Abstract

The beach has more appeal as a transit and culinary tourist attraction. Visitors who travel from Denpasar to Gianyar or Klungkung rest at Sangat Beach while enjoying seafood culinary delights. More Beach Culinary started from the feedback from fishermen on Plus Beach which was sold on the beach. Apart from that, More Beach is a place to carry out melasti for the people of More Village. The development of Morekebang Beach as a transit and culinary area has an impact on parking facilities which are inadequate in terms of the number and quality of parking spaces. This service activity aims to produce a master plan design for the arrangement of parking spaces that accommodates the needs for the number of vehicles, arrangement of vehicle types, and the quality of comfort for visitors who park their vehicles at Sangat Beach. This activity method is carried out in four stages, namely the problem mapping method, conceptual design proposal, induction in the form of a master plan arrangement drawing, and focus group discussion with the community/managers of the Pantai Sangat tourist attraction. The results of this activity are in the form of a master plan for rejuvenating parking facilities according to zoning regulations, planning shade trees, drainage and lighting utility networks, and driver rest areas.

Abstract

Desa Lebih, yang terletak di Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali, memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan ekowisata berbasis alam dan budaya lokal. Namun, potensi ini belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan secara optimal dan masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan khususnya dalam hal perencanaan fasilitas penunjang dan keterlibatan masyarakat serta kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai konsep ekowisata yang berkelanjutan. Kegiatan sosialisasi pengembangan ekowisata melalui penyusunan masterplan fasilitas penunjang wisata bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat setempat mengenai pentingnya pengembangan fasilitas penunjang ekowisata yang ramah lingkungan dan berbasis partisipasi komunitas. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi observasi lapangan, wawancara dan diskusi kelompok terarah/ focus group discussio (FGD), serta penyusunan masterplan yang melibatkan pemangku kepentingan lokal serta masyarakat. Materi sosialisasi mencakup konsep dasar ekowisata, identifikasi potensi lokal, peran serta masyarakat, serta desain fasilitas yang sesuai dengan prinsip ekowisata. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya antusiasme dan partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat, serta munculnya beberapa usulan konkret terkait pengembangan fasilitas seperti jogging track, lapangan mini soccer, tempat meditasi dan yoga, tempat even gathering,wedding, restoran, glamping, kolam renang dan pemandian air panas,water tubbing, information centre dan stand UMKM berbahan lokal. Selain itu, kegiatan ini memperkuat sinergi antara warga, aparat desa, dan pelaku wisata dalam merancang rencana pengembangan fasilitas penunjang ekowisata berbasis potensi lokal untuk mendukung implementasi masterplan.Diharapkan melalui kegiatan ini, Desa Lebih dapat menjadi contoh desa wisata yang mengedepankan prinsip keberlanjutan, pelestarian lingkungan, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Keberlanjutan program ini memerlukan dukungan lintas sektor, serta pendampingan berkelanjutan dalam proses perencanaan dan implementasi pengembangan ekowisata.

Abstract

The Puspa Aman program is one of the efforts to maintain food security in Gianyar Regency. This program is based on the Circular Letter of the Regent of Gianyar Number: 521/23813/Secretary/2018 concerning the Implementation of the Puspa Aman Program (Beautiful and Comfortable Independent Natural Food Center). Sidan Village as one of the villages that has successfully implemented the Puspa Aman Program. However, astime goes by, the implementation of the Puspa Aman program in Sidan Village has several obstacles related to the role and participation of related parties. Seeing this phenomenon, collaboration between the parties involved is needed to optimize the implementation of the Puspa Aman program. The purpose of this study is to find out Collaborative Governance in the Puspa Aman Program to Improve Food Security in Sidan Village, Gianyar Regency. This study uses a type of qualitative research using a descriptive method that connects events and describes phenomena in the field. This study uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, and uses 4 indicators of the quadruple helix concept in collaborative governance, namely the government, the private sector, academics, and the community. This study uses data analysis techniques with four steps, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that this program is implemented quite well and has met the indicators of interest actor involvement based on the quadruple helix concept. However, there are obstacles in several indicators, such as budget availability, declining community participation, low motivation due to lack of socialization to the community, so that the implementation of the Puspa Aman Program has not fully run optimally. Obstacles also occur in academic indicators, where the involvement of academics is still not optimal because they contribute during KKN (Real Work Lecture) activities.
