover, the post-test average score in the experimental class which was 84.18 was higher than the post-test average score in the control class which was 80.52. Based on the results of this study, we can be concluded that the drill method (training) with Smart Problem Accounting Module can improve students’ learning outcomes on the subject matter of Journal of Adjustment. The experimental class which got the treatment using the drill method (training) with Smart Problem Accounting Module acquired better learning outcomes than the control class which used the lecturing method. Therefore, the teachers should use the drill method (training) with Smart Problem Accounting Module in learning to facilitate the students in understanding the subject matter of Journal of Adjustment.
