PT Cetakin Biar Danta still faces various obstacles because the customization process is carried out through third-party applications or communication with the admin, causing service delays, operational inefficiencies, and increasing the potential for production errors due to miscommunication between customers and the printing company. The research aims to develop a WordPress-based printing e-commerce system with the integration of a custom product design editor as a solution to optimize the customization and ordering flow. The development method used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall, including needs analysis, system design, implementation, and system quality testing. The result of the research is an e-commerce platform where customers can select products, design designs according to their wishes, continue transactions through the checkout and payment process in an integrated manner. This system helps the company expand its market reach, accelerate service, and increase competitiveness in the digital era. PT Cetakin Biar Danta masih menghadapi berbagai kendala karena proses kustomisasi dilakukan melalui aplikasi pihak ketiga atau komunikasi dengan admin sehingga menyebabkan keterlambatan layanan, inefisiensi operasional, serta meningkatkan potensi kesalahan produksi akibat miskomunikasi antara pelanggan dan pihak percetakan. Penelitian bertujuan mengembangkan sistem e-commerce percetakan berbasis WordPress dengan integrasi editor desain kustom produk sebagai solusi mengoptimalkan alur kustomisasi dan pemesanan. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian kualitas sistem. Hasil penelitian adalah platform e-commerce dimana pelanggan dapat memilih produk, merancang desain sesuai keinginan, melanjutkan transaksi hingga proses checkout dan pembayaran secara terintegrasi. Sistem ini membantu perusahaan memperluas jangkauan pasar, mempercepat pelayanan, dan meningkatkan daya saing di era digital.
