Abstract

The importance of leadership to change management process is underscored by the fact that change, by definition, requires creating a new system and then institutionalizing the new approaches. While change management depends on leadership to be enacted, to date there has been little integration of these two bodies of literature. Thus the purpose of this articles is to draw parallels between the change literature and the leadership literature : specifically, the transformational leadership literature that is primarely concerned with the capabilities required to enact change succesfully.

Abstract

Knowledge grows not only how knowledge can be diffused but how it can continue to generalize new synergies with effective management of intangible assets. Competition between companies makes companies use the knowledge they only have to make decisions in the process of generating new things. The role of knowledge-oriented leadership in organizational innovation is being the core of sustainable business growth, however knowledge-oriented leadership has failed to build a significant relationship between leadership and innovation. The results showed that Knowledge Oriented Leadership was proven to have a significant positive effect on Knowledge Diffusion and Knowledge Generation. Knowledge Oriented Leadership is not proven to have a significant positive effect on innovation performance. Knowledge Diffusion and Knowledge Generation have an effect proven to have a significant positive effect on innovation performance. Knowledge Diffusion and Knowledge Generation can mediate the relationship between Knowledge Oriented Leadership and Innovation performance.

Abstract

Digitalization management company is a very important condition for increasing competitiveness of company. With the use of digital technology, companies need a change in management process and in the work processes of employee. Researchers have highlighted this as an interesting topic of discussion, and a challenge for companies, including regional water companies. This paper analyzes development of management digitalization in state owned water company. And get the results company value design of state owned water company based digitalization. Abstract

Employee motivation strategies to improve performance in the Sundanese cultural background business organization, there are results of research conducted in the Sundanese cultural environment. This study seeks to examine factors that influence work motivation in an effort to improve performance both individually and organizations in employees in business organizations with a background in the Sundanese culture. This research is literature research, where the data collection comes from various journals and books analyzed according to existing problems. The result showed factors of motivation consisting of salary and social security, type of work, hope for a career, working complete, the role of managers, work environment, employee competence, and company policies have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at companies Sundanese cultural background. And there are several ways or strategies for a company manager in an effort to improve the work motivation of its employees so that the company's performance can be achieved according to expectations
