Abstract

Currently, more problems are found in adolescent lives. One of its problem is the increasing rate of premarital sex behavior among teenagers. Previous studies showed that personality played an important role for teenagers’ pre-marital sex behavior. Another thing related to pre-marital sex behavior is whether individuals choose to date or not to date before marriage.  Several studies that link dating behavior to pre-marital sex behavior resulted in positive and significant relationship between dating behavior and pre-marital sex. This current research aim to found out whether there’s a difference between the personality of teenagers who date and who don’t date with their pre-marital sex behavior. The population of this research is grade XI students in West Jakarta and the sample was 3582 respondents using random sampling. The scale used to measure pre-marital sex behavior is a modification of Vener and Stewart’s heterosexual activity items by Miladiyani (2008) which consists of 12 pre-marital sexual behavior starting from eye-to-eye contact up to sexual intercourse.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh attachment dengan orangtua terhadap psychological well being pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 200 subjek. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik non probability sampling. Alat ukur pada penelitian ini adalah skala attachment yang disusun berdasarkan dimensi IPPA (Inventory Peer Parent Attachment) yang disusun oleh Armsdem dan Greenberg (1987)dan skala Psychological well being dengan menggunakan RPWB (Ryff’s Psychological Well-being) yang disusun oleh Ryff (1989), dimana masing-masing skala memiliki reliabilitas sebesar 0.941 untuk skala attachment, 0.911 untuk skala psychological well being. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh antara attachment dengan orangtua terhadap psychological well being p(0,000)<α(0,05),(2) Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 40.7%, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh positif antara tingkat attachment dengan orangtua terhadap psychological well being pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Pengaruh tingkat attachment (X) terhadap psychological well being (Y) mendapat determinasi sebanyak 40.7%, sedangkan sisanya 59.3% merupakan variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to describe how the teacher's attitude towards bullying in Depok City. This research uses quantitative descriptive. The subjects in this study were teachers who teach in the city of Depok. With the sampling technique during the trial try snowball sampling and in research with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 180 respondents. The measurement in this study uses the Teacher Attitude scale towards Bullying (Alfonso et.al, 2019) with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.905. The data analysis technique uses comparative test and regression test. The results of this study indicate how teachers' attitudes towards bullying tend to be neutral but also found to be positive. The most agreed form of bullying by teachers is the form of threatening and relational. The attitude aspect which has the most dominant contribution to predict the teacher's attitude towards bullying is the affective aspect.

Abstract

The use of social media is becoming an increasingly widespread trend among millennials. Normal use can provide many benefits for users, but in excessive use up to the stage of addiction can have a negative impact on many aspects of the user's life. This study aims to explore the impact of social media addiction on self-acceptance and attachment style in adult sosial relationship which was conducted in two studies of 488 subjects. Primary data was collected through three research questionnaires. Based on the results of data analysis conducted in the first study, it is known that social media addiction is negatively correlated with self-acceptance (r = 0.326, p = 0,000) and contributes a negative impact of 10.6% to self-acceptance (r2 = 0.106). The results of data analysis in the second study show that social media addiction has an impact on subject’s attachment style to his attachment figure (r = 0.247, p = 0.000). Further analysis with analysis of varians, showed that the fearful attachment style had a significantly higher tendency to social media addiction than the secure, preoccupied and dismissing attachment style (p = 0,000-0,017).

Abstract

Adolescence who have good emotional intelligence will be able to master their minds to focus on things that will only encourage productivity to develop themselves; they will be able to motivate themselves in overcoming the pressure so that they can get through the difficulties and rise again trying to reach back to the ultimate goal and also able to establish good relationships with various parties. The research is focused on the correlation between attachment style with emotional intelligence of adolescence at seventh and eighth grade at SMP Negeri 166 Jakarta. The subjects were 205 students. The sampling techniqueused was  random sampling. The research approaches used are quantitative approach with explanatory survey method (questionaire). Analysis of the data by using Cramer’s V correlation test. The results showed that there is no a significant correlation between  attachment patterns of adolescence with their emotional intelligence with significant value  0,310 > 0,05

Abstract

This study aims to study the role of human resource management in the readiness to change lecturers at Mercu Buana University. This study uses a quantitative methods and approaches with the scale used is a 1-5 Likert scale. The sample in this study amounted to 83 permanent lecturers at Mercu Buana University from the population of 456 people. In this study using two instruments, namely the scale of perception of the role of human resource management (HRM) as many as 23 items and the scale of readiness to change as many as 22 items. From the results of data analysis using the Spearmen correlation test shows that there is no role for human resource management in the readiness to change lecturers at Mercu Buana University, namely with a correlation coefficient of 0.063 and a significant value of 0.569> 0.05.
