Abstract

Social studies of UPPKS programs in Ngampilan Subdistrict are rarely held. The incomes of female group members of UPPKS depend on the program activities. The government policy which involves the increasing prices of daily needs and other household commodities causes the low ability of women in overcoming their life problems so that they are susceptible to poverty. It is a descriptive qualitative research, a research which collects and describes data and presents the real results without trying to make conclusion for public or generalization. The data collection has been through in-depth interviews, observations and document studies. The research will describes the household social economic condition of female group members of UPPKS in Ngampilan Sub district of Yogyakarta City and the strategy of survival. Identify the vulnerability indicators in building the strength of UPPKS female members in Ngampilan Sub district in Yogyakarta City,identify the institution models which is potential to decrease the vulnerability and identify risk types in any program activities.

Abstract

The objective of this research to know whether organizational climate organizational commitment and working satisfaction have the influence to employees performance. The research held in PT. BPR Karangwaru Pratama Mlati Sleman Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative by using method survey. Data collecting conducted through questionnaire and documentation. 45 employees determined as sampel in research or conceived of a census research. Technique analyse the data use the linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression. Result of research mention the organizational climate, komitmen organisasional and working satisfaction the employee own the positive and significant influence to employees performance at PT. BPR Karangwaru Pratama Yogyakarta. Level of influence of each variable that is organizational climate equal to 34,1%, organizational commitment give the influence equal to 57% and working satisfaction give the influence equal to 18,8%. Simultanly organizational climate, organizational commitment and working satisfaction own strong and significant influence to employee performance at PT. BPR Karangwaru Pratama Yogyakarta. This Matter is shown with the number of R square equal to 0,571 and number of significant Fcounted equal to 18,189 larger ones from number Ftable equal to 2,88 at level 0,05.

Abstract

Mitra pengabdian PPDM (Program Pengembangan Desa Mitra) ini adalah Tempuran Banyu Kencono dan Kebun Gizi Mandiri yang berlokasi di Desa Pleret Kabupaten Bantul. Mitra 1 merupakan kawasan wisata ditepian sungai (tempuran) dua buah kali (Opak dan Gajah Wong). Sedangkan Mitra 2 merupakan kelompok penggerak PKK sadar gizi. Tujuan kegiatan tahun pertama adalah mengatasi permasalahan kedua mitra yang meliputi Aspek manajemen, promosi, SDM, teknik budidaya dan irisgasi, penanganan pasca panen dan diversifikasi tanaman. Metode pelaksaan melalui pendekatan model participatory rural appraisal, participatory tecnology development, community development, persuasif dan edukatif. Capaian hasil tahun pertama antara lain, (1) terbentuk tim pengelola dan dresscode, (2) tersusun siteplan, (3) tersedia fasilitas playground, (4) tersedia fasilitas budidaya, (5) tersedia fasilitas wisata air dan spot foto, (6) terselenggara event rutin dan insidental, (7) tersedia fasilitas sekretariat, tempat ibadah dan tempat istirahat (gazebo), serta (8) publikasi media cetak dan elektronik (web dan media sosial).

Abstract

Indonesia mengenal hukum adat atau yang secara umum disebut living law, yang berfokus pada penerapannya di masyarakat, dan penerapan hukum erat kaitannya dengan sosiologi hukum. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji peran sosiologi hukum terhadap ketaatan masyarakat maupun penegak hukum, terkait aturan lalu lintas. Penelitian  ini  merupakan  penelitian  yuridis normatif dengan perspektif sosiologi hukum yang bersinggungan langsung dengan realita masyarakat (penerapan hukum). Sosiologi hukum memiliki banyak instrumen, untuk mengantarkan pemahaman masyarakat maupun penegak hukum tentang perlunya mentaati peraturan hukum, tidak ada orang yang dengan sengaja ingin mengalami musibah yaitu kecelakaan lalu-lintas. Pengaturan hukum dalam lalu linta  tetap mengacu pemahaman hukum umum, yaitu peristiwa hukum yang merugikan seseorang, maka menimbulkan kewajiban dari pihak yang melakukan kesalahan untuk mengganti kerugian.  Maka didapati bahwa sosiologi hukum tidak dapat menghindarkan kewajiban pemenuhan terhadap penegakan hukum yang berkepastian; hambatan penerapan sosiologi hukum dalam penegakan hukum lalu lintas antara lain masih kurangnya sosialisasi dan edukasi pentingnya kesadaran/edukasi berlalu lintas kepada masyarakat (belum menjadi kebiasaann/ kepatuhan hukum).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational values, and motivation on organizational culture within the Sri Tanjung MSME Association in Yogyakarta City. The main focus is to examine how these three factors contribute to shaping a solid organizational culture among MSME actors. A quantitative descriptive research design was employed. The population consisted of 90 members of the Sri Tanjung Association, with a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale. The data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.2.8. Validity was tested through convergent and discriminant validity, while reliability was measured using composite reliability and Cronbach’s Alpha. The findings indicate that organizational values exert the strongest influence on organizational culture, with a coefficient of 1.249 (p < 0.05). Motivation also shows a significant effect (p = 0.005), although the direction is negative (-0.962), suggesting the need for further investigation into the dominant type of motivation. Meanwhile, leadership does not significantly affect organizational culture (p = 0.260). Overall, the research model explains 66.5% of the variance in organizational culture (R² = 0.665). In conclusion, organizational values are the dominant factor shaping MSME organizational culture, followed by motivation and leadership. Strengthening organizational culture should prioritize the internalization of shared values, the adjustment of leadership styles to the organizational context, and the management of motivation to support collective values. Through this approach, the Sri Tanjung MSME Association can foster a more solid, adaptive, and sustainable organizational culture.

Abstract

The ability to automate procedures and improve decision-making, artificial intelligence (AI) is quickly transforming a wide range of industries, including human resource management (HRM). The application of AI in different sectors, including HRM, has been predominant and profound. AI has created a disruption by displacing established HRM processes with innovative ones, and its scope includes recruitment and selection, workforce management, and learning and development. AI is enabling machines to make more accurate decisions than humans based on data and behavioral patterns. The integration of AI into HRM is changing how organizations appoint, manage, and engage their workforce, with machines taking over manual tasks and HR professionals taking on more strategic roles. This study aims to ascertain how AI affects human resource management. This research uses theoretical literature review as a research method. 22 publications serve as the research materials for this study, which employs a theoretical literature review methodology. The authors discovered that AI has an impact on HR professionals' abilities, job displacement, and position creation. AI should be used by HR managers to boost productivity.
