Abstract

ABSTRACT Nowdays, the use of teleconference in the digitalization era brings convenience, especially for Notaries in carrying out their duties and authorities. However, the use of teleconference becomes a problem in the validity of the design of a notarial deed through teleconference. This research method uses normative juridical law research that useslibrary research. The purpose of this study was to determine the validity of the use of teleconference in the design of a notarial deed. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the use of teleconference can only be used at the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).Keyword: Teleconference; Notaries; GMS.ABSTRAKDewasa ini, penggunaan media teleconference di era digitalisasi membawa kemudahan khususnya bagi Notaris dalam menjalani tugas dan wewenangnya. Namun penggunaan teleconference menjadi sebuah problem dalam keabsahan perancangan akta notaris melalui media teleconference. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian hukum yuridis normatif yang menggunakan teknik pengumpulan kepustakaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengenai keabsahan penggunaan media teleconference pada perancangan akta notaris. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini didapati bahwa penggunaan teleconference hanya dapat digunakan pada Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS).Kata Kunci: Teleconference; Notaris; RUPS.
