Abstract. The implementation of the 5S method in the warehouse of the PT. XYZ sugar factory has not yet been sufficiently optimized and could have a negative impact on employee productivity. The objective of this study is to evaluate progress in implementing the 5S method (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and to analyze the factors that influence warehouse workers’ productivity. This study employed a quantitative approach, and data were collected via a questionnaire. Since a comprehensive survey method was used, all respondents were included in the sample. The sample consisted of 40 warehouse workers. The collected data were analyzed using an F-test, a t-test, and multiple linear regression analysis employing the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the 5S culture had a significant influence on employee productivity, as clearly demonstrated by the significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 in the F-test. However, no significant effect of the various elements of the 5S method on operational productivity was observed. Based on an adjusted R² of 0.679, it is estimated that 67.9% of labor productivity is influenced by the 5S culture, while the remainder is attributable to other factors beyond the scope of this study. XYZ belum sepenuhnya berjalan secara optimal, yang dapat berdampak pada produktivitas pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan budaya 5S, yang meliputi (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, dan Shitsuke) serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terhadap produktivitas pekerja gudang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang mengumpulkan data melalui peneybaran kuesioner. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 40 pekerja gudang. Data yang diperoleh Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda yang terdiri dari uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan budaya 5S memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap produktivitas pekerja dengan nilai signifikansi uji F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Namun, secara parsial setiap elemen 5S belum menunjukkan dampak signifikan terhadap produktivitas pekerja. Nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,679 menunjukkan bahwa 67,9% produktivitas pekerja dipengaruhi oleh budaya 5S, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.
