Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the family environment, school environment, peers environment, and self efficacy on interest in continuing education to college directly and indirectly. The population of the research are student of 12th IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Wirosari academic year 2017/2018 that amount 99 students. The methods of data collecOktober questionnaire. The methods of analysis was partial test and sobel test to determine the relationship between variable was done. The result of this study show that family environment, school environment, peers environment, and self efficacy has positive and significant to interest in continuing education to college. Self efficacy can mediate the effect of family environment and school environment to interest in continuing education to college, while the effect of peers environment on interest in continuing education to college can not be mediated through self efficacy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of perceptions about teachers profession, family environment, and self efficacy to interest being a teacher in student of education, both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study were student of Accounting Education Economic Faculty, Semarang State University force year 2014, amounting to 166 students. Technique of sampling uses population samples, so all of population becomes respondents of research. Methods of data collection using questionnaire. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that, simultaneously perceptions about teachers profession, family environment, and self efficacy affect to interest being a teacher by 52.1%, while the remaining 47.9% influenced by other variables out of models that not revealed in this study. Partially, perceptions about teachers profession are not proven to have an effect on the interest being a teacher by 0.34%. While the family environment and self efficacy have an effect on teacher's interest, respectively by 2.79%, and 38.07%

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examinate the effect of hedonist conformity and economic literacy on consumtive behavior through consumtive lifestyle. This research is a quantitative research. The research population is bidikmisi student force 2014 at Universitas Negeri Semarang. Sample of this research are 297 students and determined using proportional random sampling. Methods of data collection is using questionnaires, analyzed by descriptive analysis and path analysis. Based on descriptive analysis consumtive behavior, hedonist conformity, economic literacy, and consumtive lifestyle respectively are in the low, low, high, and moderate category. The results showed that (1) hedonist conformity had an effect on consumtive behavior; (2) economic literacy affects consumtive behavior; (3) consumtive lifestyle affects consumtive behavior; (4) hedonist conformity affects consumtive lifesyle; (5) economic literacy has no effect on consumtive lifestyle; (6) consumtive lifestyle mediate hedonist conformity to consumtive behavior; (7) consumtive lifestyle do not mediate economic literacy on consumtive behavior. The conclusion of this research is a role of consumtive lifestyle in mediating hedonist conformity, and has no role in mediating economic literacy on consumtive behavior. The suggestions from this research is that bidikmisi students is not easily affected by their environment.

Abstract

The purpose of that study was to determine the influence of teachers’ teaching method, learning disciplines, and peers on learning achievement. Population in this research are students of XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Bawang in the academic year 2016/2017. The sample of this research was 144 students using saturated sample technigue. The method is used to collect data is quetionnaire. Data analysis method used arethe percentage descriptive analysis and inferential statistics. The results showed that the teachers’ teaching method, learning disciplines, and peers simultaneously affect the learning achievement, Partially, the influence of teachers’ teaching method, learning disciplines, and peers have a positive effect on learning achievement. The results of adjusted R2 showed the presence of the relationship between Teachers' teaching method, learning disciplines, and peers against the learning achievementas much as 51 %.Suggestions related to the results of this study are: Economics teachers are expected to have an interesting teaching method so that students are not bored during learning process. In addition, students are also expected to improve their learning disciplines both at home and at school. They are also expected to have peers who motivate them to learn a lot consistenty for gaining better achievement.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether is there any influence of professional competence of teacher and learning interest toward students’ learning outcomes either directly or indirectly through learning motivation as intervening variable. The population in this research are 149 students of grade XI social science of SMA N 2 Ungaran. Sample used were 109 students, taken with proportional random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire and documentation. Methods of data analysis using desciptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The result showed that (1) there was a simultaneously influence of professional competence of teacher, learning interest, and learning motivation toward students’ learning outcomes of 64,1%., meanwhile the partial influence was 11,56% for professional competence of teacher, 5,76% for learning interest, and learning motivation was 22,18%., (2) there was an influence of professional competence of teacher toward students’ learning outcomes through learning motivation of 10,83%, and influence of learning interest toward students’ learning outcomes through learning motivation was 19,44%. According to the research, it can be concluded that professional competence of teacher and learning interest influences students’ learning outcomes both directly and indirectly through learning motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the dimensions of students’financial literacy construct consisting of financial knowledge, financial attitude, financial behavior. This research is quantitative research with students are population of Faculty of Economics 965 and sample of 283 students is taken with propotionate random sampling technique. The method of taking data are question and questionnaire. Analysis used is descriptive analysis and structural equational modeling (SEM).The result showed that (1) the construction of financial literacy can be explained by the dimension of financial knowledge, dimension of financial attitude, and dimension of financial behavior, (2) there was no influence of financial knowledge to student’s financial behavior, (3) there was a significance influence of financial attitude toward students’s fianacial behavior, (4) there was a correlation between financial knowledge and financial attitude of student of Faculty of Economy

Abstract

This study aimed to figure out the influence of personal attributes (personality). Adversity quotient and self efficacy towards the students’ entrepreneurial interest of economics faculty of semarang state university. This study was undertaken on 277 students of economics faculty of semarang state university as the samples using propotional random sampling. In addition, the data collection technique used was a questionnaire, then the data were analyzed by path analysis. The results of the study showed that there were 21.7% of the effectof personality towards the entrepreneurial interest, 18% of the effect of adversity quotient toward the student’s entrepreneurial interest, 57% of the effect of self efficacy towards the student’s entrepreneurial interest, 49% of the effect of personality towards the self efficacy, 20.2% of the effect of adversity quotient towards the self efficacy, 27.9% of the effect of personality through self efficacy towards the students’ entrepreneurial interest, and 11.5% of the effect of the effect of adversity quotient through the self efficacy towards the entrepreneurial interest.It can be concluded that there are significant effects of personal attributes (personality) and adversity quotient towards the entrepreneurial interest either directly or indirectly. The researcher suggests that the university students should improve their entrepreneurial spirit by attending training and seminar about entrepreneurship, and the next researcher to examine different objects as well as adding an external variable in accordance with the research.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of self efficacy, social environment, access to capital, and ownership of social networks on student entrepreneurship attitude of Accounting Education Program year 2013 UNNES either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were students of Accounting Education class of 2013 amounting to 190 students and 129 students sample after treatment with the standard formula Slovin error of 5% then using Random Propotional Sampling as the sampling technique. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that self-efficacy, social environment, access to capital, and the ownership of social network influence simultaneously to accounting education student entrepreneurship attitude (70%). Partially self efficacy affected student entrepreneurship attitude (44,09%), social environment does not affected students entrepreneurship attitude (0,19%), access to capital does not affected student entrepreneurship attitude (0,05%), and ownership of social networks affected student entrepreneurship attitude (13,76%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the role of self-efficacy in mediate the influence of socio-economic condition of parents and school environment on the learning outcomes. The population of this study was all of XI IPS students in SMA Negeri 1 Godong in the academic year of 2016/2017 by 110 students. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Methods of data analysis were descriptive analysis, path analysis, and sobel test. The results showed that there is positive and significant influence of socio-economic condition of the parents on the economic learning outcomes of the students. There is positive and significant impact of School Environment on the economic learning outcomes. There is positive and significant influence of Self Efficacy on the economic learning outcomes of the students. There is positive and significant influence of the socio-economic condition of the parents on the self-efficacy. There is positive and significant influence of school environment on self-efficacy of the students. There is indirect effect of the socio-economic condition of the parents on the economic learning outcomes through self-efficacy as an intervening variable. There is indirect effect of the school environment on economic learning outcomes through self-efficacy as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeksripsikan dan menganalisis implemtentasi program Junior Achievement Be Entrepreneurial pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan di SMA Negeri 3 Semarang. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif, metode deskriptif, dan desain penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan program sebelum pembelajaran yaitu sosialisasi program, pelatihan trainer dan guru, serta perencanaan. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran selama 8 sesi pertemuan terdiri dari pengenalan program, pre test, materi, post test, dan kuesioner. Kriteria kelulusan siswa mengikuti program dari pre test dan post test, kehadiran, buku kerja siswa, proposal rencana bisnis, dan kuesioner dengan status kelulusan succes dan succes complete serta mendapat sertifikat. Setelah pelaksanaan pembelajaran ada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler atau kegiatan luar kelas yang disebut weekly meeting untuk persiapan student company competition. Hasil kelulusannya yaitu 95,93% dan prestasi yang didapat dari tingkat regional, nasional, dan asia-pasifik. Materi yang diajarkan meliputi motivasi kewirausahaan, ide bisnis, siapa pelangganku, apa keunggulanku, etika bisnis, dan rencana bisnis. Strategi pembelajaran menggunakan diskusi kelompok kecil. Pihak yang terlibat langsung yaitu siswa, guru dan trainer, sedangkan pihak lain yang terlibat yaitu yayasan Prestasi Junior Indonesia, sekolah, Dinas Pendidikan, dan Citi Bank. Simpulan program Junior Achievement Be Entrepreneurial yaitu baik, layak, dan dapat disebarluaskan. This study aimed to describe and analyze the implementation of Junior Achievement Be Entrepreneurial program on entrepreneurship subjects in SMA Negeri 3 Semarang. The approach used is qualitative, descriptive methods, and case study research design. The collection of data through observation, interviews and document study. The results showed that the activities of the program before learning that socialization programs, training of trainers and teachers, and planning. Implementation of learning for 8 sessions consist of an introduction to the program, the pre-test, materials, post-test, and questionnaire. Criteria for graduation students follow a program of pre-test and post-test, attendance, student workbook, business plan proposal, and questionnaires with graduation status and succes succes complete and certified. After the implementation of learning there are extra-curricular activities or activities outside class called weekly meetings for the preparation of student company competition. Results graduation are 95.93% and achievements gained from regional, national, and Asia-Pacific. The material taught include the motivation of entrepreneurship, business ideas, who my customers, what is my superiority, business ethics, and business plans. Learning strategy use of small group discussions. Parties directly involved, namely students, teachers and trainers, while the other parties involved, namely the Junior Achievement Indonesia, the school, the Department of Education and Citi Bank. Conclusion Junior Achievement Be Entrepreneurial program that is good, decent, and can be disseminated.
