Abstract

Early childhood curriculum mention about early literacy teaching literacy in the form of recognition of letters and numbers in accordance with the stages of child development. Through a training needs assessment result in mind that the skills and knowledge of teachers TK about teaching early literacy in accordance with sub-optimal child development stages. This makes preschool teachers need to improve early literacy teaching skills. Training in the use of this method of print referencing is donein an attempt to add the teaching skills of preschool teachers as facilitators of learning early literacy. The training participants were 10 kindergarten teachers. Data obtained from interviews, observations before and after training, as well as teacher knowledge test. Observation result were analyzed with statistical data analysis techniques of non parametic wilcoxon signed rank test with test scores observation of teaching skills of the participants before and after training. Analysis of the results obtaine by the value of significance (2-tailed) was 0,008 0,05. From these results in significant differences between teachers skill in early literacy instruction before and after training. So it can be concluded that an effective training method print referencing to improve teachers skills ini teaching early literacy. Whereas the results of knowledge there is no significant difference. The effectiveness of this method can be significant because it is influenced by intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of trainees.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to describe how the teacher's attitude towards bullying in Depok City. This research uses quantitative descriptive. The subjects in this study were teachers who teach in the city of Depok. With the sampling technique during the trial try snowball sampling and in research with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 180 respondents. The measurement in this study uses the Teacher Attitude scale towards Bullying (Alfonso et.al, 2019) with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.905. The data analysis technique uses comparative test and regression test. The results of this study indicate how teachers' attitudes towards bullying tend to be neutral but also found to be positive. The most agreed form of bullying by teachers is the form of threatening and relational. The attitude aspect which has the most dominant contribution to predict the teacher's attitude towards bullying is the affective aspect.

Abstract

Menghafal Al-qur’an tidak dapat disamakan dengan menghafal informasi lain pada umumnya. Penghafal Al-qur’an dituntut untuk mempertahankan Ayat-ayat yang telah mereka hafalkan. Penghafal Al-qur’an yang menggunakan strategi regulasi diri, akan mampu mempertahankan Ayat-ayat yang telah dihafalkan dan terhindar dari perilaku prokrastinasi dalam menghafal. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan self-regulated learning dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswi IIQ, Jakarta. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 273 mahasiswi penghafal Al-qur’an dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate stritified random sampling. Pearson product moment digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan (p = 0,00 < 0,05 r = - 0,758) antara self-regulated learning dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswi IIQ, Jakarta.Memorizing Al-qur’an is not as easy as memorizing common information. Hafiz (people who memorizing Al-qur’an) shall be maintaining Ayats (the verses in Al-qur’an) that were memorized by them. Hafiz who use self-regulated learning strategy will be able to maintaining the Ayats and be able to preventing the procrastination behavior. The focus of this study is to examine the relationship between self-regulated learning and academic procrastination among college student at IIQ, Jakarta. The respondents are 273 college student and who became Hafiz with proportionate stritified random sampling tecnique. Pearson product moment were used to examine the relationship among these variables. This study found that there was significantly negative relations (p = 0,00 < 0,05 r = - 0,758) between self-regulated learning and academic procrastination among college student at IIQ, Jakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between Intelligence and Self-Efficacy of 7th grade students in X junior high school Bogor. This study is quantitative approach. Population in this research is 228 students. The sample is 150 students use from Slovin and purposive sampling methods. Self-Efficacy Questionnaire for Children used in this research. Correlation test result uses pearson correlation show that there is no correlation between IQ and self-efficacy. This can be caused by socio-economic factors that can inhibit the relation between Intellegence and self-efficacy.

Abstract

Perbedaan pandangan tentang bullying membuat siswa berbeda-beda dalam memberikan persepsi tentang bullying. Pengalaman bullying pada siswa baik anak laki-laki maupun perempuan, serta yang dialami secara langsung maupun tidak langsung akan mempengaruhi persepsi  terhadap  perilaku  bullying.  Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  apakah terdapat perbedaan persepsi bullying antara siswa laki-laki dan siswa perempuan  di SMA kota Bekasi. Penelitian  ini menggunakan  pendekatan  kuantitatif.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah komparatif. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah siswa dan siswi SMA di Kota Bekasi. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 400 siswa SMA yang duduk dikelas 1 dan kelas 2. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala persepsi perilaku bullying dengan nilai Alpha Crombach sebesar 0.868. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji ANOVA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan persepsi pada siswa laki-laki dan siswa perempuan di SMA kota Bekasi. Pada siswa perempuan memiliki persepsi bullying yang tinggi dibandingkan dengan persepsi bullying pada laki-laki. The Difference  views about bullying make students differ in providing  perceptions  about bullying. Bullying experience  male and female students, as well as those experienced directly or indirectly will affect the perception of bullying behavior. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in perceptions of bullying between male students and famale students in the Bekasi city high school. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method used in this study is comparative method. Subjects in the study were high school students in the city of Bekasi. Sampling technique in this study using cluster sampling technique. The amount of samples in this study was 400 high school students who sit in class one and grade two. Measurement used in this study was a perception scale of bullying behavior with Alpha Crombach  value of 0.868. Data analysis  techniques  in this study used ANOVA  Test. The results of this study indicate that there were differences in perceptions of male students and famale students in the Bekasi city high school. Famale students have a high perception of bullying compared to the perception of bullying for male.

Abstract

Abstract. New normal is a new adaptation carried out to deal with covid-19, where people are allowed to return to their activities in the field of work while still complying with health protocols. In the new normal situation, work engagement is a challenge for all companies. The purpose of this study is to determine whether job crafting has a relationship with work engagement and to determine whether employee well-being acts as a moderator between job crafting and employee work engagement in the new normal era. This study also examines whether gender issues are present in the variables. The subjects of this study were 533 employees in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) Indonesia. The instruments used in this study were the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES), the Job Crafting Scale (JCS), and the Employee Well-Being Scale (EWBS). This research design was conducted in moderation using multiple sampling technique and moderated regression analysis PROCESS V4.0 Procedure for SPSS model no. 1 by Andrew F. Hayes. The results of this study indicate that job crafting is positively correlated with work engagement, and employee well-being plays a moderating role in the relationship between job crafting and work engagement. Moreover, the results of this study indicate that male and female workers have different level of engagement at work and employee well-being. This research can cover the gap in previous research so that it is expected to be a literature material for employees and companies regarding the importance of understanding the values of work engagement, job crafting, and employee well-being for the company's success.Keywords: work engagement; well-being; job crafting; employee; new normal; gender

Abstract

The sport of badminton in Indonesia is growing, and more and more athletes are making Indonesia proud on the international stage. Fans of badminton athletes are also in the spotlight considering the many negative comments given to other athletes who are opponents of their idols. The form of awe towards an idol is known as celebrity worship. Celebrity worship has three levels of admiration, namely social entertainment, intense personal, and borderline pathological. Individuals with a pathological borderline are usually willing to break the rules for their idol. Much literature states that celebrity worship is related to attachment style. Therefore, this research is interested in examining the relationship between parental attachment style and celebrity worship on badminton athlete fans in Indonesia. This research will be carried out with a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Cabang olahraga bulutangkis di Indonesia semakin berkembang, dan semakin banyak atlet yang mengharumkan nama Indonesia di kancah internasional. Penggemar dari para atlet bulutangkis pun menjadi sorotan mengingat banyaknya komentar negative yang diberikan kepada atlet lain yang menjadi lawan dari idolanya tersebut. Bentuk perasaan kagum terhadap sosok idola disebut sebagai celebrity worship. Celebrity worship memiliki tiga tingkatan level kekaguman, yaitu entertainment social, intense personal, dan borderline pathological. Pada individu dengan borderline pathological biasanya rela untuk melanggar peraturan demi sang idola. Banyaknya literature menyatakan bahwa celebrity worship berhubungan dengan attachment style. Oleh karena itu penelitia tertarik untuk menguji hubungan antara parental attachment style dengan celebrity worship pada penggemar atlet bulutangkis di Indonesia. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional.

Abstract

ABSTRAK    Pada masa perkembangan remaja, kemandirian merupakan isu penting yang idealnya telah dicapai oleh remaja meskipun memang belum sepenuhnya mandiri.  Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kemandirian dalam kalangan remaja, dipengaruhi oleh perubahan-perubahan fisik, yang pada gilirannya memicu terjadinya perubahan emosional. Konsep kemandirian remaja umumnya  ditandai dengan kemampuan remaja dalam inisiatif mengambil keputusan, mampu mengatur dan mengendalikan perilakunya, mampu mengambil keputusan dan bertanggungjawab atas keputusan dan perilakunya sendiri, serta telah berpikir masa depan yang lebih baik. Kemandirian sangatlah penting bagi remaja, namun perhatian orang tua maupun pihak sekolah belum begitu serius dalam membekali remaja dengan konsep kemandirian, untuk itu pada kesempatan pengabdian saat ini, fokus kepada pembekalan remaja terkait dengan kemandirian yang memang penting dalam usia remaja, karena pengetahuan dan keterampilan ini sangat penting untuk remaja dan sebagai isu sentral, jika remaja berhasil melalui fase perkembangan ini dengan berhasil dan dapat mandiri, pada usia dewasa tidak akan ada masalah terkait dengan kemandirian. Salah satu cara dalam membantu remaja terkait masalah kemandirian ini adalah dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan mengenai kemandirian berupa tugas perkembangan remaja berkaitan dengan kemandirian Pre dan post test diberikan untuk mengukur sejauh mana efektifitas penyeluhun dapat berjalan, berdasarkan materi yang akan disampaikan. Penyuluhan ini dilakukan di SMP Muhammadiyah 32 Jakarta.hasil pretest dan postest menunjukkan ada perbedaan nilai rata-rata sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan, yang dapat diartikan terdapat pegaruh penyuluhan terhadap pemahaman remaja terhadap kemandirian. Abstract

Children with special needs often face challenges in recognizing animal shapes and sounds. This community service program (PKM), based on the Service Learning approach, developed an application called Teh Melati, which utilizes Augmented Reality (AR) by combining 3D animation with traditional 2D flashcards to aid in animal recognition. The PKM was conducted over one day with 32 students with disabilities aged 6–14 years (N=32) at HS-Lantaburo. The Service Learning methodology involved actively engaging the community (teachers, parents, and students) in the design, implementation, and evaluation of the learning intervention. Students participated in an interactive animal exploration game that focused on animal images and sounds. Pre-intervention test scores averaged 63.75, while post-intervention scores increased to 81.25. A total of 25 students (78% of the participants) showed significant improvement. The active participation of teachers and parents in hands-on workshops further extended the impact of the intervention. These results demonstrate that learning gaps in special needs education can be addressed through community involvement and the integration of 3D flashcard animation technology, with Service Learning serving as an effective framework for creating meaningful educational experiences for both the students and the community.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan kelompok yang paling aktif dalam menggunakan media sosial. Berdasarkan survei terbaru, lebih dari 90% remaja memiliki akses ke internet dan menghabiskan rata-rata 3-5 jam per hari di media sosial. Meskipun memberikan manfaat, rendahnya literasi digital di kalangan remaja meningkatkan risiko mereka terhadap cyberbullying, disinformasi, serta kecanduan media sosial. Keterlibatan orang tua memegang peranan penting dalam mendampingi anak menggunakan gadget dengan tujuan mengantisipasi dampak negatif melalui Pendidikan keluarga. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan literasi kepada orang tua terkait media digital agar dapat mendampingi anak anak mereka yang berusia remaja.  Mitra sasar dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah anggota dharma wanita kementrian tenaga kerja di wilayah Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah ceramah dan role playing.  Hasil Kegiatan ini memberikan peningkatan pemahaman terhadap orang tua terkait metode pendampingan yang efektif dalam penggunaan media sosial untuk remaja.
