This study is based on the low practical skills in land surveying caused by lecture-centered instruction without structured guidance. The research aims to determine student responses and examine the effectiveness of a jobsheet in improving psychomotor learning outcomes in waterpass (auto level) practicum. The theoretical review includes learning media, jobsheet, waterpass, and the psychomotor learning domain. Previous studies indicate that jobsheets support skill-based learning in vocational schools.The method used is a quasi-experimental Posttest-Only Control Group design. The subjects were 60 tenth-grade DPIB students (30 experimental and 30 control). Data were collected using student response questionnaires and psychomotor observation sheets, and analyzed using normality, homogeneity, and independent t-test. Results show very positive student responses (89%). The average psychomotor score of the experimental class was 81.9 compared to 70.7 for the control class. The t-test revealed a significant difference (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05), indicating that the jobsheet effectively improves practical performance. It is concluded that the jobsheet enhances psychomotor achievement in waterpass practicum. Continued implementation and broader investigation of other learning domains are recommended. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan praktik ukur tanah karena pembelajaran masih berpusat pada ceramah tanpa panduan tertulis. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui respons siswa dan efektivitas jobsheet dalam meningkatkan hasil psikomotorik pada praktikum ukur tanah dengan waterpass (Autolevel). Landasan teori pada penelitian ini mencakup media pembelajaran, jobsheet, waterpass, dan ranah psikomotorik. Penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan jobsheet mendukung pembelajaran praktik di SMK. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen desain Posttest-Only Control Group. Subjek penelitian 60 siswa kelas X DPIB (30 eksperimen dan 30 kontrol). Data diperoleh melalui angket respons dan lembar observasi psikomotorik, dianalisis dengan uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan independent t-test. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan respons siswa sangat baik (89%). Nilai rata-rata psikomotorik kelas eksperimen 81,9 dan kontrol 70,7. Uji t membuktikan perbedaan signifikan (Sig. 0,000 < 0,05), sehingga jobsheet efektif meningkatkan kemampuan praktik. Dari penelitian ini di simpulkan bahwa jobsheet meningkatkan keterampilan psikomotorik pada praktikum waterpass. Disarankan penerapan berkelanjutan dan kajian lebih luas pada ranah lain.
