Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi pedagogik guru dan fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi melalui motivasi belajar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 15 Semarang tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 110 dengan sampel sebanyak 87 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggnakan angket (kuesioner). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis lajur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi pedagogik guru, fasilitas belajar, dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Motivasi belajar dapat memediasi perpepsi siswa mengenai konpetensi peagogik guru dan fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Secara simultan persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi pedagogik guru dan fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi sebesar 72%, secara parsial kompetensi pedagogik terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi berpengaruh sebesar 22%, fasilitas belajar berpengaruh 31% terhadap prestasi belajar, dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh sebesar 37% terhadap prestasi belajar Therefore this study aimed to determine the partial and simultaneous effects between entrepreneurship education, business center and creativity on the students' entrepreneurial spirit.The population was the eleventh grade students of the marketing class of SMK Negeri 1 Slawi which amounted 134 students with a total sample of 58 students calculated by Slovin formula. Data collection methods were using questionnaires. Data analysis methods used percentage descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that entrepreneurship education partially affected the students' entrepreneurial spirit by 8.24%, business center partially affected the students' entrepreneurial spirit by 31.58%, creativity partially affected the students' entrepreneurial spirit by 10.3% and entrepreneurship education, business center and creativity affected imultaneously the students' entrepreneurial spirit by 65.8%.The conclusions from this study are that there is an influence between entrepreneurship education, business center and creativity influencing the students' entrepreneurial spirit both partially and simultaneously. Suggestions are that the school should provide school programs that can encourage students' creativity such as holding an annual event involving all students, then educators, especially in marketing department and entrepreneurship subject teachers, are advised to improveand maintain the quality of their teaching, and for further researchers who are interested in the same research theme, they are expected to expand the object of research and add other independent variables outside the independent variables contained in this study

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan status sosial ekonomi orang tua, efikasi diri, dan bimbingan karier terhadap minat melanjutkan perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 1 Kejobong tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 secara simultan maupun parsial.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Kejobong yang berjumlah 87 siswa, dan peneliti menggunakan sampel jenuh.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yaitu studi pengujian hipotesis. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial (analisis regresi linier berganda).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa status sosial ekonomi orang tua, efikasi diri dan bimbingan karier berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap minat melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi sebesar 36,8%, status sosial ekonomi orang tua berpengaruh terhadap minat melanjutkan perguruan tinggi sebesar 13,032%, efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap minat melanjutkan perguruan tinggi sebesar 8,88%, dan bimbingan karierberpengaruh terhadap minat melanjutkan perguruan tinggi sebesar 29,702% The purpose of this research is to determine the positive and significantly of Socio Economic Status Parent, Self Efficacy, and career Guidance Toward Interest in Continuing to the Collage Field of the Twelfth Graders at State Senior High School of Kejobong Academic Year 2017/2018 simultaneously or partially.Thepopulation of this research is the students of class XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Kejobong academic year 2017/2018 which amounted to 87 students, then the researcher used a sample saturted to conduct this study. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics (mulitiple linier regression). The result show that socio economic status parent, self efficacy, and career guidance partial positively and significantly influence toward interest in continuing to the collage (36,8%), socio economic status parentinfluence towards interest in continuing to the collage (13,032%), self efficacyinfluence toward interest in continuing to the collage (8,88%), and career guidance influence toward interest in continuing to the collage (29,702%)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman PPL, dorongan orang tua, kesejahteraan guru, dan internal locus of control terhadap minat profesi guru akuntansi/ekonomi mahasiswa prodi pendidikan akuntansi angkatan 2014 Universitas Negeri Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa prodi pendidikan akuntansi Universitas Negeri Semarang angkatan 2014 yang berjumlah 165 mahasiswa. Instumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner tertutup yang disebarkan kepada seluruh populasi karena menggunakan sampel jenuh. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman PPL, dorongan orangtua, kesejahteraan guru, dan internal locus of control secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat profesi guru akuntansi/ekonomi pada mahasiswa prodi pendidikan akuntansi angkatan 2014 Universitas Negeri Semarang (65%). Secara parsial pengalaman PPL berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat profesi guru akuntansi/ekonomi (7,18%), dorongan orangtua berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat profesi guru akuntansi/ekonomi (8,29%), kesejahteraan guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat profesi guru akuntansi/ekonomi (9,18%), internal locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat profesi guru akuntansi/ekonomi (4,37%). This research aims to know the influence of PPL experience, parent’s urging, welfare of the teachers, and internal locus of control toward teacher of accountancy/economy profession interest of students in accounting education program generation of 2014 Semarang State University.Bahasa Inggris. The population in this research is all of the students in accounting education program generation of 2014 Semarang State University amounted to 165 students. The instrument of data collection in this research use close questionnaire that spreaded to all the population because use saturation sampling. Then, data analyzed using descriptive statistic analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis method.The results showed that PPL experience, parent’s urging, welfare of the teachers, and internal locus of control simultaneously have positive and significant influence toward teacher of accountancy/economy profession interest of students in accounting education program generation of 2014 Semarang State University (65%). Partially PPL experience have positive and significant influence toward teacher of accountancy/economy profession interest (7,18%), parent’s urging have positive and significant influence toward teacher of accountancy/economy profession interest (8,29%), welfare of the teachers have positive and significant influence toward teacher of accountancy/economy profession interest (9,18%), internal locus of control have positive and significant influence toward teacher of accountancy/economy profession interest (4,37%).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dimensi fraud diamond dan self-efficacy terhadap kecurangan akademik dengan kecerdasan spiritual sebagai variabel moderating. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 148 peserta didik Kelas XI IPS Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Purbalingga. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 108 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tekanan dan kemampuan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kecurangan akademik peserta didik sementara kesempatan, rasionalisasi, dan self-efficacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap kecurangan akademik peserta didik. Sedangkan kecerdasan spiritual mampu memoderasi pengaruh antara variabel tekanan, kesempatan, kemampuan dan self-efficacy terhadap kecurangan akademik peserta didik. Sementara, kecerdasan spiritual tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh rasionalisasi terhadap kecurangan akademik peserta didik. Saran yang diberikan berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian ini yaitu menciptakan kondisi yang tidak membuat peserta didik tertekan seperti tidak memberikan tugas yang terlalu banyak dan membiasakan peserta didik untuk disiplin, meningkatkan pengawasan dan pemeriksaan serta menerapkan aturan yang lebih ketat terkait pengerjaan tugas maupun dalam ujian. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence the dimensions of fraud diamond and self-efficacy against academic cheating with spiritual intelligence as a moderating variable. The population of this study was 148 students of eleventh grade’s students in social classes at State Madrasah Aliyah in Purbalingga. Methods of data collection using questionnaire method by using proportionate random sampling technique with thw total sample of 108 students. The results of this study indicate that pressure and capability have a positive and significant effect on academic fraud while opportunity, rationalization, and self-efficacy has no effect on academic fraud. While spiritual intelligence is able to moderate the influence of the variables of pressure, opportunity, capability, and self-efficacy against academic cheating. Meanwhile, spiritual intelligence is unable to moderate the influence of rationalization on academic fraud. Suggestions given related to the results of this research is to create conditions that do not make learners distressed as not to give too much task and familiarize students for discipline, improve supervision and examination and apply more stringent rules related to the execution of duties and in the exam

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya satuan pendidikan setiap peserta didk per program keahlian di SMK YPPM Boja tahun ajaran 2017/2018 dengan menggunakan metode Activity Based Costing. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah,wakil kepala sekolah, kepala bagian tata usaha, bendahara sekolah SMK YPPM Boja tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode perhitungan Activity Based Costing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan biaya satuan pendidikan setiap peserta didik pada tahun ajaran 2017/2018 (1) Program Keahlian Akuntansi adalah Rp4.143.000,58 per tahun atau Rp345.250,05 per bulan; (2) Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran adalah Rp3.804.514,41 per tahun atau Rp317.042,87 per bulan; (3) Program Keahlian Busana Butik adalah Rp3.701.565,09 per tahun atau Rp308.463,76 per bulan; (4) Program Keahlian Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak adalah Rp5.577.389,01 per tahun atau Rp 464.782,42 per bulan. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini kepada pihak SMK YPPM Boja. Sekolah dapat mempertimbangkan penggunaan metode Activity Based Costing dalam perhitungan biaya satuan pendidikan sebagai pedoman penyusunan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Sekolah (APBS) maupun digunakan sebagai evaluasi, sehingga sekolah dapat mengalokasikan dana dengan tepat. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of education unit cost per learner per skill program at SMK YPPM Boja academic year 2017/2018 using Activity Based Costing method. This research is a descriptive research. The subjects of this research are headmaster, deputy headmaster, head of administration section, treasurer of vactional high school YPPM Boja school. The object of this study is the cost of education unit in each skill program at vactional high school YPPM Boja academic yaer 2017/2018. Methods of data collection is done by using documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using Activity Based Costing method. The result show the education unit cost of each learner in the academic year 2017/2018 (1) Accounting Expertise Program is Rp4.143.000,53 per year or Rp345.250,05 per month; (2) Office Adminitration Expertise Program is Rp3.804.514,41 per year or Rp317.042,87 per month; (3) The Program of Boutique Clothing Expertise is Rp3.701.565,09 per year or Rp308.463,76 per month; (4) Software Engineering Expertise Program is Rp5.577.389,01 per year or Rp464.782,42 per month. Suggestion given in this research to the vocational high school YPPM Boja. School may consider the use of Activity Based Costing method in the calculation of Unit Cost of Education as a guideline for the preparation of school revenue and expenditure budget or used an evaluation, so that school can allocate funds appropriately.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh antara penggunaan teknologi informasi, disiplin belajar, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi akademik ditinjau dari lingkungan teman sebaya sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi angkatan 2015 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang yang berjumlah 154 mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data penelitian menggunakan teknik dokumenter dan teknik angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penggunaan teknologi informasi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi akademik karena memiliki koefisien regresi negatif sebesar -0,025 (2) disiplin belajar tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi akademik (3) motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi akademik, (4) lingkungan teman sebaya memoderasi secara signifikan pengaruh penggunaan teknologi informasi terhadap prestasi akademik, (5) lingkungan teman sebaya tidak memoderasi secara signifikan pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi akademik, (6) lingkungan teman sebaya memoderasi secara signifikan pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi akademik. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa diharapkan memiliki motivasi berprestasi yang tinggi dan lebih selektif dalam memilih lingkungan teman sebaya dikarenakan keberadaan lingkungan teman sebaya dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap prestasi akademik yang diraih. This research aimed to test is there any influence betweeninformation technology usage, learning discipline, and Achievement Motivation on Academic Achievement Viewed from Peer Environment as Moderation Variable. The Population in this study is all students of Accounting Education 2015 Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang, as much as 154 students.Kind of this research is quantitative. Data collection technique use documentary and questionnaire.Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The result shows that (1) the use of information technology has no positive effect on students’ academic achievement because it has a negative regression coefficient of -0.015, (2) learning discipline has no positive effect on students’ achievement,(3) achievement motivation has positive effect on students’ achievement, (4) peer environment significantly moderates the effect of using information technology on students’ academic achievement, (5) peer environment does not significantly moderate the effect of learning discipline on students’ academic achievement, and (6) peer environment significantly moderates the effect of achievement motivation on students’ academic achievement. Suggestion from this research is student expected to have high achievement motivation and more selective in choosing peer environment because of existence of peer environment can influence to achievement of academic achievement.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi akuntansi, lingkungan sosial, BKK, dan efikasi diri terhadap minat melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi siswa SMK secara parsial. Selanjutnya mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi akuntansi, lingkungan sosial, BKK melalui efikasi diri sebagai variabel mediasi terhadap minat melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh seluruh siswa kelas XII Kompetensi Keahliah Akuntansi SMK Negeri se-Kabupaten Tegal Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 sejumlah 348 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelian berjumlah 186 siswa menggunakan perhitungan Slovin yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi akuntansi, lingkungan sosial, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi, sedangkan BKK berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap minat melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji sobel, efikasi diri dapat memediasi pengaruh kompetensi akuntansi, lingkungan sosial, dan BKK terhadap minat melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi The purpose of this research is to find the influence of accounting competence, social environment, BKK, and self-efficacy to the interest in continuing to colleges of SMK students partially. Then, whether or not there is an influence on the accounting competence, social environment, and BKK through self-efficacy as a variable of mediation to the interest in continuing to college. The population of this study is all twelve grade competence of accounting students of SMK Negeri in Tegal regency in the academic year of 2017/2018 in the number of 348 students. The sample used is 186 students which are taken by using Slovin formula that is proportional random sampling technique. The method for collecting the data is questionnaires. In addition, the data analysis methods used in this research are descriptive analysis and regression analysis. The result of this study shows that the accounting competence, social environment, and self-efficacy have positive and significant effect on the interest in continuing to colleges, while BKK has negative and significant effect on the interest in continuing to colleges. Based on the result of the sobel test, self-efficacy can mediate the effect of accounting competence, social environment, and BKK to interest in continuing education to higher education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas buku teks, metode pembelajaran, kompetensi profesional, dan ketersediaan sarana prasarana pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa.Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah guru akuntansi di SMK Bisnis dan Manajemen se-Kabupaten Kebumen dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 88 guru. Variabel terikat pada penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa, dengan variabel bebas meliputi kualitas buku teks, metode pembelajaran, kompetensi profesional, dan ketersediaan sarana prasarana pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau koesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara bersama-sama kualitas buku teks, metode pembelajaran, kompetensi profesional, dan ketersediaan sarana prasarana pembelajaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 72,5%. Kualitas buku teks berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 17,39%, kompetensi profesional berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 6,66%, dan ketersediaan sarana prasarana pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 6,35%. Sedangkan metode pembelajaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa.Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu guru hendaknya dapat memilih buku teks yang memuat materi sesuai teori dan perkembangan terbaru dan memuat contoh kasus aktual. Memastikan uraian, contoh, dan latihan yang ada dalam buku teks mampu mendorong siswa untuk mencari tahu lebih lanjut tentang materi yang disajikan. Selain itu, dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi guru hendaknya menguasai dan dapat memanfaatkan teknonogi informasi dan komunikasi untuk menunjang pembelajaran yang ia laksanakan. This study aims to determine the effect of textbook quality, learning methods, professional competence, and the availability of learning infrastructure facilities on student learning outcome.The population in this study is the accounting teacher in SMK Business and Management as Kebumen District as much as 88 teachers. The dependent variable in this study is the learning performance, with independent variables including textbook quality, learning methods, professional competence, and the availability of learning infrastructure facilities. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that textbook quality, learning method, professional competence, and availability of learning infrastructure have significant effect on the students learning result of 72.5%. The quality of textbooks influences the students learning outcomes by 17.39%, professional competence affects the students learning outcomes of 6.66%, and the availability of learning infrastructure influences on student learning outcomes of 6.35%. While the learning method has no significant effect on student learning outcomes. Suggestions that can be given are teachers should be able to choose a textbook that remains, which contains the material according to the latest theories and developments and contain the actual case examples. Ensuring that the descriptions, examples, and exercises in the textbook encourage students to find out more about the material presented. In addition, with the rapid development of technology teachers should master and can utilize information and communication technology to support the learning that he carried out.

Abstract

Financial behavior merupakan kemampuan yang perlu dimiliki oleh mahasiswa agar terhindar dari masalah keuangan yang kompleks. Financial behavior yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku konsumsi dan perilaku menabung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah financial behavior dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yaitu jenis kelamin, usia, indeks prestasi kumulatif, pendapatan orang tua, dan personal financial awareness. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang Angkatan 2015. Teknik sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial behavior pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang Angkatan 2015 tergolong baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa variabel jenis kelamin, usia, indeks prestasi kumulatif, pendapatan orang tua, dan personal financial awareness berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap financial behavior sebesar 3,9%. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan financial behavior di antara mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi dan mahasiswa program studi Manajemen. Saran bagi mahasiswa adalah mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi sebaiknya dapat menerapkan perilaku keuangan yang baik agar terhindar dari masalah keuangan Financial behavior is the one of competence needed by students to avoid complexity financial problems. Financial behavior on this research are consumption behavior and saving behavior. The purpose of this research is to know that financial behavior influenced by the factors are gender, age, GPA, income of parents, and personal financial awareness. This research is a quantitative research. The population of this research was the Economic Faculty Students 2015 of Semarang State University. The sampling technique was proportionate cluster random sampling. The results of this research showed that the level of financial behavior of Unnes Economics Faculty Students in a good category. Based on the results of this research note that the variables of gender, age, GPA, income of parents, and personal financial awareness simultaneously affect the financial behavior of 3.9%. Beside that, the results of this research showed that there are differences in financial behavior among students of Economic Education and students of Management. The suggestion for students is students should apply financial behavior to avoid from financial problems.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat kejurun, praktik kerja industri, dan efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini, yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XII SMK N 2 Wonosobo yang berjumlah 443 dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 82 siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan minat kejuruan, praktik kerja industri, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 64,2%. Secara parsial minat kejuruan berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 14,06%. Praktik kerja industri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 10,69%, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 11,49%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa minat kejuruan, praktik kerja industri, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Saran yang diberikan siswa sebaiknya lebih mempersiapkan dirinya untuk memasuki dunia kerja karena semakin tinggi persaingan dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Pihak sekolah supaya memperbaiki kualitas praktik kerja industri agar dapat meningkatkan kesiapan kerja siswa. Pihak guru agar memberikan konseling dan motivasi kepada siswa supaya siswa menjadi semakin yakin dan percaya diri akan kemampuan yang dimiliki sehingga lebih siap ketika dalam memasuki dunia kerja. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of vocational interest, industrial work practices, and self-efficacy to the students’ readiness to work either simultaneously or partially. The Population in this research was 443 students of grade XII SMK N 2 Wonosobo and 82 students chosen as the samples. This research is a quantitative research. Data questionnaires was used for collecting the data, while the data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously vocational interest, industrial work practices, and self-efficacy affect students’ work readiness amounted to 64.2%. Partially, vocational interest affected work readiness amounted to 14.06%, industrial work practices affected work readiness amounted to 10.69%, and self-efficacy affected work readiness amounted to 11.49%. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that vocational interest, industrial work practice, and self-efficacy have an effect on work readiness either simultaneously or partially. Suggestions addressed to the students is they should prepare themselves to embrace higher competition atmospheres in workplaces. Then the school should improve the quality of industrial work practices in order to improve student’s work readiness. The Teachers also need to provide counseling and motivation for students so that the students become more confident and they will be more ready in facing the world of work.
