Abstract

The research of labor forces in village has never been released to national development strategic. So that, the amount of labor forces absurption must be solved wiht oppening job opportunity outside agriculture sector. This reseach gave information of labor force in agriculture sector and village on dry land basis. This research showed that job participation an unemployment level, nationally. Didn?t change. In horticulture dry land basis, the role of agriculture sectors were still dominated job opportunity than outside agriculture. Nevertheles, hosehold job opportunity in the village has a lot of variety and replaced the the role of job opportunity in agruculture sectors. In the other hand, work group of in agriculture sector was more dominated with lower education from down elememtary school and it could not complete in labor force market outside agriculture sector. So, that, the role of agriculture sectors was still improtant to solve labor force problem in villages and still become a burden if it?s not balanced with labor absorption in outside agriculture sector. Abstract

Handeuleum ( Graptophyllum pictum (L.) Griff) constituting acknowledged dill useful to cure some types disease as pile. This plant have color pattern performance leaf which variably. This research is done at Observational Hall examination laboratory Dill and Achromatic, Bogor in july until September 2008. To the effect research is get phytochemical content picture and active component of 5 accession handeleum's plants. Phytochemical is obstetric analysis (alkaloid, saponin, tanin, glikocide, flavonoid, fenolik, triterpenoid, steroid) done at Observational Hall Examination Laboratory Dill and Achromatic (Balitro) Bogor, meanwhile GC MS'S analysis is done at Laboratory Dopes Jakarta. Of compound analysis result phytochemical is gotten that 5 accession handeuleum contain alkaloid's compounds, saponin, tanin, glikosida with notation 4 + or herculean. Accession with patterns green leaf turn white at green erect periphery and brown have phytochemical content same, while accession with colour patterns green leaf turn white to be intermediated have flavonoid's content is contemned 2 +. Of GCMS'S analysis result apparently exhaustive accession handeleum contains kindred active component with vitamin e,Neophytadiene, tocopherol's gamma, Ergost - 5 en 3 ol (3. beta.) and stigmast - 5 en 3 ol. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the aspect labor absorption and prosperity level in dry agroecosystem. This research was taken in PATANAS (Panel Petani National) villages including dry agroecosystem 2008. The data was analyzed by simple statistic and showed using cross tabulation analysis. The result is show that labor absorption in villages is still dominated by agriculture sector, which is changing from under elementary school. Beside that, labor force absorption for younger age is increasing which is showed by movement of the amount of labor from agriculture sector to non agriculture sector. In other hand, the development of prosperity level in the villages is varieties, among in 3 villages no prosperity and 5 villages is prosperity. It means that the availability of labor force which absorption different means of livelihood and the revenue in agro ecosystem wet land didn?t show any development than agro ecosystem dry land villages. So that policy to increase farmers property is needed through variety aspect to support revenue development in agriculture and non agriculture sectors, and agriculture commodity price policy which suitable for farmers and also push work climate out of agriculture Keywords : labor structure, prosperity level household

Abstract

The objective of the research was to know comparation of broiler performance when water kunyit and temulawak of consumption. Level of water kunyit and temulawak as treatment was 10 g/600 ml. Broiler that used was Lohmann unsexed. Numbers of treated chicken were 200 Day Old Chicken (DOC) Lohmann unsexed that from PT. Multi Breeder Adirama Indonesia (MBAI). Experiment was designed with two treatments of broiler performance when water kunyit and temulawak of consumption and each treatment had 15 replications. Each replication was 6 or 7 DOC. To compare the of broiler performance that effect two of treatments, data was analyzed using t-student on signification 5% (Steel dan Torrie, 1993). Parameters measured were water consumption, feed intake, weight gain, feed conversion, and income over feed cost. Results showed there were broiler performance on water consumption that temulawak of consumption significant (P<0,05) of highest then water kunyit consumption, but no significant effect on feed intake, and body weight gain, feed conversion, and income over feed cost. Abstract

Gladiolus propagation effort has been experiencing problems because of active buds on gladiolus corms in normal conditions is generally. Shoots will grow and then will produce tubers. So for rapid multiplication of gladiolus necessary effort to stimulate active shoots found on gladiolus corms. The use of benzyl adenine was effective enough to stimulate the emergence of shoots on gladiolus corms. Earring size seedlings generally will affect the size of the new corms. In general, if the new corms are formed more than one will affect the size of the next Earring. Fertilization-rise is expected to enlarge the size of the corm so that it can directly be used as a corm production. This study aims to find methods of rapid propagation of gladiolus corms by: (1) the effect of initial corm size on the number and size of the new corm, (2) the effect of fertilization dose on the growth of earrings, and (3) the effect of fertilization at each dose respective initial corm size. This study is a continuation of previous studies that aimed to obtain an effective concentration of BA to stimulate the growth of shoots contained in gladiolus corms. This research used the BA 30 ppm (the results of previous studies) is applied to the gladiolus cultivars Kaifa. The treatment applied to the three sizes of 3.8 to 4.8 cm diameter Earring (U1), 2.5 to 3.7 cm (U2), 1.2 to 3.0 cm (U3). The results showed that administration with a concentration of 30 ppm BA, able to grow all of gladiolus corms which were attempted (100% sprout more than one bud), and capable of increasing the number of active buds and number of shoots by 4.6 by 6.4. Keywords: Gladiolus hibridus L, Benziladenin
