ABSTRAK Program food estate Kabupaten Keerom, Papua, dikembangkan untuk mendukung ketahanan pangan, kebutuhan pakan ternak, dan peningkatan ekonomi petani lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis status keberlanjutan program food estate Keerom secara multidimensi serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang memengaruhi prospek keberlanjutannya. Penilaian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Multidimensional Scaling dengan Rap-Industrial dan analisis prospektif terhadap lima dimensi, yaitu ekologi/lingkungan, ekonomi, sosial-budaya, teknologi dan infrastruktur, serta manajemen kelembagaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program secara umum berada pada kategori kurang berkelanjutan. Dimensi teknologi dan infrastruktur merupakan aspek paling lemah, terutama terkait keterbatasan mekanisasi, irigasi, drainase, teknologi panen, dan sistem pendukung produksi. Meskipun hasil panen awal menunjukkan potensi produktivitas, keberlanjutan jangka panjang memerlukan penguatan kelembagaan, partisipasi masyarakat, pengelolaan lingkungan, dan kemitraan pasar. Temuan ini memberikan dasar strategis bagi perbaikan kebijakan food estate berkelanjutan di Papua. Kata kunci: food estate, keberlanjutan, MDS ABSTRACT The food estate program in Keerom Regency, Papua, was developed to support food security, livestock feed supply, and the economic improvement of local farmers. This study aimed to analyze the multidimensional sustainability status of the Keerom food estate program and identify key factors influencing its future sustainability. The assessment employed a Multidimensional Scaling approach using Rap-Industrial and prospective analysis across five dimensions: ecological/environmental, economic, socio-cultural, technological and infrastructural, and institutional management. The results indicate that the program is generally categorized as less sustainable. The technological and infrastructural dimension was identified as the weakest aspect, particularly due to limited mechanization, irrigation, drainage, harvesting technology, and production support systems. Although the initial harvest showed promising productivity, long-term sustainability requires stronger institutional arrangements, community participation, environmental management, and market partnerships. These findings provide a strategic basis for improving sustainable food estate policy and management in Papua. Keywords: food estate, sustainability, MDS
