Abstract

This study aims to analyze and reveal the efforts of Al-Ḥāfiẓ al-Suyūṭī in defending the Prophetic Sunnah and refuting the misconceptions of its deniers through his book, Miftāḥ al-Jannah fī al-Iḥtijāj bi al-Sunnah. This research employs a descriptive-analytical method, utilizing library research to collect and organize the scientific material. The significance of this study lies in providing a robust scientific response to movements that question the authority of the Sunnah، such as the Quraniyyun and Orientalists, demonstrating that Al-Suyūṭī’s arguments remain vital and capable of addressing contemporary discourses.The study concludes that Al-Suyūṭī successfully constructed a comprehensive defensive strategy for the Prophetic Sunnah and a refutation against its deniers, based on Quranic texts، Prophetic traditions, and the consensus of the Imams. He emphasized that the denial of the Sunnah is not merely a jurisprudential opinion, but rather a contradiction to the "Path of the Believers"—the Companions, the Successors (Tabi'un), and those who followed them in righteousness. Furthermore, Allah ﷻ has commanded folloing their path and made it the way to salvation in this world and the hereafter. He also stressed that rejecting the Sunnah is a deviation from the requirements of obeying the Messenger ﷺ, which is an inseparable part of obeying Allah ﷻ.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between inclusive education and Hadith values and to formulate a Hadith based inclusive learning model within Islamic education context The research uses a qualitative library approach by analyzing Hadith books and relevant scholarly articles The findings show that equality justice and compassion in inclusive education align with Hadith values on seeking knowledge fairness and mercy Inclusivity in Islam emphasizes not only access but also proportional treatment based on learners needs and humane interaction The study proposes a Hadith based inclusive learning model integrating equality justice and compassion into planning implementation and evaluation processes Furthermore the findings indicate that integrating Hadith values into pedagogy strengthens affective and social dimensions of learners while improving teacher student relationships This approach encourages flexible adaptive and student centered learning practices that accommodate diverse abilities backgrounds and characteristics more effectively Therefore the proposed model is not only theoretically grounded but also practically applicable in contemporary Islamic education which requires fairness inclusivity and sustainability in instructional processes and classroom management Moreover it supports holistic development by linking cognitive emotional and spiritual aspects of learning experiences for all students regardless of their conditions or social backgrounds in diverse educational settings This ensures that inclusive education becomes meaningful transformative and aligned with ethical and religious values in practice for sustainable learning outcomes
