Abstract

Selection of an appropriate location for the settlement of significant importance in the spatial aspect, because mentukan durability of the building, economic value, and the impact of settlements on the surrounding environment (Sutikno, 1982). issues to be examined is whether the wetland is converted to residential land in the District of Pati regency Juwana according to land suitability settlement. Of these problems, this study aims to determine the suitability of residential land on the former wetland in District JuwanaPati regency. The area that became the object of research is the District JuwanaPati regency, which includes 27 villages that will be used as a study area, a source of research data kemiringinan slope and depth of the groundwater, such as data collection methods: observation and documentation, data analysis technique by describing. Based on the data obtained to determine the suitability class residential land in District Juwana. The results obtained, discussions were held on the following results in the District Land Condition Juwana only has one class of slope, and two classes depth of the groundwater. For land suitability classes based on research data can be seen that the District Juwana has one class of residential land suitability ie S1 (very appropriate).

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the rate of agricultural land use (fields) to non-agriculture (paddy), the factors that influence the transfer of land use and the effects of changes in livelihoods and assets of farm households. The technique of collecting data through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study was the rate of transfer order, regression and descriptive percentage. The analysis showed that the rate of transfer to Bawen highest in the district occurred in 2007, which amounted to 24.65% and decreased again by 10.99% in 2010. The rate of transfer to the village Samban that is equal to 7.90%, while use change rate in Sub Harjosari ie 9.83%. This is due to a large industrial development in the region. Factors that affect the transfer of land use is agricultural land, land prices, the influence of neighbors, and the influence of the private sector / investors. Change the livelihoods of farmers before mostly in the agricultural sector, but after the transfer to the livelihoods of farmers in the non-agricultural sector, changes in livelihood assets also increased by an additional assets such as vehicles, electronic goods and other owned by utilizing quotient of profit they receive.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) Knowing the change of land area which is used by settlements in the Pesantren Urban Community 2010-2015, 2) Knowing the growth of settlement patterns and the highway corridor Semarang-Boja in the Pesantren Urban Community, 3) Knowing the factors that influencing typology of the development of settlement group on highway corridor-Boja Semarang. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research are: 1) The development of residential land in the Pesantren urban community rise about331,45% / 5 years, 2) The spread pattern of settlements in the Pesantren Urban Community using nearest neighbor analysis calculation, in order to obtain the results of T2010 = 0.21 and T2015 = 0.091 concluded that it is included on the classification of linear settlement pattern, 3) The factors of settlement development has got from a natural physical factors including the location of Pesantren Urban Community located in the northern village, Mijen and socio-cultural factorsregarding the location of residence. Pesantren Urban Community is very strategic because it is located on the highway-Boja Semarang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the pattern of the spatial distribution of Puskesmas in the district of Pati. (2) power serviceability Puskesmas in the district of Pati. (3) the effectiveness of the Puskesmas locations in Pati regency.The results of this study show the spatial distribution pattern of the Puskesmas in the Pati regency have a uniform pattern with a value of T = 1.26. Power serviceability berfariasi health centers in Pati regency. Power serviceability PHC facilities that include a lower value <1 which is in District Sukolilo, Kayen, Jaken, Bars, Juwana, Pati, Margorejo, Trangkil, and Dukuhseti. Power serviceability PHC facilities that include high-power value serviceability> 1 which is in District Winong, Pucakwangi and Gabus. While power serviceability facilities including health centers moderately intellectually power value = 1 which is in District Tambakromo, Jakenan, Gembong, Wedarijaksa, Margoyoso, Cluwak and Tayu. The level of public satisfaction with the services at the health facilities obtained level of community satisfaction index of 91.74, which means people feel very satisfied with the services available health facilities.

Abstract

Change use of agricultural land into mining sand land show has been a change of land use activity. The purpose of this study, 1) Knowing the change use of agricultural land into mining sand land, 2) Knowing the factor driving change use of agricultural land into mining sand land, 3) Knowing the ratio of the value profit of agricultural land use and mining sand land, 4) Knowing activity farmer after the change use of agricultural land into sand mining land. Data analysis use descriptive percentage analysis and interpretation Quickbird Citra. The result show change in land use as a result of a rental system of agricultural land owned farmer by Paguyuban Anugerah for use as a commercial sand mining, average cost rental 21.000 rupiah to meter square. The driving factor that farmer lease their land, costs, land does not have irrigation canals, and land surface conditions. Value profit land use mining sand is more profitable, there is only one drawback to the use of mining sand land are damaged land surface conditions so require post mining reclamation. Farmer do not do mining sand activity after the change use of agricultural land.

Abstract

This study is based on the development of the mini region of the District Gunungpati uneven in its establishment. The total population of 75.910 inhabitants as consumers are scattered in 16 villages by the number of minimarkets many as 17 units, then on average each serve about 4,743 inhabitants minimarket.This study aimed: Knowing the level of suitability minimarket in Gunungpati sub-district. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data analysis technique in this research is the analysis of data comparations. The object of this research is minimarkets in Gunungpati sub-district and traditional markets in Gunungpati. Data used include primary data questionnaires and surveys using GPS, while secondary data is the Gunungpati sub-district In Figures 2014, the data population, data on the number minimarket and data description of the area.The number of samples that are in two regions Gunungpati village and Sadeng village, with 40 respondents, ie 40 minimarket visitors taken from the questionnaire to Gunungpati sub-district’s resident.The results showed concordance rate in Gunungpati village categorized low with a score of 13, while for the Sadeng village also categorized low with a score of 14. Coverage area minimarket locations in the sub-district Gunungpati largely overlapping or overlapping with a minimum distance of 500 meters between a minimarket to the other minimarket. Establishment location minimarket adjusted with applicable government regulations that competition in the world economy is getting healthier and range of services do not overlap.

Abstract

The research aims to find out threats, vulnerability,and capacity of landslide disaster, also analyse the risk level of landslide at Wanadri Village. The research method is disaster risk assesment method. Disaster risk assesment is an approach to show potential negative impact that appears because of potential disasters that struck. The level of landslide at Wanadri Village is based on medium threats were covering 76,81 hectares with population is 175 inhabitans threatened and high threats were covering 557,1 Hectares with population is 4.568 inhabitans threatened. The vulnerability level of landslide at Wanadri Village which is approximately from low is 3,7 Hectares and comprehensive level of medium vulnerability is 624,81 Hectares to medium. The capacity level of disaster at Wanadri Village belongs to low level because the indicator of Tangguh Village has low score or belongs to the classification of Disaster Resilient Village Primary. Comprehensive level of risk of landslide disaster at Wanadri are high risk level is 574,96 Hectares, medium risk level is 76,84 Hectares, and low risk level is 3,7Hectares.

Abstract

The dynamic development of Semarang was based on the development activity which brought the physical and social changes. The purposes of this research were to analyze the dynamics and variation of cities system development and the city character to choose or to determine the new alternative growth pole in Semarang, so that the area development distributed evenly. This research used descriptive analysis method with secondary data analysis. The areas of the research were 16 subdistricts in Semarang. The variables used were demografics and public facility. The former was used to analyze the hierarchy system and cities; while the latest was used to analyze the city character (city classes), to analyze the Spearman correlation and the making of area typology. In addition, the the program of Arc View was used to spatial analysis or mapping. The conclusion of this research was there was the primacy decreasing in Semarang followed by the increasing of the suburban area role which became the new growth pole. In addition, the researcher recommands the government to take political will policy in order to take some actions based on the research results by determining political document.

Abstract

Pati Regency is one of the largest rice-producing areas nationwide. However, data on the productivity of rice plants have been inadequate. So it appears the problem, 1) how the productivity of rice and how to estimate productivity of rice in support of food self-sufficiency program in Pati District? Population rice area Pati regency with Sample 85 points based on the interpretation of NDVI. The sampling method is simple random sampling. The first variable is productivity of paddy and the second variable is rice productivity estimates. The research instrument used questionnaire. Data analysis using the digital image interpretation technique and quantitative descriptive. Comparing the results mean produtivitas rice by BPS with the results of the study (2014) 5.43 with 5.5 tons / ha, the difference of 0.07 tons / ha. Among the data DISPERTANAK with the results of the study (2015) 109480 with 106,188.62 ha / year. There is a difference of 3.00%. So that remote sensing methods utilizing NDVI value in rice plants can be used to estimate the harvest area.

Abstract

The located of this research in Semarang District of Central Java. It have three purpose, there are (a) to now a level of food self-sufficiency, (b) to make strategy for food self-sufficient that is count of optimum population. The method of research is quantitative describe with focused relation of variabels. The population is all of the land-farm and the sample is the land-rice. To analysis of the research used an analysis of point of field-rice carrying capacity, region self-sufficiency level and optimum population amount.Based on result of this research that is started from March – April 2016. The result of selfsufficienct level in Semarang district is 0,2. Its means population of citizen very big from optimum population amount. This condition will cause category Semarang District in level 1st (not yet self-sufficient). It is caused by pressure of population is very big, the farmer is very few just 10% or 97.531 people and a part of land-rice was conversion to industry central, dwelling, road and etc.
