Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload, work environment, and length of service on employee performance at the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) of Magelang Regency. This research uses a quantitative method with an explanatory research approach. The population of this study consists of 55 employees, and a saturated sampling technique is applied so that all members of the population are selected as respondents. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires using a Likert scale and field observations, while secondary data were derived from official institutional documents and supporting literature. Data analysis was conducted using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination test with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results indicate that workload, work environment, and length of service have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously.
