Abstract

The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) has brought fundamental changes in modern branding practices, shifting conventional approaches towards data-driven, predictive, and adaptive strategies. The use of technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics allows companies to analyze consumer behavior in depth, personalize brand communications, and optimize strategic decision-making. This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review of branding transformation in the AI era, focusing on the role of machine learning, NLP, and predictive analytics in strengthening brand identity and increasing the competitiveness of the global market. The research method used is a qualitative approach based on library research by analyzing reputable scientific articles indexed in the Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases. The analysis was carried out using thematic content analysis to identify thematic patterns, conceptual frameworks, and key research trends in AI-based branding studies. The results of the study show that AI integration significantly increases the effectiveness of branding strategies through advanced personalization, strengthening customer engagement, and optimizing brand reputation management in real-time. Additionally, AI contributes to increased brand value and consumer loyalty in the long run. However, the study also identified various challenges, such as data privacy issues, information security, algorithmic bias, and regulatory gaps, that have the potential to impact consumer confidence. Therefore, AI-based branding transformation needs to be accompanied by ethical, transparent, and consumer-protection-oriented governance. This research is expected to make a theoretical contribution to enriching the strategic marketing literature, as well as to have practical implications for industry players in designing intelligent branding strategies that are adaptive and globally competitive.

Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is an important factor in maintaining organizational effectiveness, particularly in nonprofit organizations where employee motivation and organizational values may differ from those in profit-oriented institutions. This study aimed to examine the effects of work-life balance and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at Yayasan Kesejahteraan Pegawai (YKP) Bank BJB. A quantitative causal-associative research design was employed, involving all 24 employees as respondents through a census sampling technique. Primary data were collected using structured questionnaires measured on a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results showed that work-life balance had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (t = 5.116; p < 0.001), while organizational culture also had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (t = 2.912; p = 0.004). The structural model produced an R² value of 0.828, indicating that work-life balance and organizational culture explained 82.8% of the variance in job satisfaction. These findings demonstrated that employees’ ability to balance professional and personal responsibilities, combined with a supportive organizational culture, contributed substantially to job satisfaction. The study concluded that both factors should be prioritized in nonprofit human resource management strategies.

Abstract

This study examines the role of STEM-based learning in developing 21st-century competencies in Indonesia through the integration of technology, pedagogy, and educational innovation. An integrative literature review approach was employed to identify, analyze, and synthesize relevant peer-reviewed literature, primarily indexed in Scopus. The analysis focused on technology integration, STEM pedagogical innovation, authentic and collaborative learning, higher-order thinking skills, and 21st-century competencies. The findings reveal that STEM education in Indonesia has increasingly shifted from content-oriented instruction toward interdisciplinary, student-centered, contextual, and problem-oriented learning. Project-based learning, problem-based learning, inquiry-based learning, and engineering design emerge as prominent pedagogical approaches supporting STEM implementation. These approaches contribute to the development of critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, scientific literacy, and digital literacy. However, STEM implementation remains constrained by disparities in technological infrastructure, teacher readiness, interdisciplinary integration, and unequal implementation across educational contexts and regions. This study proposes an integrated conceptual framework consisting of Technology Integration → STEM Pedagogical Innovation → Authentic and Collaborative Learning → Higher-Order Thinking Skills → 21st-Century Competencies. The framework emphasizes that technology alone does not generate future-ready competencies; rather, its educational value depends on pedagogical transformation and meaningful learning experiences. The study provides conceptual implications for strengthening STEM education and directions for future empirical research in Indonesia.
