Abstract

Di era digital, penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran menjadi kebutuhan mendesak guna meningkatkan kualitas dan daya tarik proses belajar-mengajar. Namun, masih banyak guru SMK yang belum optimal memanfaatkan media digital interaktif, seperti Canva dan Google Sites, dalam penyusunan materi ajar. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis website melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif. Pelatihan dilakukan kepada guru SMK Analis Kesehatan Tunas Medika menggunakan pendekatan learning by doing dengan praktik langsung dalam pembuatan media interaktif melalui Canva dan Google Sites. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan digital peserta, dengan seluruh peserta berhasil membuat dan mempublikasikan situs pembelajaran sederhana yang dapat diakses secara online. Hasil pelatihan memperlihatkan dampak positif terhadap kemampuan guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam pembelajaran, meningkatkan literasi digital, serta menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik dan efektif bagi siswa. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap penguatan kapasitas guru dalam pemanfaatan IPTEK serta mendukung terciptanya inovasi pembelajaran yang relevan dengan karakteristik siswa era digital. Rekomendasi ke depan meliputi perlunya pengembangan lanjutan yang mencakup integrasi dengan Learning Management System (LMS) dan teknologi kolaboratif untuk menjawab tantangan pendidikan masa kini.

Abstract

Inventory management of school facilities and infrastructure is an important activity in supporting effective and efficient asset administration. SMPN 292 West Jakarta still manages inventory data manually, resulting in difficulties in recording, searching, monitoring assets, and generating inventory reports. This study aims to design and develop a web-based School Facilities and Infrastructure Inventory Information System to support integrated asset management. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method consisting of problem identification, literature review, data collection, requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing. The system was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), while system testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method. The developed system provides features for managing inventory data, storage locations, acquisition sources, user management, and inventory reporting. The results indicate that the developed information system improves the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of inventory management compared to manual procedures. Furthermore, the Black Box Testing results show that all system functionalities operate according to user requirements. Therefore, the proposed system is considered suitable for supporting facilities and infrastructure management at SMPN 292 West Jakarta.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) requires teachers to possess adequate digital literacy competencies to support innovative learning. However, limitations in utilizing basic coding, computational thinking, and AI remain obstacles to the development of digital learning media. This community service activity aimed to improve the competencies of teachers at SMPN 292 West Jakarta in digital literacy, basic coding, computational thinking, and AI utilization to produce creative and innovative educational content. The activity employed a descriptive approach with pre-test and post-test evaluations involving 17 teachers. The stages included needs analysis, material preparation, training, hands-on practice and mentoring, and evaluation. The training materials covered digital literacy, computational thinking, basic coding using Scratch, prompt engineering, generative AI applications, and digital educational content creation. The evaluation results showed improvements in all measured competencies: digital literacy increased from 62 to 88 (41.94%), computational thinking from 55 to 84 (52.73%), basic coding from 48 to 82 (70.83%), AI from 45 to 90 (100%), and digital content creation from 58 to 87 (50%). Participants also produced 30 digital educational content products, including educational posters, interactive presentations, learning videos, and AI-based learning modules. These results demonstrate improved competencies in utilizing digital technology, coding, and AI to support the development of learning media.
