Abstract

Estimasi cadangan merupakan tahapan krusial dalam perencanaan tambang batuan karena berperan dalam menentukan target produksi, umur tambang, serta strategi penambangan yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan estimasi cadangan pada perencanaan jangka menengah dan jangka pendek tambang batuan guna mendukung efektivitas operasi penambangan. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data geologi, topografi, dan kualitas batuan yang kemudian diolah menggunakan metode pemodelan blok dan perhitungan volume berbasis perangkat lunak tambang. Pada perencanaan jangka menengah, estimasi cadangan digunakan untuk menentukan desain penambangan, sequencing, dan target produksi bulanan hingga tahunan. Sementara itu, pada perencanaan jangka pendek, estimasi cadangan difokuskan pada pengendalian produksi harian dan mingguan berdasarkan kondisi aktual lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi metode geofisika dan pemetaan topografi mampu membangun model endapan untuk estimasi cadangan sebagai dasar dalam merencanakan penambangan jangka menengah dan jangka pendek. Dari model badan batuan dan rancangan penggalian diperoleh estimasi cadangan batu mendekati 1.724.310 LCM karena batuan yang dibongkar menggunakan metode peledakan dengan perkiraan swell factor 0.63. Penanganan material batuan yang telah dibongkar, akan dilakukan dengan alat mekanis excavator (kapasotas bucket 0,8 m3) and dump truck (kapasitas vessel 24,8 ton). Penambangan direncanakan akan diselesaikan dalam waktu 5 tahun dengan produksi rata-rata 40.000-50.000 ton/bulan.Kata-kata kunci: perencanaan, tambang, batuan, jangka menengah, jangka pendek ABSTRACTReserve estimation constitutes a crucial stage in dimension stone mining planning, as it plays a significant role in determining production targets, mine life, and optimal mining strategies. This study aims to analyze the implementation of reserve estimation in medium-term and short-term mine planning to support the effectiveness of mining operations. The research methodology involved the collection of geological, topographical, and rock quality data, which were subsequently processed using block modeling and software-based volume calculation methods. In medium-term planning, reserve estimation was applied to determine mine design, mining sequence, and monthly to annual production targets. Meanwhile, in short-term planning, reserve estimation was focused on controlling daily and weekly production based on actual field conditions.The results indicate that the integration of geophysical methods and topographic mapping was capable of constructing a deposit model for reserve estimation, which served as the basis for medium-term and short-term mining plans. Based on the rock mass model and excavation design, the estimated stone reserve was approximately 1,724,310 LCM, considering that the rock excavation employed blasting methods with an estimated swell factor of 0.63. The handling of blasted rock material was planned to be carried out using mechanical equipment, namely excavators with a bucket capacity of 0.8 m³ and dump trucks with a vessel capacity of 24.8 tons. The mining operation was planned to be completed within five years, with an average production rate of 40,000–50,000 tons per month. Keywords: planning, mine, rock, mid-term, short-term
